Seeing as you're not in the US you probably have to change your APN settings. I had to in order for it to work in Canada. Try doing a google search for your carrier to see what it should be.
Thank for your helpI can use LTE on my One XL that on Clean Rom

Try replacing the apn file from miui rom to your rom of choice.

Thanks! Trigger does it. But I found if I added one of the uv/oc kernels to improve battery I had the apn loss problem begin. Trigger alone was free of it, so that problem seems kernel not rom related.

Saw this in the atrix section, flashed it and it works on cm9.

I have this installed on car 4.5 and the voice search is working fine. However, Google now does not show cards for me. Am I missing something here?

I'm a noob and was wondering if I need to have an unlocked boot loader to flash this?
I have this installed an I think I'm gwttingbattery drain any one elae

All mods requires you to have an unlocked BL, and custom recovery, which requires root. Please read up more, and use the search function. that would help you a lot. Not a lot of people will be as nice to you if you ask this kinds of questions on a forum for folks with tinkered phones. Don't get me wrong, this isn't a personal attack, its more a warning for your sake.

I haven't noticed any noticeable battery drain on mine. Maybe its because I can't get Google now to work for me

Everyone is new at one point, it's good to read up but no one will yell at you for being a noob if you're nice.

I installed this Rom and I've been trying to change apns to any I can find I can only get 4G. Other than that this Rom is super smooth, fast and responsive. I love the new features. Keep up the good work on this Rom!! Any help would very much be appreciated.

If anyone is having trouble with LTE on jb 3.17 roma. Flash the zip from this thread and all will be fixed. Huge thanks to bpear96! I love this Rom but I could not get lte and I live in tacoma. We are surrounded by lte now. Anyway I flashed his zip and I went from a really low speed test to a very high one and now I'm extremely happy. Signal will only say 4g but if you go to the phone information menu and look at your network type it should say lte. Thanks again bpear96 keep up the good work!
Here is a screen shot of results in speedtest. Bottom before flashing zip top scores after flashing zip.

Has anyone had any success with pmr app from the play store on at&t one x with stock rooted jb 4.1.1. I try to to use it and I might be doing too many mods at once but I keep getting stuck at att boot screen upon reboot.
Any insight would be appriciated.
The app is full of features I would love to take advantage of.

Signal drops on hatkaxl ROM.
Sent from my HTC One XL using xda app-developers app
No you shouldn't suffer signal drops on that ROM, they're a symptom of Sense 5 / Android 4.2.2 ROMs with a firmware mismatch, Hatka is Sense 4 and Android 4.1 so it should be fine.
When posting a question or a request for help you really should provide more detail than that. I knew what you were talking about because you also sent me a PM, but it really doesn't make much sense the way it's been worded here.
In response to your other question in the PM, Beastmode Reloaded isn't compatible (it's a 4.2.2 kernel).

I just figured I would make my post straight up. Lol. Thanks. I flashed this ROM an hour ago and I was getting signal drops.

Hmm. I'm not sure why you'd be getting signal drops, I've never really seen them reported on the older Sense ROMs. You don't have a mismatch between your firmware and radio.

Hatka is great!! Even if it is an older ROM. Music is incredibly clear at high volumes. I always had problems with this phone's damned SIM card tray. Even on stock. So, I read a post that suggested taping the card to the tray with a minimal amount of tape. She's been flawless ever since. Place card in tray as you normally would. Tape the top side and trim excess. Good to go

Sent from my HTC One X using xda app-developers app
Its all good dude I ain't even worried about it.
Why wouldn't your hboot be 2.14? Did you attempt to update your firmware?

Don't worry about your hboot, it's fine the way it is. Try sticking a piece of tape to the back of your SIM card.
