[Q] Facebook agenda in Gingerbread (CM7) - Android Software/Hacking General [Developers Only]

Hi,
When my Desire was on Froyo (stock ROM), my Facebook agenda used to appear in my Gagenda (on the device, not on the net). Now that I'm using CM7, I can't see this Facebook agenda anymore (or with any other GB ROMs).
When I accepted an invitation on FB or when there was a birthday, it was handy to see it on my device's agenda.
Any idea how to use this agenda with CM7?

Email widget

Id like to know if its possible to install thale stock mail.apk and htc mail widget to a Nonsense Evo.
If not is there something similar I could install??
EVO nosense.
Specifically what are you looking to do? Non-sense ROMs should have a mail app. Not sure about widgets since I don't use mail widgets but do you just want something that displays emails on a homescreen widget?
Thats what im looking for. The stock rom has a mail widget where I can see my emails on one of the screens 4x4 size. Where I can check my 2 hotmail accounts and my gmail account.
EVO nosense.
Ive been using pure messenger. Looks a little nicer than the sense one, but can be a slight buggy with updating.
Ill give that a try. But more suggestions will ve read.

Using pure messenger. Almost perfect substitute for what I was looking.
Thanks for the info.

Sigh, I'm also looking for a solution to this. On stock I had the Sense email widget for my exchange emails and it was awesome. The lack of good 4x4 email widgets is appalling.
I've tried Pure Messenger but it requires K9 mail which I simply can't get to work with my server.
I've tried "email widget" from the market, had to do some terminal work to get it to install as a system app, and it works, but looks like crap, text is way too small and runs together.
Really missing that Sense email widget.

[Q] All-in-one widget?

Hey guys, is there any app/widget that shows all information (facebook, twitter, custom rss feeds, latest unread sms, emails, updates) in just one panel?
Thanks!
i think you can arrange all the widgets on your home screen in a decent order... that might get you what you want
man.. I had a launcher 1 time for that but I cant remember the name.. so this is a 'placeholder' if you will. will report back with its name, although Im not sure if a launcher is what your after. more of a HTC Friendstream widget I suppose..
Sent from my HTC HD2 using XDA App

[Q] request: private appointment in calendar

Using revolution HD, there is no option in the calander to make an appointment private.
Understand that in the standard google calander that option is present, but HTC changed that,
On HD2 I used cyanogen and it was present there.
I could of course change to cyanogen. But I like sense.

[Q] Best Gmail Widget ??

I seek the best gmail widget to my htc sensation. at the moment, I use this from the market (Gmailwidget+), but it does not always work with new ROMs, my phone is rooted with LeeDrOiD rum.
Which widget do you think is the best? must be able to show unread mails
I like the built in widget. I haven't try anything else because i don't need to try.

HTC One S - Facebook integration

Hi all
I know in stock ICS, the ability to integrate facebook contacts into the address book was removed.
Does HTC Sense 4.0 on the One S bring this back?
Pre ICS, all my handsets were able to view status updates, sync contacts and such with facebook. In stock ICS this is gone
Many thanks
yes you can integrated your facebook contact with sense 4
