[APP][4.0+]SilenceMe,an app to silence your phone during events - Android Apps and Games

Hello guys,
SilenceMe is a simple application that can be used to silence your phone ,whenever there is an event happening in your calendar. We all have those embarrassing moments, when the phone rings in the middle of a class or a meeting.
SilenceMe is exactly for this kinds of situations. Just enter 'class' or 'meeting' as a keyword in this application, and if the same keywords are found in the title of an event in your calendar, the phone is silenced during the duration of that event. You also have a setting in the application to silence the phone during all the events.
Since SilenceMe is still a beta, you can request for new features or report problems.
Search for 'SilenceMe(Beta)' in marketplace for the app.
-Regards.

[Q] Redundant Notifications

I do have PhoneAlarm installed, but I can't find a way to stop this.
The two most disruptive things my phone will do:
Alert me to a missed call after I've chose to Ignore it.
Alert me to a reminder after I've dismissed it (but only at it's start time)
The later is always bad when right as a meeting or appointment starts, my VoiceCommand fires off reading a lengthy subject with "Starting Now".
Anyone had this problem, or know how to stop it?
Turn off voice notification reminders for calender objects... It's under Start - Settings - Personal - Voice Command IIRC.
Sorry I should have been more specific. It's not just voice reminders, it's any reminder, tone, vibrate. And I want to keep the voice reminders.
I just want them to go off when I have a reminder set or when I really miss a call.
NOT at the meeting start time after I have already dismissed the reminder, or after I have selected Ignore to an incoming call.

[Q] Request: combine Auto Silence and Auto Reply, reacting on Agenda-events

Hi all,
I have an app-request: I'd very much like to have an app that:
- reacts on (certain) events in Google Agenda
- then silences the phone (or put in Vibrate Mode)
- and sends automated text messages to callers and texters during the whole event..
I know there are a lot of Auto-Response-apps etc. out there, but none of them reacts on events in Agenda. I would like very much to have an Auto Silencer and Auto Responder (calls AND texts) reacting on some events (meeting etc.) in Google Agenda! Preferably with possibility to exclude events (like all-day-events, etc) and include (e.g. reacting on a certain text in event-name), and a so-called "Grace Time" before and after an event.
At the moment I use "Ringwise Free" to silence my phone when in a meeting (this app reacts on events in my Agenda), and "Auto SMS" to automate sending texts to callers and texters when I'm busy (but this one doesn't!).
I'm looking for an app that combines those possibilities!
Anyone? Devs? I'd like to hear what you think of it!
Is it possible? Can anyone develop it? Or maybe I am missing an app that combines those features?
Greetz,

[Q] Customises ringing and vibration behaviours for email contacts

I'm looking for an alternative for "RingerX VIP" for iPhone to use with my Android device.
On google play I found a lot of programs, but they are limited for phone calls and messages.
I need to customise the ringtone for one specific mail contact.
At home I have some MyFOx home automation system including smoke - and intrusion detection. When the system detects something an alarm goes off and an email is send to my three e-mail accounts.
But when I'm sleeping or in a meeting the phone is muted, so I will not hear that I receive an alerting email from my MyFOx home automation system.
So I want to customise a ringtone (eventually the vibration also) of an email contact so I can give it a specific ringtone, and that i can configure to also ring when the phone is muted.
So if some one knows a program that can do that, or is able to make one, I would appreciate it :good:
nobody ?
Finally found an application which responds on my demands :good:

Nothing reminds you better than yourself.
With Audio Reminder Pro you record an audio message and have it play back after a scheduled time or when arriving/leaving a location.
Forget me not.
Audio Reminder Pro was created when I finally got tired of having an idea or plan while in the car only to forget it by the time I got to my destination. I was constantly plagued with thoughts of "There was something I wanted to do, but what was it." With Audio Reminder Pro I simply tap the Audio Reminder widget, say the idea, and in 30 minutes (or however long I decide) Audio Reminder Pro plays my message back to me over my speaker to remind me. If I'm still not ready for the reminder then I can snooze or reschedule it for a later time.
Use the widget to track the reminders scheduled to go off today, view, edit, cancel, or create new reminders quickly and easily. Now that it has Android Wear support you can handle almost every function directly from your watch. Record a reminder on your watch and schedule it for a few hours from now. If you forgot something you can append the recording from within the Audio Reminder Pro app itself.
Audio Reminder Pro was created to take the place of the original Audio Reminder. It has all of the original features plus much more. Quite literally the app so nice I made it twice.
Location based reminders are still in beta.
Some of the features include:
Google Wear specific functionality such as recording, naming, rescheduling, cancelling, dismissing currently playing reminders, and replaying current reminders.
Date picker for long term scheduling
Interval picker for scheduling a reminder after a designated amount of time
Location (beta) reminders for reminding yourself to buy eggs the next time you are near the grocery store or to say happy birthday the next time you are at your friends house
On call protection: Reminders do not play if you are on a phone call or VOIP call and will instead reschedule themselves every two minutes until you are off of the call
Optional reminder repeat audio reminder until the reminder is dismissed or snoozed
Multiple language support (translated via machine translations so likely to be incorrect at times all your base are belong to us)
Ping tones based on your devices notification sounds
Optional Vibration
Configurable Recording length (Up to 60 seconds although reminders can be appended repeatedly within reason)
Search for audio reminders by name
Save or share your audio reminder reminder audio
Advertisements can be enabled or disabled at whim *sniff*
Audio Reminders can be appended repeatedly as needed
Toggle automatic playing of recording or simply get notified that the reminder is ready to be played
Per reminder options for using popup, notifications, or auto play so you can avoid any embarrassing reminders being automatically played when you are not ready for them
Location search using Google places
Use the volume keys to mute a reminder quickly if you need to
Requirements:
Mounted memory card (SD Card) is required for creating and reading of reminders
GPS and internet is required if you desire to use the location based reminders
Permissions:
ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION / ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION (used in the creation of location based reminders)
ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE / INTERNET (used for address lookup when searching for locations using a location based reminder)
READ_CONTACTS (used in creation of location based Reminders when you select your contacts list to provide an address)
RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED (Reminders need to be rescheduled each time the device is restarted)
RECORD_AUDIO (used for recording your reminder)
VIBRATE (optional vibration when reminder fires)
WAKE_LOCK (used with the Reminders to ensure the device is woken up on it's scheduled time to remind you)
WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE (used for saving reminders)
The video displays some data from an older version and has come a long way since then
As I am a new user I cannot post a link to my Audio Reminder Pro. It can, however, be found on Google Play here: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.brandon.audioreminderpro
Please let me know what you think. All forms of feedback is welcome.

Question Alarms on Calendar Appointments, Not Notification, Want Vibrate

I upgraded to an Android 11 phone. I've been using Pimlical Calendar for years and I depend on the alarms to remind me about appointments. I do this in Calendar by setting alarms for the new appointment. I like that in the past I couldn't ignore these notifications. They remind me "you have a meeting in 1 hour", you have a meeting in 30 minutes, etc. This works because I have the reminders vibrate and I wear my phone in a belt holster. So they really interrupt what I'm doing and I have to look at what it's reminding me of. I seem to remember that maybe this won't work in Android 11. And now I see that those reminders trigger an innocuous Notification which I can see on Swipe-Down. Those unobtrusive Notifications will not be good enough. I've already had a couple of alarms only set off a notification, and I missed them. Is there a workaround, I need very annoying vibrating appointment reminders.
