I've spent frustrating hours burning through this to make a decent somewhat similar sense 4 music widget through a music app.
I did not theme the inside of the app, maybe I will in the future. Unfortunately for certain reasons I cannot publish this app here, but if you send me a pm I'll definitely let you have it.
I also have as you see below a themed sense 4 equalizer. The app is Audio Fx Widget, I just modified it a bit.
The reason these are frustrating is because I can only do this on a phone, I have no computer.
To install these apps, if anyone wants them.
- Have root
- Root Explorer or Es File Explorer, or some way to put these apps in System/App
- Download, copy or move apps to →
→ System/App → "Copy or Move" Here
- Set permissions rw-r-r-, make sure your writeable so you can place and set these apps.
Reboot and Enjoy!
(Remember, pm for the Music App)

Can you please send me the app thx
great job theming
thanks button pressed, but the dropbox link doesnt work, can you reupload the audio fx widget ?
Okay I know a lot of people asked about this and stuff and I disbanded it altogether. I do have my last modified apk and its a bit different "Mainly the background" but if you want the background shown here I'll look for it and replace it.
I'll upload it to my box stash and you can install it as a normal apk. When you do the widget 4x2 do custom instead or normal as a widget when it asks.

Which app could I use? I want to put 5-10 wallpapers to sd card and I want from then to changing on the wall ? Is there any app which supports that ? Sorry for bad English
If I'm reading this right... you want to know how to put wallpapers on your SD card?
- Where from? your PC? - just put them on there.. using file manager..
Then use the wallpaper picker to select them...
It seems that my response is too simple and that you haven't phrased your question well enough for me to answer properly?
I want ,just like in Windows 7 on PC, ti select 5 wallpapers and I want from them to change automatically in some time interval (30 sec)...
Such an app does excist in market. Infact i had it installed myself and it worked fine but after cleaning up i uninstalled it and i cant for the life of me remember what its called. Sorry. Check market though...its there somewhere
Download Dropbox...wicked app. Get whatever wallpapers you want and drag and drop to Dropbox, on your pc, and it goes on phone. Put it on your SD card and you can view with Astro File Manager. I have created a wallpaper file on Astro and copy all my wallpapers on this.
I understand what you mean now - You want an app which will create a slide show for your wallpaper.. I think I've seen something that does this but can't find it now. I'll re-post if it comes back to me.
This is the easiest way.
Install application called Wallr

Wallr will enable you to randomly change the Android wallpaper based on a image directory defined by the user.
Default Path: /sdcard/Wallpapers
Tip: To stop automatic change of wallpaper uncheck "Enable Timer".

I was using Wallr from the beginning (rooted & unrooted stage), didnt download application wallpapers and created my own folder and add directory for it. no problems. recently i disabled auto change and kept manual and add to task killer too. still works flawlessly.
Try an app called, Slide Show Paper. It costs $2 in the market
EDIT: It's a live wallpaper, so not available on our X10's until 2.1

SOURCE DROIDLIFE
A test market somehow made its way onto the phone of a writer over Tech From 10 and embedded not-so-deeply in it was the new 3.0 Music player that mimics the version seen on Honeycomb, only it works flawlessly on your smaller smartphone. As you can from the shot above, you now get the “Recent” section with album previews and a scrolling wheel feel, streaming music service that I can’t figure out how to unlock, and a much more finished experience than the previous leak.
Here are a few additional downloads that originated from Tech From 10′s test Android Market. The new camera, gallery and desk clock apps are below for you to download, but for whatever reason, they may not work on most or any phones. In fact, the only app that would not force close for me, was some sort of test cube wallpaper that is also available below. Feel free to install them all though and report back if you have any success on any of your devices. The new music player which definitely works, is back at this post.
*Note – Again, these may not work at all. But if they do, please let us know what phone you are using.

Anybody having FC issues with the new Gallery on the Nexus One also the new Clock and Camera aren't installing. I'm on Gingerbread 2.3.3
Yeah, I just get Force close with the gallery and the music, camera and desk clock won't install at all
Stock with 2.3.3
no problems with music but gallery does fc
Music is failing for me but I had previously installed the honeycomb player.
Install wouldn't work until I removed the previous apk, data and dalvik cache
woot: was able to fix the app by moving it to the system/app dir, droidlife made it sound like it works from data/app
how do you get to the cover flow style view? like in the first picture or was that just stolen from some tablet screen shots?
is there a way to install the new camera, clock or music player without writing over the stock system apps?
well i guess camera/clock aren't even working...
im not rooted.
I installed this on my Hero and they all installed except clock and gallery force closes.

Just wondering if this is possible or not... if I downloaded an icon pack from xda or website, is there any way I can get them in the holo launcher theme pack setting? Where are the icon png’s stored in the filesystem?

Check in Launcher settings and see if the pack shows up. If you could be more specific on which icon pack I could help a little more.

Sorry but this is the only way I can get them to you.. I'm away from my comp lol. I know I can use desktop visualizer, but it always causes problems for me... and I was wondering if I can get the theme pack inside holo launcher... I can't find where the icon pngs are inside the file system. I really liked how viperxl included them in the app drawer also... I'm using dirty rom

That's Ok. I downloaded them. Nice icons. Unfortunately, they can not be added as a 'supported icon pack' for HoloLauncher. However...
Its a bit of a time consuming 'however'..
What you need to do is locate and unzip the icon pack.

You will usually find the file downloaded inside of your 'sdcard/download'....
Use some sort of file explorer to locate the file. Unzip/Extract it. If you like to move it to your own subdirectory, do so now.
I keep mine on extsdcard (I'm on Galaxy S3)
Once they are somewhere you can locate them, you must press and hold the icon of choice, in HoloLauncher. A small popup appears. Press' Edit'.
Next the icon will pop up allowing you to edit the name. Tap on the icon and press 'Select Picture'. Choose whatever file browser you use to navigate to the icon of choice from the directory of which you unzipped.
You will have to do this for each icon. From what I understand Apex, GoLauncher, ADW themes work as Icon Packs. Where you are able to theme out all icons at once. (from Launcher Setting, Appearance Settings, Icon Pack) If you need a little more elaboration, let me know.
I use ES File Explorer BTW. (in the market)

My wife's OnePlus One it's running the last official version of COS that was released a few months back. A few days ago she wanted to change some notification sounds, such as WhatsApp, and asked me to do it.
I went into WhatsApp settings and selected notifications, and went to choose a new one. I expected to be shown a list, but instead I was shown her download folder, with no tones in it, of course.
I know the sound files live in a subdirectory of System, and I can find them with ES Explorer. But I can't browse to them from the app settings.
I went into general settings and found the same thing to be true of ringtones and notifications in general. I tap to change but only get the download folder. It should ask me whether I wasn't to use Media Storage for this (it does on my OPO), but it doesn't.
Any idea what might be wrong, and how to fix it?

Probably somebody selected to use the file explorer as default instead of the standard media/sound picker. Try to clear the defaults for the file explorer which pops up, when you try to select tones. If that does not work, uninstall the app, choose the tones and reinstall it and make it is not selected as default next time.
