I have noticed asphalt 6 on the play store for $1 for andriod, I have an xperia play and was wondering if the play store version is optimized and if it is in HD (as it does not state HD but does on gamelofts website version, and I know modern combat 3 is not in HD but N.O.V.A 2 is in HD off the play store). also how well does NOVA 3 off the play store work for xperia play, is it in HD, is there a hd version if not, is the play store version optimized for the controls (I know the play store of dead space isn't controller optimized from personal experience).
Also is there another way of confirming payment for a game off EA or gameloft store other than text message (I am out of credit) like email?.

Just in case anyone is interested I tested Gangstar vegas and it works fine on high settings on the xperia tablet z sgp321. Im not sure why gameloft wont put it on the play store for xtz users perhaps a petition.
Same with Conduit HD, I have requested the devs to reactivate it on the store, but they seem to think there is an error on the play store device data base which is not showing the tablet z properly. Anyway Its the best FPS iv played on a phone far superior to MC4 or NOVA3.
It may have just been me, but I had no idea there were unlisted games in the play store. I accidentally do a search in there and up pops 3 to 5 games that aren't among the regular dozen. They're seemingly not android tv optimized, but they're there none the less.

You can install any app that otherwise wouldn't be blocked due to lack of a feature (such as touchscreen)
All the tv store does is not give an easy way to navigate to an app not whitelisted on the tv store.
Just go to the web site, and tell it to install chrome, it should install but it doesnt actually work with the remote (i've tested this on my ADT1, the NP should be no different)
Yeah i've already got chrome and side loaded a few apps. I was still just surprised to find hidden apps. I would buy modern combat 5 but mc4 controls lag.

For example, I have Monument Valley from Amazon. It supports Google Play achievements if I get it from GP, but there is no way to log in to GPG in the Amazon version.
Can it be done? Does it depend on the game?

Nope, sorry. The game/app itself is different when bought from each store. There's code in the GP version to connect to GPG, but not in the Amazon version.
Hi, So I've Gotten the Play store on my kids Fire 7 literally just to get an already paid for Minecraft App from the play store on the Fire 7.
Play store and Minecraft work fine in the standard profile but Minecraft won't show as available content to add to the Fire for Kids profile.
Is it even possible?
What we found when we ran stock + play store was that Google-installed apps didn't ever show up under the kids profile. What we ended up doing is installing a completely different ROM.
