HTC One S - Facebook integration - HTC One S

Hi all
I know in stock ICS, the ability to integrate facebook contacts into the address book was removed.
Does HTC Sense 4.0 on the One S bring this back?
Pre ICS, all my handsets were able to view status updates, sync contacts and such with facebook. In stock ICS this is gone
Many thanks

yes you can integrated your facebook contact with sense 4

[Q] Facebook agenda in Gingerbread (CM7)

Hi,
When my Desire was on Froyo (stock ROM), my Facebook agenda used to appear in my Gagenda (on the device, not on the net). Now that I'm using CM7, I can't see this Facebook agenda anymore (or with any other GB ROMs).
When I accepted an invitation on FB or when there was a birthday, it was handy to see it on my device's agenda.
Any idea how to use this agenda with CM7?

[Q] All-in-one widget?

Hey guys, is there any app/widget that shows all information (facebook, twitter, custom rss feeds, latest unread sms, emails, updates) in just one panel?
Thanks!
i think you can arrange all the widgets on your home screen in a decent order... that might get you what you want
man.. I had a launcher 1 time for that but I cant remember the name.. so this is a 'placeholder' if you will. will report back with its name, although Im not sure if a launcher is what your after. more of a HTC Friendstream widget I suppose..
Sent from my HTC HD2 using XDA App

[Q] What apps are safe to freeze/remove from stock ROM?

I have tried some various custom roms and kernels over a couple of weeks now, but for different reasons i feel most comfortable with rooted stock ROM.
Now I am wondering what system apps is safe to remove?
I'm not using any of the included apps i think, except for Google maps, GMail, POP3 Mail and Internet browser.
I'm gonna use Titanium backup to freeze the apps I don't use and I guess i could just try for myself, but if anyone had a list of safe apps it would be a great help.
Thanks.
Well i'm on LBC but i froze:
Car Panel
Connected Media
Reader
Talk
Wifi Hotspot
Seems fine. No reboot or anything.
You can freeze just about anything, things like music, live and magic smoke wallpapers to HTC sync applications, to app sharing etc.
I'm on LBC and I've cut the apps that were preloaded with by half, there is waaay too much unnecessary bloatware.
Thanks guys, this is my list of frozen apps so far:
Amazon MP3
Android Live Wallpapers
Black Board
Bookmark Widget
Calculator Widget
[STOCKS]com.htc.dcs.service.stock
Data Dashboard
Data Roaming Widget
Dock Mode
Facebook
Facebook for HTC Sense
Flickr
Google Search
Home Screen Tips
HTC Hub
HTC Hub Sync
HTC Likes
HTC Likes Widget
HTC Report
HTC Sense Live Wallpaper
HTC Slide Show
HtcTrendWidget
Live Wallpaper Picker
Locations Widget
Magic Smoke Wallpapers
Mail Widget
Messages Widget
Music Visualisation Wallpapers
News Widget
Peep
People Widget
Photo Widget
Setup Wizard
SIM Toolkit
Slate
Stocks
Stocks Widget
Tell HTC
Twitter
Wood
I'm still working on it though so I'm sure the list will be twice as long when I'm done

[Q] request: private appointment in calendar

Using revolution HD, there is no option in the calander to make an appointment private.
Understand that in the standard google calander that option is present, but HTC changed that,
On HD2 I used cyanogen and it was present there.
I could of course change to cyanogen. But I like sense.

HTC Blinkfeed on the GS7???????

I was wondering if there was ANY possible way to get Blinkfeed on the GS7? I would prefer to not have to root if at all possible. I loved the approach of the newsfeed i was able to customize with it. I have been told to try Flipboard, but I do not like how it presents info and it seems to push more of it's agenda versus more of my social media/relevant info I want/need.
You can install HTC Sense or just blinkfeed since a dev on the site has managed to port the apk's, you'll find it here

Instagram plugin not working
Looks like the instagram plugin is no longer working as of 6/1/16. Does anyone have an updated version of the plugin?
I'm running HTC Sence / Blinkfeed on the GS7 combined with Nova launcher.
thanks!
