That's my opinion, discuss yours here
Isn't the Sensation also gonna be like, $200-$300 cheaper than the GS II?

So what I am basically asking is overall comparing both phones which one looks better?
Here is a list of a couple of specs:
Incredible 4G,

RAM: 1GB
Camera: 8-megapixel rear, VGA front

Resolution: 540 x 960 pixels, 275 ppi
Battery: 1700 mAh
Memory: Internal 8GB, up to 32GB microSD
Size: 2.4 x 4.8 x 0.46 inches
Weight: 4.66 ounces
Rezound
Screen: S-LCD capacitive touchscreen
Processor: Dual-core 1.5 GHz Scorpion
RAM: 1GB
Camera: 8 MP, 3264x2448 pixels, autofocus, dual-LED flash, 2 MP Front

Memory: Internal 16GB, up to 32GB MicroSD
Size: 129 x 65.5 x 13.7 mm
Weight: 6.00010 ounces
So what do you guys think? I am sure that more specs would be available later on.

I would prefer Incredible 4G
Just a few corrections, the display is S-LCD on the Incredible 4G (Perhaps even S-LCD2? Since the specs were quite vague, and didn't even mention the S4 processor), and it has 8gb internal memory.
I would rather take the Incredible 4G, mainly because it's ICS based, and it's lighter/thinner than the Rezound. The Rezound is a brick lol. I also like the 4" screen. You might want to add on that the camera that it has ImageSense, which is a new camera chip used in the One Series (and presumably this device). The camera on the One Series has been described as "near perfect", so looking forward to that.
Imo I would take the rezound. Better screen resolution and processor. ICS doesn't matter because the rezound is bound to get an update anyway sooooo yyyeaa

I can't find any compelling reason to not go Rezound. it's $200 less, the screen is truly magnificent, and moar megahertz!
if ICS is a must-have right now, then wander on over to the development section and find the latest CleanROM. lean, stable, and fast

The processor is not better on the Rezound. It's clocked at 1.5ghz on an S3, but the Inc4g is clocked at 1.2ghz on the S4. The S4 is a significant improvement over the S3 and should help a lot with battery life and performance.
What the inc4g has going for it:
S4 processor (LTE on-chip)
4" screen (if you like that size)
NFC
Much better battery life
Thinner
Lighter
ICS out of the box
Sense 4.0
3 capacitive button layout
Better camera (ImageSense)
Also it will not be priced at 299$, that was left over from the Droid Razr Maxx template the Dinc4G page was based from. It'll likely be priced 149$ to 199$. Possibly even as low as 99$.
Leaning toward the incredible 4G, I do wish it had a better pixel density. But with a lower clock and smaller screen, I can definitely see the incredible getting a better battery life.
But until its out and I try it for myself, I am undecided,
Also, the Rezound is a brick, especially when coming from the original incredible.
I almost forgot the incredible had a next gen processor...its kind of like my G2 how it was underclocked to 800 mhz but was an uprgade processor model from qualcomm at the time...

"Behold brilliance on the large 4" super LCD qHD display, on a device that still fits right in your hand"
That says S-LCD
When will XDA give the INC 4G it's own forum to talk about it? Both the Rezound and DInc original forums have some threads about it.
Rezound
Go for the Rezound - it has a bigger, better screen, and it's supposedly going to have ICS around May 9th. If you can save a bunch of money AND get an ICS device with better internals, then I see no reason to get the Incredible.
honestly the incredible 4g have the s4 over s3 that only advantage most of us here are rooting our device anyway so i dont think ics is big factor. As most of users in xda developers come here to remove the apps or overclock and so on reasons.
