MIUIXT Final - MIUI Music change ?? Cant play WMA...

I had no issue with the exact same audio files using GalaxyXT and MIUIXTv2 ROMs, but since I have flashed the Final version of MIUIXT, the MIUI music keep saying "Audio file format not supported" or so...
The Apps "Music" is missing on this Rom...
Any help ?

[Q] Codename Android

Hi, when ever I flash codename android on my NS i9023 I don't find the music player..
Iv'e already flashed the Gapps and nothing.
I've even downloaded a file explorer and tried to open a .mp3 file and it said that it can't find the app...
any help??

If you're looking for Google play music i think it's not included in Gapps but you can download it from here:

Or you can pretty much install any player from the market that will do the same.

[Q] Application not installed/already installed

I'm running Cwm-GB-2.3.6-Octane-V3.0 XPLOD NO CIQ on my Galaxy S 4G, it's Gingerbread but runs ICS in the background or something(themed like ICS but is technically GB). I deleted my system music player app (ICS themed) because I couldn't download the new Google Play music app. It was saying "application already installed". I tried to install Google play music player on the market, no go. I then tried manually installing an .apk file for Google play music, no dice either. I get an "Application not installed' message. I've attempted this with several apps, mostly root browsers and an .apk installer. I've tried running it temporarily unrooted, changed permissions on the .apk, rebooted, r/r SD card, there's no .srec file in the sd card to delete either. Every time I try to download off the market or install an apk I get an "application already exists" or "application not installed" error message. I've also tried manually installing a stock music player apk I found. Any tips?

how instal viper4android without any update notice every time,i install viver4android but every time opened got notice update driver.
there any way for instillations??

delete dsp manager and if ur using any mod from sony styler thread it wont work, u have to delete it and fresh install cm otherwise it wont work. for me its working great im on fxp 320 but used it on previous versions too

i was success before...but i forget my step...and now like's make me crazy about it!

i use newest one but i had also on cm 2 previous versions (dont remember numbers D my steps? first i delete dsp then i install viper and i use best quality and disabble lpa when i migrate from previous version of cm eq from fxp 319 to fxp 320 i open viper ap and press uninstall driver then i reboot and iafter reboot i install driver again ofc fistly before uninstalling driver i delete dsp. it works like a charm. i dont use any mods from sony styler etc to bring z2 batery, those mods do not contain only sysem ui changes, its simplu copy aste whole framework folder from 4.2.2 thats why viper is not working

maybe like's this:
1. fresh install cm11
2. do not using any mod styler sony(maybe install Walkman or movies and theme,i guess never mind...)
3. delete dsp
install busy box
5. install viver4android,use super audio
6. reboot
???

[Q] Downgrading the Walkman app from 8.4.a.5.3 to 8.1.A.0.6

Hello guys,
I am using Sony xperia E3 dual, rooted with custom recovery, I despirately want to downgrade the walkman app from 8.4.a.5.3 to 8.1.a.0.6,
I have tried to put the old app in system/app and renaming it to semcmusic.apk and setting permissions to rw-r-r--, "Unfortunately the walkman has stopped " comes. Please help me out plz. I have also flashed the zip file and cleared dalvik chache also, still problem persist.
This walkman 8.1.a.0.6 old app was taken from xperia e1 dual. Reason for downgrading is my music stops suddenly while running and the elapsed time goes on and on. Iam facing this problem from day 1. when no any other apps was installed.

many people are having this problem get the latest update of app then install.
if you want to downgrade just follow this steps.
go to settings/apps/all/
now scroll down to walkman and select uninstall update
this will reset walkman app to sotck version.
updates are not installed to /system/app
thay are at/data/app so you can uninstall updates

Music playback problem.
Upgrading is not solving the issues.
Everything is superb in this phone except music playback.
Is it very difficult of a smart phone to play music?
Can u please do anything about this? Sony are not understanding these issues. It is a playback problem not the app problem.

i also have this problem before. but after updating to latest firmware and updaing to latest app i no longer have this problem.
also try disabling smart backlight and unmark autobrightness and reboot after reboot try using walkman.
and if you have rooted then use link to se to intergare latest update to /system
