Its currently gr. only, but we just talked about it and the next version will have an option to choose between oz and gr. I have no idea why we haven't thought about it before, thanks guys!

Just so you know AVG identifies your app as an intrusive ad app. I'm not sure if it is because I uninstalled it once I saw this warning. Thought the developer should know.

We are working on the new version of the app ! Stay tuned ! New graphics, better algorithm.
We will would make a list of devices which would be 100% supported by the app and details instructions how to use it! All I can say now is that it works a lot better!

Don't know if this app works or not? Looked at it on the play store & as a retired highgrade skunk smoker I see a flaw in you're app.... Scales are quite cheap to buy these days for as little as £10 FOR OK QUALITY ONES, BUT IF I WAS A DEALER & SOMEONE COME UP TO ME & SAID TO ME.... THIS 8TH WEIGHS WELL UNDER LOOK? & SHOWED ME IT USING YOU'RE APP & INFO.... I'D FLIP OUT & TELL THEM TO DO ONE & DON'T COME BACK (THATS BEING NICE) Worse case someone would get smacked up or even knifed/killed.... if this app is just for fun then fine but my advice for you would be work on a normal stoner app & not one what might get someone hurt/killed or laughed off the estate with? There are alot of nutters out there who dont play games when it comes to money & drugs.... have a heart mate

First of all, I don't think anyone would seriously confront their person and make a scene based on a reading from this app. It's kind of expected that it won't be super accurate...secondly, Android flashers/fanatics (not just users in general) tend to not be the kind of people who get knifed, jeeze.
That said, I'd certainly like to know why several users say AVG shows it as being malicious. That hasn't been explained yet and I do want to believe...
Just saying that maybe someone who is to believe that this app maybe an option to weigh weed correctly with it, then maybe they are not thinking right? Sometimes people do stupid things when there on drugs. Its like saying a phone can xray you're hand or tell if you have eaten this morning?

If you are worried about the performance of this app just go buy a real scale. And since marijuana is usually $10 a gram and its very easy to hand pick a gram. Why would you worry? Majority of people who buy marijuana get from a buddy any who and usually know how much they will get.

Im not worried, if you're big enough to smoke weed you "SHOULD" be big enough to no better! But like I say "SHOULD BE" I'm not some kid who don't know what I'm talking about.... I'm 35yrs old & grew up from the age of 14yrs old smoking big amounts of skunk on a fairly rough estate in England, mixed people doing drink & all sorts of hard drugs, so i know what im talking about. I am not anti drugs & have nothing against anyone doing what ever they like as long as they don't bother me or my family. don't worry mate I have a clear head so no worries mate :thumbup:

If you'd like an XDA signature or any other kind of gfx ill be happy help, but to help me out there are things i ask you to do, please tell me what your after and what you want the main focal to be (providing and example image makes it much easier for me and try to make it as high quality as possible, low quality imgaes make low quality tags), two great places to get renders from are planet renders,sneakys renders picking from there will make my life easier and your request faster, tell me what text you want on there (if any), be polite, posts saying things like make me one will be ignored (i put alot of time into these sigs and its only fair to ask you to spend a few mins to type a proper post when i spend between 1-2 hours on making them) and lastly you must say PIZZA so i can see you read the rules, failing to read the firs post will result in your request not being completed

i should be able to work something out but ill run a few ideas past ya when i get chance
i think the sig limit is 500px wide and only 100px high which is real hard to work with but ill check then ill get to work guys

Well met artistic brother.
You can always count on me for honest cometary.
My sister was a free spirit from HELL so i'm used to her painting over a whole canvas with white or black after not liking the end product.
Even if i said it was perfect..... she hated it.
Today i spent a whole day on the digital canvas to show her how to use and think 21st century about art.
Don't get me wrong.. the handy work of the paint brush "as in a real paint brush" will not be forgotten but... time to evolve.

So, I had a spare galaxy s 4g laying around ( I have sprint ), and decided that I wanted to paint something. Only had white and black.
Painting this phone white made it look like a brand new phone. So if you're bored and have even the slightest spray painting knowledge, I would say go for it. I wish I could use this phone, looks very sexy.
White back, white bezel, black buttons ( volume, power ) and black headphone and charger covers.

