Installation instructions (Simple):
Copy to external sd
Shut down
Launch Clockwork
Wipe Data
Flash
Reboot
Installation instructions (Newbie):
Use NVFlash to flash clockwork. Instructions are here:
NVFlash for Linux
NVFlash for Windows
NVFlash for MAC.
Once you have successfully flashed Clockwork Recovery (check by doing the key combination) boot the phone and copy the rom onto your EXTERNAL sd card.
Once thats done go back to clockwork and just in case FIRST backup
then wipe data and flash the rom.

Probably. I did put a quiet a few mods on it I might not be able to remember.
Edit: to get the wallpaper, go into Sony Ericsson wallpapers to get it.

actually，this is not my first rom ，but truely first rom on xda forum，before this，I published lovesense 1.0,lovesense 3.0,lovesense 3.5 bliss & runny,etc. but for me ,mostly what I like is lovesense 2.0lovesense is just fornostalgia,just for memorizing the forever classical sense 2.1 which is the most suitable rom

Won't use it as a daily driver.. But definitely miss using Sense 2.1 Will give it a try straightaway..

Make a nandroid backup, it is always a good idea
Have your apps backed-up with titanium
Downloadrom, and place onsd card
Shutdown, and boot to cwm recovery
Wipe nothing
Flash rom
Reboot.

As in: do not modify it.
Instruction.
Place zip on sdcard and flash in cwm based recovery.
It is designed to leave your data intact. Its designed to FORMAT system and cache.
Do not do any wiping or formating or resets before or after the flash.
Do do a nandroid back up in case you don't like it and want to go back.
Do do a tibu. Your probably due for one anyway. Good measure.
Its a ICS upgrade. Should you have a forceclose at boot up, something in data is causing it. Go back to recovery and preform a factory data reset. All will be good then.
Confirmed to work for both AT&T or Rogers.

Hey Xda Members! this is my first attempt at a Mod. i've used CM7 and i really wasn't comfortable with all the bugs, like when talking on the phone and the screen would blink and etc. so i went back to stock, liked it but it was kinda plain so i wanted to spruce it up a bit. so i grabbed this Re-stock rom from AndroidForums and got to work.​

Looks good! So this is based off a stock ROM? I'm getting a triumph again tomorrow. I think I'll give this one a spin. Now from what I remember about the original stock rom, few questions:
GPS Fix?
Status bar themable with UOT kitchen or anything similar?
Haptic Feedback work? I know on the stock ROM of my last triumph, it didn't until I flashed a custom ROM.
I think that's it for now. If I think of anymore, I'll report in!

yes it is based on the stock rom with some tweaks, UOT kitchen was used, [great resource] and haptic feedback should work, i havent yet to check on gps.

Edit: So I flashed, and nothing. Been waiting 5 minutes about for it to turn on. Gonna try again, and see if we get it working.
