Hi all
I have whatsapp installed on my iphone and I used for quite long time and then I has been now using it on my android device but I found that I can't retrieve my old messages from the iphone to restore it in my android device !!
I found that IOS store the conversation in a file called Chatstorage.sqlite whereas Android OS save it in a file called mesgstore.db.
I extracted both and using a sqlite database viwer I found my messages but unfortionately both structures are different.
So is there any guru/geek/developer/programmer who can help me to import my old messages form chatstorage.sqlite ( Iphone whatsapp version ) to msgstore.db ( Android whatsapp version ) or at least to change it into .xml file that can be restored as sms ?!
Thanx in advance.
Hello Guys,
i saw this SMSBomber and remember i also developed a app like that long time ago and though i can share it also with you guys. This is not a copy or something. I think why not sharing it!
Its in german but i think you can understand it also if you're not german.
There are no updates in planing!!
Textbox on top > choose contact
Second row left textbox > insert count of sms | Combobox > select predefined count of sms | Check if you want to send it with 1 of 10 and so on like in screenshot
Big Textbox > insert message
Senden button > send messages
First progressbar > how many text allready send
Second progressbar > how many text are delivered (maybee not true what displayed)
Please remember all sms costs like you use your normal sms app!!
Count of sms * costs per sms
For example in Germany
10 sms * 0,19€ = 1,90€ !!!

I use an LG Mytouch 4G Android Phone and i need to print out my Viber messages and call history.
Hi there,
You can use some applications from Play Store like Cloud Print, PrinterShare and so on, or you can simply archive your messages and send to e-mail account.

I have a Huawei G535-l11 with Android 4.3
How can I get the text content of android notifications saved?
I am using an app(TaskRabbit) with text messages ability.
Need to log all my online sessions when using the app but unfortunately the app does not allow me to save/print chat sessions. It does push indivudual messages as notifications ...much like gmail app does....How can I log/copy/paste/save/print notifications ? Ideally have that sync on gdrive....
Perhaps a Linux file with the notification history exists?? Anyone???
I found a good app that is able to export notifications "notifications saver" but the app requires Android 4.4+

There is no way I've found that works without spending 20$ for a software. Please tell me there's a free and easy way to do this

Hi, for the one who still has the same problem, please try Email chat as below:
Step 1: Launch WhatsApp on Android device, inside WhatsApp, go to: Settings > Chat settings > Chat history > Email chat > Export chat.
Step 2: Choose the item you want to transfer with or without media.
Step 3: Select Email, fill in email address and click Send.
Step 4: Log into the same Email address on your iPhone and you will read WhatsApp messages on your iPhone.
Hope this will be your help.