I would sell it in a heart beat, although I messed up the imei when I started to mess around with my unbrickable abillities..
The phone has the unbrickable mod applied, and I am currently using it as an mp3 player to accompany my sgsII haha. If anyone wanted to buy it for spare parts or for a dev phone, I'm all up for it.

I don't think a donation thread will be necessary, I would love to help you guys get more devs. I have no use for this phone, and like I said I broke the imei ( I have some of it backed up, I can give you the files if you end up buying it. I havent messed with them much ). If you ended up getting the imei to work again, the phone is already unlocked.
I'd be willing to let this phone go for cheap. Perfect dev phone. Unbrickable, no broken screen. I have no idea what you guys would say this phone would be worth, just let me know something fair I guess. I'm all about helping out other devs.
And about the white hands, its actually pretty solid, I was planning on applying some kind of clear coat to give it that slippery plasticy feeling haha the spray paint job on the bezel isnt the best, I was planning on re-doing it, making it a little more consistent. Although it is much better than the cheap metallic looking bezel.

I'll step back and let Erikmm have first dibs on this phone as he is a long time developer and could fiddle with this more than I can. Ive been around a long time but dont post too often. But if Erikmm or another developer doesnt grab it, let me know swamp. I just need the phone and battery and the imei being messed up doesnt matter to me. But again, I fully understand devs are what make xda what it is and gladly step aside. Thanks!

Yeah no problem, I've actually been wanting to give this thing to a dev in need, being a developer I felt guilty having a device laying on my desk collecting dust haha. It's 12:25 am here, and I have school from 7-2:30 tomorrow, hopefully we can work something out after that.

No problem, I can wait until a sg4s comes along and just really want to make sure its compatible with my $5 a month data plan. If so, great. If not, looks like I am going to have to spring for a nexus. But I hope you get it Erik and can do a bit of developing on it.

Galaxy nexus? I played with one a few days ago at best buy, I say go for it if you can afford it, awesome phone. Google is selling the gsm version for 399 off contract right now, I dont know if its a special deal or what, but its pretty good. I plan on selling some of my phones/technology to afford a gnex for sprint.
Anyone see that processor in the pic in the OP? It's a pentium 4, I'll let it go for 5 dollars haha jk jk

I gotta say, your post title sucks. You have come and posted in the Atrix2 forum, where you have people who own and use and develop for this phone, and we all have a little pride in our choice here.
It sounds to me like you should do some searching on here. There are ways to OC your phone if you so choose, but I would guess you have a rouge app right off the top of my head, and I would start there, before trying any OC, maybe even CM10 or MM might also help before trying to OC.
Oh and questions belong in Q&A.
Now next time you post please think about what you are posting and who you are asking for help... in otherwords, a little attitude adjustment will get you way more respect and help... but saying right off the bat first thing, that this phone sucks, makes people want to reply with "Well then go get another phone, like maybe an iphone".... so keep that in mind.
you could always search, cause most of the performance related topics are already covered in here, and then maybe ask someone for help in the Q&A section before creating a new thread in the wrong section.

A gentleman as always. My first reaction was go for the jugular.
i see this phone is good in hardware and finishing, and the stock rom's / kernels can utilize the hardware power and manage memory in very good ways
Guess he does not have the same A2 as me because mine has been amazing since day one and keeps getting better..... This even at a year old is one of the best phones you can get..... Unless you had something like a GalaxyIII what do you compare this phone to that would make you say THIS PHONE SUCKS.....
Agreed, this phone rocks, your post sucks. As it hurts my eyes seeing it waste space on our forum. Learn some manners and have some respect for us who actually like this phone and could care less what anyone thinks. I motion to have this thread deleted/locked by our newfound moderator(s). It's an insult to the great work that the dev team has done for this device to come in and post such an inane, pointless, substance starved thread about why this phone "sucks". Perhaps if you feel as such, you should refrain from pointing any fingers, because there's always three fingers pointing back at YOU. Realize this: you bought the phone, and had every opportunity to act upon your due diligence (or lack thereof) to research the device, its capabilities, its limitations, etc. When you make statements (and posts/threads, and so on) here in the community where people have spent countless hours working on it to make it what is has become that are as crappy as you have, it won't bode well for you at all. Try getting any support on a ROM that you flashed and subsequently deem "sucky", and see where that gets you. Have a shred of decent decorum around the forum.

