Havn't used it since i ran CM7 and had sort of forgotten about it. Will give it a try again.
Really useful app even the lite version, as it is included in my ROM.
It holds your hand every step of the way when you make any framework changes, and prompts you to backup the files first before confirming any modifications. (Which it does for you).
My advice to anyone wanting to use this is to make sure you Nandroid first, and just read any prompts that Pop-up carefully.
