Yes, mine works with a double tap on my Jawbone Era.

WOW! With my bluetooth headphones, it just requires one tap of the phone button, not two SWEEET!!!

Nice! Works with Plantronics M50, it still says "redial" though. Guess camera shoots on redial command and thats why its single/doubleclick on dofferent headsets.

Cool, nice feature.
All that left now is getting a tripod that holds the one s for shots...

Jawbone Icon user here. I turned on bt and discovery, then turned the icon in pairing mode and hit scan for devices on the phone. Paired up fine for me.
I'm using era since i got the phone, no problem at all

It syncs with my nexus one. But won't pair with this sensation or my first one. Am I doing something wrong?
Flip the switch on and it blinks white. Then scan off the phone. Nothing

It has to flash white and red I think. While the jawbone is off, hold the call button and turn the switch on. That should turn on the Jawbone to pairing mode.
Hold the button on top of the headset as you turn it on to put it into pairing mode. It will flash red and white and then you can scan for it with the phone.
edit: Oops... What he said.

Problem with nonoriginal headphones!

I bought an in-ear headphones. But sometimes phone thinks that these headphones are with mic. And the most annoying thing is when phone starts to call last number.
What should I do now? Is it normal? Anyone else had this before?
I have coredroid rom.

Yeah I've had this before as well, I tend to just pull it back out and plug it back in but not like all the way in and it's fine. Seems like a strange little bug.

I'm doing just like you. As its not only for me I will cut wires from headphones and solder in-ear headphones with original ones, and I will have my comfortable headphones and music control.

Too late, I already modified my headphones, and guess what! Now output power is so powerful that with volume at half is loud enough to me.

Nice one, maybe I should consider soldering

[Q] APN and Capacitive buttons questions

I just got my One X and everything seems fine so far, though I'll need to go to AT&T tomorrow to setup a new sim, because as far as I know, My old SIM won't work with the LTE right? I have the one from my old captivate that I cut into a micro sim for an iPhone 4 and I put that in the One X and the APN settings are wrong because they're the settings from the iPhone 4 I'm assuming. If anyone can help me out with the APN that would be great.
Another question I have is regarding the capacitive buttons. Do they only come on in the dark or all the time? I noticed that they weren't on but I turned off my lights and they came on.
Thanks in advance
My button lights are on all the time.

Mine seem to react automatically also. My home button also doesn't light up while the other two button do light up, so Ithink I have a faulty unit.

I would exchange it because of your home button issue. But nice to know that yours are light sensitive

Mine respond to light as well.

If you put your finger over the light sensor (like a quater inch to the left of the AT&T logo) you can see that the capacitive buttons come on. Though I'm looking at mine right now and it seems like they don't go off automatically once I take my finger away.

LED or the camera flashlight ?

You can test this one :
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=jug6ernaut.utl.flnotifier&hl=de
What about Tasker(from dinglisch)?
You'd need Tasker and Tesla Led, because Tasker doesn't support every flashlight(idk why).
(Sorry for my bad english)

The one working better is Lightflow.

You could even use trial version to see the result before buying it!
Camera flashlight y'all .
IPhone has a feature where it flashes 3 or 4 quick times when they receive a text or call
I want this because it looks cool and my friend thinks iPhone is better because we can't do it. I promised him I could haha

Rather just use my notification light lol

Those iPhone Fanboys don't know anything about WE can
You should really try tasker+TeslaLED.
I tried it today and it worked!
But you'll have to read Tasker's manual, because it's really (complex?) dificult to use.

This one works for me. Had the same problem. A friend of mine has the brick of glass... and he was boasting about his flashlight notification.. so I downloaded flnotifier and it works like it should
Hope this helps

Clicking sound while in camera app?

So while I'm in the camera app there's a click coming from the inside of the phone every 3-5 second and it's only in the camera app. I'm guessing that it's coming from the vibration motor. Any ideas??
Don't need to be in the app, just shake your phone and you will hear it clicking around.........intentional design that all one x will have so your phone is fine:beer:

Thanks for the quick reply but when I shake my phone it's a completely different rattle sound. The one in the camera app is more like a springy sound and in a different location and it happens when I'm holding the phone still and when I click the shutter button(but also when I just hold the phone still in the camera app). It also didn't happen with my old one x.

I'm not sure, maybe Ur camera has an issue then. I'm holding hox intestines in my hand as I type and there is nothing that moves except the camera click.....maybe worth getting checked out, also try a 3rd party app and see if it does the same
