Hello. Can anyone help me with this, I already have an UNLOCKED inspire 4g with a Sun mobile Carrier(in Philippines). My question is, if I install custom rom on my Inspire, will it be LOCKED again with AT&T and cannot be used with other carrier?
thanks in advance guys..

If you need it, the Asia rom has it and can be flashed via the super patcher

That's why I specifically asked about the leaked att rom. I had the Asian for a while, but the leaked att seems to be much smoother. Thanks though.

Pretty sure we'll need the unlocked bootloader first

Is the kernel source released for the Rogers version yet?
If not, then you still aren't ready haha.

Go to htcdev and unlock your phone. Works great on the Rogers phones.

It only works on the rogers phones because ATT is being a pita. Eventually devs or ATT will cave in though. This is too powerful of a phone to be left in the dust. This phone could potentially last more than 2 years with the hardware in this.

Is there any beneft to getting supercid on an already bootloader unlocked rogers one x?

You can flash the AT&T (any) RUU. You need this for CleanRom.

Hi all
Have an International One XL with SW 2.23.707.2, wonder it can be unlocked via HTCdev and have custom roms installed on it?
I know 2.20 cannot be unlocked, just want to confirm if 2.23.707.2 is the same variant as 2.20.
Thanks.
Unless I have S-OFF

you would just get an error message on the website, its harmless for your phone.

there is NO software option to unlock the sim lock. Buy a key from your network or ebay or other.
