[Q] unroot stock 3.1 to update to 3.2

I'm currently running stock WW 3.1 and wanting to unroot as i don't see the need anymore. My question is I have the latest update downloaded can I flash with that or do I need to unroot to same version then let OTA update?
Current Device Info:
* B60 serial
* HMJ37.WW_epad-8.4.4.11-20110711
Well with this rootkit you can do everything:http://www.multiupload.com/XN2HBYPUNZ
it's a rootkit for WW versions, which you can unroot, root your device.

Gedify'd xoom but says 3.2 is the latest?

So I unlocked bootloader, downloaded the US retail HW169.
Flashed that using fastboot, and updates it all on the tablet. But it only goes to 3.2 and says that its the newest update? why cant i get ics ?

So you are on a non US Xoom Wifi Only, and you flashed a US retail image? - When the Tablet reboots, let it go through the OTA process (HWI69 -> HMJ37 -> HTJ85B -> HTK55D -> HTK75D -> IML77 (ICS))
Odd ....You may need to start over.

Nexus S 2.3.4 -> JellyBean (easiest way)

ok have a rooted Nexus S I9020XXKD1 GRJ22 running [email protected] #9 kernel.
rooted and bootloader unlocked.
I'd like to finally upgrade to Jelly Bean stock or custom rom and I am a little unsure if I'll need to first revert back to 2.3.6 stock then goto ICS then goto Jelly Bean...ect.
What is the easiest way to go from 2.3.4 -> JellyBean?
so I guess this is a GT-I9020T (3G) so I could essentially just flash the stock image located at
https://developers.google.com/android/nexus/images
choosing Jellybean from
Factory Images "soju" for Nexus S (worldwide version, i9020t and i9023)
if I wanted straight stock which would probably lose root and clockwork ect.. anyone confirm this?
or I could find a modded rom and just flash that instead to retain root?
You can do what you want.
Flash a rom with a root already.
Flash the stock images with fastboot. Flash or boot custom recovery and flash supersu or su.zip and have stock rooted.
You have a unlocked nexus. You don't "lose" root period

[Q] How to flash back from JB ?

How can I flash back with RDS Lite to Rogers stock, from Telstra JB (lost my rooting after flash) ?
Well I'm on a rogers razr and installed the Telstra rom... I enabled root by installing the Cwm 0.99 package which fave me root again... Works awesome!

[Q] How do I upgrade stock 4.4.4 (EU) to 5.0?

I recently soft bricked my phone (Moto G 2013 falcon) downgrading it from Cyanogen 12 to stock 4.4.4 (Argentina), so after many tries I ended up booting in stock 4.4.4 Europe retail (210.12.40.falcon_umts.EURetail.en.EU).
I try to upgrade that to 5.0, but the OTA update fails in the middle of the installation. Then I tried to download the OTA file manually and install it via stock recovery, but it fails too.
Is there any other way? Or do I have to convert it to 4.4.4 stock Brazilian or some other variation with more OTA files available?
Thanks in advance,
Are you unrooted, running stock recovery, and stock ROM?
Yes: unrooted, stock recovery, stock ROM. My bootloader is unlocked though, so I can easily root the phone or change the recovery.
I already tried with a (supposed) official 5.0 OTA for Europe using stock recovery, but it didn't work ("update failed" or so).
I have the Telus xt1032 8GB. Not sure if it runs or you need the same Telus firmware but I was able to flash back to stock 4.4.4, update Motorola apps, and take the OTA update via wifi. I did this three times on my xt1032 in the past 2 weeks without any problems.
