Let me rephrase.. no miui until an aosp kernel is built for our phone. Once we have a GB kernel... then the world is our oyster. MIUI and all sorts of fun will happen.
But without an AOSP kernel... its nothing but messy hacks and workarounds which is a major pain.

This kernel is same as vurrut kernel v4_rc_sync for cm7 it have same features except that this kernel solves backlight bug n some battery drain problem

Hello to all of our dearest developers out there, could someone look in this post regarding our problem on CyanogenMod 7 video recording..??

Set the board flag OMAP_ENHANCEMENT and copy all these blobs. You could try to compile them from the sources but seems like Samsung did some magic with the kernel dspbridge driver that prevents them from working.

never heard of porting kernel buddy, only we can compile it i guess...may be i am wrong also..

I already asked Siyah Kernel Dev for porting / making a kernel for us. But he simply denied. I sent Github link to Adam/Selva buddy, may b after there work they will look into it. Its not impossible but very hard to make Dual boot kernel.:angel:

What do you exactly mean by dual booting? A kernel that can be flashed over many roms and can boot with them OR a kernel that can boot two (or more) different roms with separate files and data?
