where i helped you, hit the "thanks" button
you can change the browser(i use opera mini), a2sdgui for me it`s works and the root explorer doesn`t work try file meneger from play store. i can tell you for wi-fi hotspot doesn`t work.

Home button not functional
Hey man have this major issue with my phone. Which ever cyanogenmod (including this) or any other custom rom i have flashed on my cell renders my home button inactive. Your rom is absolutely AMAZING and I really want to use it but due to this reason I cannot. Any sort of help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

It's a nice sense pack but it is not well adapted to our device... Anyway the rom is kind of unstable, you get a lot of force closes from aplications and also the new adreno libs you put on this rom makes the image to get blurred when scrolling through the menu and web pages, image gallery and so on... In other words there is a lot of space for improvements to be made ! Anyway it is a nice attempt

Currently, there are several serious problems:
-sometimes stops working mobile internet
is a large decline in fps when you touch the screen - this greatly affects the performance in 3D applications
-is not working bluetooth headset
- "Noise" on the screen when charging when the device is turned off.
-Does not work autosearch wi-fi
Finalizing unofficial build nobody engaged. We want a stable ROM versoin for this device. Join the petition if you want to help us achieve that goal!

Agree. There is not one only good and stable rom for our net, no one.
jst rom is old and unstable. markolino rom the same. marko talks too much and makes a few facts.

I want browser fixed!
I like this ROM very much & I have installed it many times. The only problem which I faced each time is that It's browser always force closes. I am unable to use the default browser of ROM.

hey is there anyone using Gimlo rom 0.2 on Miro?
is everything running ok?
actually im having certain issues.
1st it does not have the walkman app.
2nd i want the stock timescape.
3rd my phone does not detect adhoc networks anymore
4th the bottom led never works.
users please post your opinions.

- Walkman - Yeah, my mistake :\
- Timescape - Maybe in next versions of Gimlo. Ask Yokav.
- Adhoc - I don't know :\
- Bottom LED? Probably because you flash some mods for Tipo that probably has not those LED.

i using the gimlo 2.0 and its perfect that roma =) but as you say no and that includes player brings that brings several things but you have an advantage you can uninstall everything you do not like that comes by default for example I have the Walkman of xperia v mean the launcher from xperiaz etc .... You can customize it without losing performance that brings perfect =)

yeah please at least bring the option to select whether we want to install the timescape,walkman etc and make the led work please. it makes the phone look sexy
maybe you could release the gimlo 0.3 with all these things fixed. i mean "gimlo for miro" and not "gimlo ported to miro".

I've added Flash player and ES file explorer. if you flash the ROM just after you erase /data folder, these apps wont be installed. You can manually install these apps if you like after flashing. ES File Explorer, Flash Player.
I've added init.d support with some tweaks. Just after flashing these wont be active. For activating the Tweaks/init.d support, you have to change the permission of file '/system/etc/install-recovery.sh' to rwx-rx-rx in root explorer or in es file explorer in root mode. OR, download this file and run it in Script Manager with superuser(su) permissions

Thanks dude... couple of questions .1:will it allow us to install apps directly onto the external sd card like gsmart rom 2: are u working on increasing the allocated ram in a30? 3; is it an ics rom or are u upgrading it to jb?

its based on gsmart rom. so you can do most of gsmart stuff like face unlock, storage selector, etc.
cant change the RAM, man. its hardware.
as i said its based on gsmart rom which is ics. but i will add android 4.2 apps like clock, keyboard, etc. but camera, gallery of 4.2 didnt work properly whilst testing.
i has added a cwm for a30(its chinese). really its for greenorange go m2s. but it works perfectly, just some getting used to. its menus are same as that said in this link

U may also wanna look into stock and custom roms of HTC Desire X..it has the same chipset (msm8225) and gpu (adreno 203)...hope that will help... thanks for all ur help:thumbup::thumbup:

Can u port xperia z home launcher mod into the rom.. I've installed the zip n its working great..faster,more responsive n smoother than the stock launcher in gsmart rom. Also u can port xperia z walkman mod. It ll be a gr8 addition to the rom.

i tried the xperia z launcher v3.5. it is difficult to move through home pages. long swipes are needed to switch pages. stock launcher uses less ram too. i am sticking with the stock launcher. maybe i'll add some extra wallpapers

