I assume they will have the cameras working? Otherwise, what's the point?
But is it still going to be based on the sense leaks ? I remember reading that. If it does I wonder if when there is a stable cm9 or aosp if they will base it off that

yes!! thanks for all who voted to get this on our sensation =)
This is great news!!! I have been using miui since the original Droid days. But I have to say, in terms of design and usability of ICS, it will be hard for Miui to find places to makes changes and improvements.

This is why they will release the V4 BETA.
This is great news! Not to take away from everything miui.us has done for us, but it will be nice to finally have official support.

Because MIUI said in one of the post that it would be based of the official ICS ROM of the phone, that only phones with official ICS roms could get a port. I might have read wrong though I'm going to look for the post

Is there anyone working on the official Cyanogenmod 9 for our Sensation? If so, where can I download the nightly builds? Thanks.

Actually OpenSensation being "unofficial" is quite an official CM9 for Sensation and pretty stable and good now. You can find it in the development thread.

The official team for pyramid is opensenation. But there are no official nightlies for it from cm themselves. However, there is a nightly from a dedicated person and it is linked in open sensation thread.

Does anyone know when the final update for cm9 nightlies will be out?I've been told a month or 2.
Sent from my HTC Sensation 4G using XDA
When it's ready. The nightlys are perfectly stable now anyway
Are you running the Rom?If you are how long have you been using it?
Sent from my HTC Sensation 4G using XDA
They're good, I'm using one ans have been for about a week but I don't change my signature because it looks awesome.
I find that pure ics roms have worse battery life and find arhd and leedroid much better battery life.

You've broken the first rule of cyanogenmod; Don't ask for an eta! Its ready when it's ready. Also, there isn't ANY phone yet that is close to getting a "stable" cm9 release yet.
I've been running AOKP (based on pyramid's device tree), and it's pretty stable. No show stoppers for me.

I'm really sorry.

Doe anyone have any idea when the stable version of cm9 nightlies might be released.
Sent from my HTC Sensation 4G
No one can tell really... Until they fix most bugs then they can call it stable
Sent from my HTC Sensation using Tapatalk
I hope its soon!!!
Sent from my HTC Sensation 4G
I hope it is soon too. I would like to see Camera completely fixed and then we should have a stable CM9 and AOKP.

Does cm roms ever get to a point where the release a stable rom that doesn't receive nightly updates?
Sent from my HTC One X using xda app-developers app
Usually there are also monthly builds, then stable builds. We haven't quite reached that point yet.

Its perfectly stable right now. Just grab the latest nightly and don't update until something big changes. I usually update like once a week, bit even then, it takes all of 5minutes and you don't lose your apps updating.
