I have a problem with a nexus s .... The problem that shows up and hooking the 3G, but it does not receive incoming calls and outgoing ...... to point out that being a phone from a vodafone contract already closed .... and that can block the IMEI of the phone will block the calls. Let me know.
thank you.
This is in the wrong section, there is CLEARLY a forum called Q&A.
Post there instead, this is the development forum.
Post your questions in the Q&A sections in future please.
Also any talk of undoing a IMEI block or changing an IMEI will get your thread closed.
Changing IMEI's is illegal in most countries.
If a person wants to switch providers, they'll block the IMEI? It 's the first time in history

Is there a way to block or foward any incoming calls to voicemail so it won't drop my internet connection while tethering? Ive read about looking for DDTM mode in call settings but i dont seem to see anything like that in the Cyanogenmod. Maybe this for some other type of mod or even Sense. Any help would be appreciated. If this is the inappropriate thread to post this to, I appologize.
im tired of being nice...first READ THE FREAKIN RULES. DONT post in the wrong section. How does this qualify as a development thread??? look at the top of this forum and loook at the sticky threads!
QUIT BEING RETARDED AND LOOK AT THE ADMINS THREADS! THEY ARE PUT THERE FOR A REASON!

EDIT*****
My apologies i did see that you posted about the thread not being in the right section. This should be placed i nthe Q&A section i posted above at or the Cm6 thread. Sorry for being so harsh its just no one reads rules or follows and type of order around here and im tired of it.
i'm not aware of any way to stop the calls, because if u shut off the radio, it shuts off the data too (but u can shut off data but leave phone...)
I haven't seen any roms with a work around either. So i suggest you tell ur people just to text you first and u can call them back. haha.
Yep. DDTM is in the programming. Make sure your ROM has an HTC stock dialer and EPST (any simple Sprint ROM will work).
Dial ##3282#
Enter your MSL (you're responsible for retrieving this)
Go to "Advanced"
Scroll down to DDTM
By default, it's off. Enable it
This by default should block all calls when the data session is active. I'm not sure how it handles dormant data connections.
Hii guys
When you activate/deactivate call forwarding the mobile dials a number automatically after you enter forwarding number & save it. For example if I go to set immediate forward it ask me to enable & give a number & when i save it it dials automatically *72 for activation & *96 for deactivation for my operator in india.
The phone i have is XT883 unlocked china telecom & have some other numbers configured except for enabling immediate forwarding. So if can enable it nut can't disable as while disabling it try to dial some other number.
Can u suggest how to change these pre configured numbers. This must be somewhere in configuration but could not find it on google.

Got it Mr. Lufc. I think i had posted it under Droid 3 general questions forums. May be i posted somewhere esle by mistake. thanx for your guidance. I will take care in future.
When phone is under WIFI network, have poor connectivity in making and receiving calls. Callers are unable to get connected - the caller doesn't get thru many times without getting any engaged or other tone. Same way, calling out also doesn't get thru without getting any busy or other tone. If the wi fi is disabled, phone works fine for both incoming and outgoing calls.
Using Airtlel in India - have changed SIM card, updated software to 5.1 but problem is unresolved. Please advise.
Hi
Thanks for writing to us at XDA Assist. I can see you've asked the same question in two other places:
Can't make calls
[Q] Poor call connectivty under wifi network
Please refer to the XDA Forum Rules for information regarding the creation of duplicate posts/threads.
Seeing as you already have this question in the appropriate place (Nexus 6 q&a section) I'll close this thread and let you continue there.
Thread closed, thanks.
I added a new dialer and thought that i could deleted the default apk that came with the phone and now i have lost everything and do not know how to get it back. i can call out but cant take incoming calls, dial digits in call, or any other things you can do after you dial number. i only can hang up from the true phone app that gives me the option to end call, but i can not dial a number if needed while in the call. (like when calling the bank) Someone please help i am pretty knowledgeable but made a stupid mistake and thought it was backed up but my sd card crashed and it never said what i deleted so I am not experience enough to deal with this.

Hi, thank you for using XDA Assist. Your best bet is to return your device to stock and start over again. Unfortunately there is not a specific forum on XDA for your device. So you might try asking for help here, http://forum.xda-developers.com/android/help

Hello,
Welcome to XDA.
That is probably caused by your network. Have you dialed the number to do the over-the-air programming to update the network settings on your phone, if you recently purchased the phone then that would probably help.
Try posting your question in the forum linked below.

The experts there may be able to help.
