Hi I am from UK and I've ordered HTC sensation from simplyelectronics.net. I found an amazing offer but later I realised the offer was too good to be true and heard negative comments from the forums. Now I am really scared and I was wondering does anyboy know about them in terms of originlaity of their products. I do know they suck at delivering on time and got lots of 1 star review for that, but that is not an issue here. I heard HTC manufacturer by name SIS from SIngapore-Malaysia is the original one and all the AP sets i.e copy one's are made from HongKong which is chinese duppliate copys sets. Please can sombody help??

Hi to all,
I will like to know if you will create a new forum for the Samsung Onmia.
There are many users of this machine and it will be great for us.
Thanks and best regards,
Jose
Pd. i don't know if this post has to be shown here, if not pls an moderator can change to the correct place.
This is a forum for HTC manufactured devices and so there is little/no chance of a specific forum for the Omnia. There is at least one Omnia specific thread somewhere in this forum though.
in the general section.
Ive been out of the phone loop for a bit, due to buying a new computer and researching all the parts for that
So im trying to get back into the phone swing of things. My phone is pretty dated and slow. Last time i was around, i had my eyes on the HTC Sensation, tho it appears the Amaze has out done it alittle bit, however word on the street is that phone is on its way out. So this maybe a really broad question, but whats a good phone to pick with the following
* Can work/Does work on AT&T Network
* qHD disaply
* Multi-Core
* Flash (leds)
* Runs Android
I've been an HTC fan for awhile, but have seen some recent complaints. Im also not overly happy with them releasing the phones i prefer, on only T-mobile. I prefer the more rounded ones like Sensation and Amaze, yet they more square bricks are what gets dumped on AT&T (sorry, i dont like the Evo design)
So can anyone offer up some suggestions, current or future, or should i hold off for a while longer?

Well it didnt feel like a "i have a problem, heres my question" thread to me, which is why i didnt post it in the Q&A. I felt it more like a general discussion to gather opinions..
Thanks for scolding me like a child in public tho. I will post every thread that has any kind of question in the Q&A tho from now on. So my apologies.
Hi!
I'm thinking about importing a Captivate Glide from US. I'll maybe buy it from Amazon, but as you probably know Amazon doesn't ship outside US.
I tried once with a forwarder whose name is Consegnato.com. It was specialized in forwarding to Italy, where I live.. but result is that my phone is stuck in London customs and dozens of customers are hopelessly trying to figure it out with no success for now. Apparently, lots of very good reviews hid something shady. So, no phone for me.
If i bought a new one what forwarding service should I use?
Any experience?
Thank you very much.
ps. I didn't got if this was a thread for General or Q&A.
Please feel free to move it wherever it should, naturally. Hope I didn't mess it up.

Ok, it looks like i messed it up.
Sorry.
Hi Developers,
I just want to ask that "i am going to open a blog on iphone and android" does my this idea is good or bad.
Considering the topic and that it's 2012, you'll need really good material and reviews if u want ur blog to be famous.
PS : if ur looking for blog writers, I'm available
As someone who runs one now it is a lot of work. You need tom invest massive amounts of time just to get started, and that's using something easy like Wordpress!

Hi, people.
I've been wondering, if you will root your phone, how can you tell if a newly launched phone will be popular with the ROM developers?
I will be getting a new phone in a few months' time and I'm quite worried that my future phone will not be well supported by ROM developers...
I think most phones have a fairly good audience. One general way of looking at it is buying a popular phone with some hype. Phones with lots of reviews on their carrier sites. The more people buying a phone = more developers on it.