Don't know maybe its just me but the stock launcher was eating up a lot of ram for me with too much lag... but eversince I installed, the xperia z launcher mod my device is much faster n usually the free ram is like 115 mb or so while as it was just around 80-90mb when I was using the stock launcher... dnt knw but it worked like a charm for me:thumbup:

I've tried the media app
it doesn't play some video formats which mxplayer does. and it is very hard to remove this from the phone once it is installed, it copies a lot of files to the system folder, it also applies to the walkman app it copies so many files, at least 10 apk files, 20 lib files, 20 framework files. and it doesn't play many files.some people may not like these apps so it is hard to remove these files one by one. so I'm not gonna add walkman, media app on my rom. you can flash these once the rom is flashed. and i recommend poweramp and mxplayer instead of stock video,music & xperia walkman,media app. Please understand me

Thanks for all all ur efforts buddy.. but will the sound enhancement from sony like clear audio, xloud etc and bravia engine work without installing these apps.. as u've mentioned them in the features of the rom....????

I extracted the zip file to check its intigrity and it was fine. What may be the problem.
Downloaded again but all in vain same problem
By the way I am using stock recovery. The stock recovery worked well with the Gsmart Rio ROM.

i've clearly mentioned you should use go m2s cwm.
it will work on any cwm recovery.
but i recommend the go m2s recovery Click Here.
you cant flash any custom rom update.zip using stock recovery.

New Custom Rom (ONLY FOR DEVS)...!!!!
Hey Guys, Check out this Custom Rom : http://askhideki.com/custom-rom-for-...ill-430x-miui/
This is a MIUI based custom Rom For Innos D9 (Same Chipset and GPU).. i installed it but had to flash the boot.img manually from gsmart rom to make the device boot up... the amazing thing here is that this custom rom work (although with a lot of bugs), so it can be used as a base to build a
miui based custom rom for vA30....If someone can add the neccesary tweaks to make it fully compatible for A30 it would make a great custom rom . I took the Risk and it paid-off so u can be assured that it wont brick ur device.. Now time for devs like Jovin to tweak it in the right manner to make it work for A30...:victory::good:
Note: After Flashing the phone will show only a white-screen while booting... so connect ur phone in fastboot mode and flash the boot.img from GSMART ROM, restart and the it will boot without any problems.. (Be sure to make a back-up first)

This is a MIUI based custom Rom For Innos D9 (Same Chipset and GPU).. i installed it but had to flash the boot.img manually from gsmart rom to make the device boot up... the amazing thing here is that this custom rom work (although with a lot of bugs), so it can be used as a base to build a
miui based custom rom for vA30....If someone can add the neccesary tweaks to make it fully compatible for A30 it would make a great custom rom . I took the Risk and it paid-off so u can be assured that it wont brick ur device.. Now time for devs like Jovin to tweak it in the right manner to make it work for A30...:good:
Note: After Flashing the phone will show only a white-screen while booting... so connect ur phone in fastboot mode and flash the boot.img from GSMART ROM, restart and the it will boot without any problems.. (Be sure to make a back-up first)

Problem
The only problem with sony based rom for jb is the album, walkman and movies sometimes missing. And the fact that some games cannot be opened such as frozen or candy crush when I restore using titanium backup. Any solution for media apps or other apps that can function properly to substitute this sony media apps?

I have try Doomsday rom and i actually face the same problem. I only can see my media after the first reboot and after that it hardly been seen. I love sony based rom though so definitely will be waiting for v5 doomsday.

In the links below there will be multiple Files to download all with different apps and purposes.​
Walkman, Movies & Album
A ZIP Containing Walkman (8.5.A.2.7) with a fully functional EQ, Album (6.6.A.0.6) and Movies (8.0.A.0.6). All working perfectly on the xperia z1 with any 5.0 Cyanogenmod based ROM. Realistically these apps should work on any phone running Lollipop but I have not tested so feel free to try on any other phone and let me know.

Thanks will try my best but we will have to wait for sony to release Lollipop as a lot of the apps are still not compatible with ART.

Anyone who experiences issues regarding signature verificayion make sure to toggle verification off in your respective recoveries.
