I keep reading about SEART, MEART Roms on latest ICS leak threads. Can any one shed some lights on how to identify these on our phone ( like what kind of ROM we had and how to identify it), please?
Sorry for Noob questions, I hope there will be many other like me try to understand it.
May be a update in Stick Thread?
Thank you.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong: SEARET and MEARET are system firmware versions for the updates. Globally, updates are separated into geographical areas. The leaked ICS update(s) were discovered for the ME & SE (Middle Eastern and Asian) markets. Roms have been built using the updates -so long as the builds match the firmware for the device(s). If you're running a rom, it may say in "About Phone" in settings or detailed on the thread you downloaded it from?

They are MB865 phones possible flash MEARET rom on SEARET phone (and vica versa).
SEARET= SouthEastAsiaRetail
MEARET (or EMEARET)=EuropeMiddleEastAfricaRetail (Using without "E" because no official European Atrix2 but european languages are included like english (GB), spanish, french, german, portugal, italian and russian)

T-Mobile is 10F don't know about other UK providers though.
Mine from the UK, and the ROM version is 10f. Try to search for an update from Software update app. I've updated mine before since it was on 10b.
Latest Euro Open firmware is v10d.
In fact, I am in Hong Kong, can I still update my firmware? I try using PC SUITE and it detect I've new firmware to update, and it start "LGMobile update" automatically, but after checking......it said I am the newest version, still 10D.
Does the rom number matter is it baseband related or does the update carry softwate thats not availbe on earlier rom types? Would it be normal for the 3.0 rom to land on diffrent days around the.world?! I guess u cant use for example a usa rom in the uk? Sorry if i sound daft im new to Android, this site has been very handy but im still a little baffled by this.

no chance of ics yet
just stock hc 3.2
by the way, it doesnt have the spanish lang.
will be having Portuguese language of Brazil in this rom?
Any way to get just the modem and that doesn't require flashing the whole rom?
yes, you can flash only the modem.. just find my other post in this section.. there i put the modem.bin for flashing with odin.
and for portuguese, flash any rom with that lang and then flash the modem.bin on the phone section of odin . that will do the job.
good luck
here's the post im talking 'bout

Ahhh yes finally
someone got 3G 850MHz rom for P6200
where did you find it ???
Here is another one for the P6200L:

Okay thanks, but what about going back to original modem, you wouldn't also happen to have the modem file for 2100mhz on you would you?

That appears to be the full ROM if I'm not mistaken.
yes, its the full rom but without spanish..just thai and english.. and korean =)
and no, i dont have the modem for that =(
I'm sorry for being slow about this.
But, I have rooted my P6200L and installed the busybox. Then one day buSybox updated and messed with my superuser and wifi settings, seems like the only way to recover from this is by flashing a new rom and I can't find any other rom like the one my P6200L uses (Baseband version: P6200LVJKL4 | Build number:HT85B.VJLA3 P6200LVJLA3).
So, is it possible to flash using only this file? Or do I need all the PIT, BOOTLOADER, PDA, PHONE and CSC files?
And, sorry again, but this file goes to PHONE, right?

As I said lots of time, only XXKL7 (better EUKL1XXKL7 builds) has a whole language pack instead of other builds. I'm about to get it fixed by export EU language pack from EUKL7 and let we all install 'em maybe by recovery
So even people from Italy, Spain, German, France etc (where Euro crisis is killing us ) can flash ROMs from other builds and get their own language pack

Well since no one else is jumping to reply...
I think, yes, you are ok to flash lithium. I am on AT&T and have flashed cogeary's international roms with no problem. And others on international builds have flashed the custom roms built from AT&T... I think.
You only need to worry about the fxz files for your specific build.
Can someone please confirm or correct this info?

Just stick to SEARET and MEARET roms, because flashing AT&T roms might go wrong, they don't seem to be stable not very stable, but they do work, they don't have bugs either not a lot of them. Well to be honest, I wouldn't even care about flashing AT&T roms. Bullet is a good rom based on Indian I guess which u might like and yes if something goes wrong you can always Fxz back to SEARET or MEARET which are the safest for you. If you have anymore question just ask.

Hi,
I am living in Thailand. I just checked right now and "the number of roll-out updates has been exceeded." It means that i have to update via KIES like last time.
I will install and report.
Cool! I'm going to try it tonight. Will be interested to hear back if its a stock rom without any extra apps, and if the UI is quick
Need a Google Drive link, this Hotfile download is awful.

I installed it last night and really no noticeable difference to me between MG7 and the latest India FW. Been super busy with work so haven't put it through it's paces yet. Will report back when I test it more.
This firmware is a bit faster than others, and the smearing issue is almost fixed!!!!
the best firmware so far.. i like the look of the bounce effect in the volume levels, i feel the device more cold, more fast
Any one kind enough to post this somewhere else other than hotfile please?

Can someone please tell how can I know which firmware is newer as in BMG1 , BMG5 , BMG5, BMG9 ? How can I find out which firmware is the latest? Thanks.
Oh and one more thing, I am running Indian firmware bmg5 right now, can I flash this bmg7 over it? Will I need to factory reset my device after installing this Thailand firmware? And does this firmware improve the camera launch lag issue ?

I have MB865 where i flashed ME865 Leaked Jellybean ROM, all works fine in this ROM.
Since MIUI has released official ROM for ME865, is it possible that i flash it on my phone?
As I understand the hardware is a bit different between ME865 and MB865.
Will it brick my phone?
Has anyone doe this before?
Moto XT910 is the only device which is listed for use officially on the ROM site, where did you get info MB865 is listed officially for this ROM?

You can but but when i tried it it causes the phone to overheat and many apps FC so its not worth it
Use the other ones which are supported for the MB865 model there are many in the development thread just have a look.
Uzayr, what do you say in terms of ROM performance, I too like the features list of Miui and I am waiting for it to get on a base of JB 4.3 in a kexec form.