It should work well out of the box. i shouldn't have to oc it to get good performance. Ahhh well i picked up an iPhone 4s this should keep me happy until i can get a nexus 4.

Sigh... It's his opinion that this phone sucks (and you know the old saying about opinions). We all know that the Atrix 2 is an amazing phone. We have amazing developers working on it as well. If this guy chooses to not like this phone then so be it. I wish him well in his Apple adventures.
Ios will never be better than android. I just dowloaded a photo from the internet i want to put the photo on instgram so i thought i'd just hit the share button and the instagram icon would come up like on android. Dude i had to go into the instagram app and then open the photo this sucks..... so I'm back on the atrix 2 again for now until i can get an n4. Only reason i think this phone sucks might be because i used to own a gs3( traded with my dad for his January upgrade and the A2) i didn't mean to piss anyone off sorry

Okay, you didn't mean to irk anyone, fair enough. But, what you should have done was at least had taken some time to really see what all this phone is capable of, before sluffing it off and saying it "sucks". I don't know how long you've had it, but seems like if you would make such a statement about the phone, you clearly hadn't taken the time to see its potential. You have to understand also, people have devoted countless hours to making this phone what it is, and claiming that it just "sucks" is certainly going to rub many people the wrong way. I personally will disagree with you with that claim, as would many others, and I have the SGSIII, as well as the Atrix 2. Both of which are great phones...

I have tinnitus too, and have lived with it for 57 years, and I don't find this amusing either. But then, some people find it amusing to laugh at people in wheel chairs. I guess that is just the world we live in.
Perhaps it would be a better idea to change the name to something less contentious like mosquito buzz; you're less likely to get your lights punched out by someone you pranked by mistake that doesn't find tinnitus funny. You never know what they might find amusing, and you probably won't want to find out either.

I had choose this name because the most of Apps have the name mosquito and it´s not good when i have a App wich name is given in many different versions.
Since I have a tinnitus since I was 16 (32 now) I think its a good way to show other people what I am dealing with all day. Alltho its no as high as the one I have...mine is at a much much higher sound pitch

I also have it from working with air tools from 16 to now 51. Like you say not high enough but it will show others what we put up with.
I'm not highly for the name but app is useful.

I have tinnitus and I think it's hilarious. Now I can "share" my experience with others lol! Kudos to the dev, funny stuff.
I think people get too sensitive about ****.. yes if I saw a person in a wheelchair doing "stand up" comedy, making fun of himself as part of his routine, I would laugh at that too. Life's too short to take everything so damn serious.

Found it realllllyyy gets on cats nerves sends them into freak out mode trying to find out where its coming from, quite useful for a good laugh.

I had choose this name because the most of other names are given in many versions and it seems than to be only for one category like
"Cat Trancer 5000" (by the way, funny name ) Tinnitus prank is very simple and its easy to see

Hey guys I have tinnitus too. Some moments I can't laugh that this may be a prank but like someone else said we live and why can't we laugh with it.
Let me take a moment to hijack this thread and warn people about this since this prank may turn into a nightmare for some of use .... a permanent nightmare that is.
Ok, you have different levels of tinnitus but I can surely imagine why some people commit suicide since I thought about it in the beginning. Now I am not a softy but if it wasn't for my son and wife I might not have been here anymore. It can be that serious!
I now have 5 people in my surroundings that have admitted that they have it and 2 of them really bad but did not tell because they were afraid.
Now, read and stick it in the back of your head. Better to prevent than to cure!
For some of you, read most of you, who will start to think after the damage has been done, check this. If the beep, ringing etc is not going away after 24 hours of the concert, party ... whatever .... do not go to a doctor as most of them have no clue. Instead go to a hospital or center where they threat people with diving accidents and have a pressure chamber. I went to the hospital for a week doing 2 pressure sessions a day plus cortisone. You have x-amount of chance that it will help. X is yet to be determined but I am almost certain that it helped me and others.
Now play with the app and finally let other people experience what you might experience.
