Instructions
NOTE : any hboot that supports CM7 will support this ROM
First , you'll need to go through the S-OFF process (Radio S-OFF recommended)
Second , Press my Thanks Button here and up
Third , Root your phone anyway you want ( See Visionary+)
Fourth , Grab CWM recovery ( or any other recovery )
Fifth , Download and Copy the zip file (ask me for the link since it is pre-release)
Sixth , Reboot to recovery
Seventh , Make a backup ( Backup and Restore > Backup )
Eighth , Install Zip !
Ninth , Reboot !
Tenth , if Something goes wrong try to redo what you have done + this time Wipe data , cache , dalvik cache ...
Eleventh , if Ten Fails , please report your problem DOWN !!
Now , for English , Go to Settings , Scroll down until you see an icon with two letters , there are the languages , enter to there , select the first tab , then select English , Reboot and English should apply everywhere ! Enjoy !

1. Does this work on the Inspire 4G with InspireMod ?
It should work since this is based off CM7
2. Is it multilingual \ multi-language support ?
No , it is not multilingual , it only has a couple of Chinese and English
3. Why is Radio S-OFF recommended ?
Because it is full S-OFF , always full S-OFF is better than any other S-OFF
4. Is this ROM working ??
Totally working , only if you follow the instructions !
5. Why on Earth would anyone want iPhone on Android ?
People want what they don't have , normal ...
6. THIS *THING* IS NOT WORKING !! DELETE ROM !

Its a mod to make dhd roms to be compatible with htc inspire 4g. It installs inspire files: audio, GPS location, and more...
Most roms in dhd forum has a multidevice patch.

INSTRUCTIONS:
- First time flashing Light'ning ROM V5.0 to your Sidekick 4G (or coming from another ROM)?
1) Root your device and install ClockworkMod Recovery.
2) Reboot into Recovery using 3-button-combo
3) Do a Nandroid backup before procedding
4) WIPE (wipe data/factory reset + wipe cache partition)
5) Install the ROM from /SDCARD using ClockworkMod Recovery

No, but I know how to read init.d and build props to see if you just changed the roms name... from kj2 to lrv5, there are other ways to tell aswell, images that aren't there etc........... don't want to risk using my phone at work to wait for it to download a themed "nexus" rom.......
And before you go all out bashing, consider that pretty fonts and images you add to your thread don't always show up on the xda app. Step off your high horse and stop being an ass.

Ok , i know i combined init.d's , and all the feature's and put them into one ROM , it's not just a themed ROM if you ever flashed Light'ning ROM V2 you would know what this is and if you read the OP it tell's you .

Don't act smart in my thread , i said my bad . It's not just a gingerbread launcher & framework . If you look at the feature's i fused both ROMS together , i fused init.d's , speed , and and it's the smallest rom ever with everything functional .

I'm not acting smart, just thinking logically, and I do apologize, just defending myself.
I understand , enjoy the ROM if you take time to flash it V2 was really big and i got over +500 download's on it as i could remember , now V5 is much better and responsive . I created V2 when i was a beginner at doing all of this now i learned more and put the knowledge i know into V5 .

Just a small suggestion. I wouldnt call it gingerbread at all if it isnt android 2.3
It has 2.2.1 in the title for a reason , i'm keeping it that name because now it's a 95% clone , all i'm missing is the gingerbread icon's for application's which will be in next update . I added everything else & used a nexus s dump .

This is something planned for a long time...I love Honeycomb look, and when Samuel and CDTDroid decided not to support this project anymore, I was very very sad...at that time, I wasn't able to do such things like this. But things change.. Now, I'm able to provide you the best Sense 3.5 Rom, but following Sam's approach to development. This Rom is fully tweaked, as was the original Honey ( more or less whatever version), and it's a pure porting, which is the real cooking IMHO. So here we are, enjoy this ROM, is very fast, stable, with a great battery life, amazing look, and all the available features in terms of porting, tweaks and scripts. Hope you like it

-wait few minutes after the first boot
-restore your apps (whatever u want)
-APPLY He_Stehone64 Skin from Personalize\Skin, to have a FULL Honey experience.
-on the first charge, let the phone plugged till 0mA (use CurrentWidget or similar to monitorize the mA values), reboot without unplug, wait the 0mA again, and when reached, unplug the phone. Your battery is now properly calibrated. Wait 1 or 2 drain cycle to see the very improvement (don't let the phone discharge itself till it turn it off, it's uneuseful. Plug it when u reach 10 to 15% of battery left..it's enough.

i usually restor my apps with titanium backup and through the prosses time my phone used to get laggy but in this rom it was awe somele smooth but i didn like the theme! any way tnx for perfect job!

For the incs I had made a sense 4.1 full rom with sense 5 mods but it was taking too many resources so I will be making it probably as a next release when its stable enough . Till then this is it

No problems here with a dialer, or I cant reproduce the bug.
I will not compare to any other roms here since all of them are great ofc. A lot of effort has been included in the creation of those roms.
But this rom is so smooth, so stable, so fast after first boot that I cant believe.
I am using fully sense 5 option from Aroma.

If init.d scripts:
Go to system/etc/init.d and copy all things from there and paste it on a folder on you sd card an ur done !

i dont think as easy as that to take out the tweaks
and i found nothing in init.d folder
How about the screen flickering ? anyone can report about this ? if this thing it's fixed, Cyanogen got enough stable for me, i don't really care about the bluetooth and the camera, Thanks in Advance

Introduction
FreeRider is a personnal projet but I want to share it because I really love the spirit of all the XDA community.
So I want to made a ROM sense based, but light because I'm annoying of all this craps application. I also delete some sound, wallpapers etc..
In fact, it's a ROM with nothing, you just put what you want in it.
I just add Sense 6 Toolbox and Xposed Frameworks because it's just amazing.

FAQ
Q. Where is the gallery ?
A. To reduce the size of the ROM, I replace the official HTC gallery by QuickPick.
Q. How I can change a contact picture ?
A. Open QuickPick. Choose your pictures, click on the 3 dot at the right top and select "define in" and "icon contact"
Q. Sense 6 doesn't works, I apply some stuff but nothing happened.
A. You have to install the Xposed Frameworks. Go to Xposed Installer, then "Frameworks", "install/update" and say yes when it request a reboot
Q. After update the ROM, the stuff I do with Sense 6 are not working
A. You have to launch Xposed Framework and reinstall it
Q. How to manager the ElementalX kernel ?
A. Download TricksterMod . You can control the wake options, CPU/GPU frequencies etc...

Tips
Save Battery :
Use AppOps to delete some autorisation for many apps, like localisation
Open settings of Play Store and select "don't update automatically app"
Open Settings / Supply and check Sleep mode, to disable internet connexion for long period
Open Settings / Wifi and click on the 3 dots at the top right. Then "advanced" and uncheck "auto switch to data". Also in "advanced" check "Optimisation wi-fi"
Better smoothness :
Go under "developper settings" then "advanced settings" and go into "animations" and put the three speed at 0.5x (1x by default)

600 is not ultra light.. See there are many other roms, sense-bases, about 400 mb or so.
