Strange.
I installed EOS-utm-everest 2.0 on my Xoom mz601.
ABNAMRO workt nice on v 1.0.
In v 2.0 all account figures (the numbers) are gone. Even a total reset and reinstallgives no result.
The EOS further is awesome well.
Can anybody help me out?

hi! has anyone achieved to use blackberry connect 4.0 on our treo 750v without problems????
i´ve installed it but when I soft reset the device it does not show anything on the today screen except the date, time and windows icon on the left upper side.
do you know how to make it work properly??

works great for me with both BIS and BES accounts. Suggest you back up,hard reset and install again

Hi aussienick, can you post some more detailed info about your Treo ROM version? I was just able to install BB 4 on my Treo but once I configured it via ActiveSync and BB Connect Desktop, it couldn't get connected to BB server at all. Version 2.1 is working fine for me. I'd appreciate any idea...

Hi, my Treo Versions are the same so i am not sure why it isnt working for you. I am using it at the moment connected to a BES at mail2web.com... I dont know why it works for me but not for you...sorry. I have another Treo so i will try it on that too.
aussienick, I have TREO750-1.15-VFE, FW Version: 1.12.0c.00 and when attempted to install BBC4.0 over BBC2.1 (that I had working) I got the Network Available --> Data Tunnel Available --> Not Connected.
Did you see that before?
I noticed that you mentioned your ROM is: TREO750-1.15-VFE, FW Version: 1.12.0a.00
Any idea where you got that specific (0a) ROM from?
And one more question, do you have the new BB Browser and Proxy settings that are supposedly new to 4.0 on you Treo?

Unfortunately I was not successful even though tried everything possible - starting with hard reset of my device and ending with firmware upgrade to 1.16-VFE 1.12.0c. I was experiencing the same troubles as you mentioned - tunnel available, but not connected. So, at the end I got back to 2.1 version which works fine for me. Anyway I'd really appreciate if someone has an idea how to make 4.0 version work - it has several features I'd love to use - like Contacts synchronization...
correct me if I'm wrong, but the rom upgrades do not touch the "TREO750-1.15-VFE" part right? only the "Firmware version" part, right?
I suspect that BBC 4.0 also looks at the "Software Version" which I have no idea how to update.
Ideas?
I also reverted back to 2.1 for now, but would love to get 4.0 going.
zaxxon, try this update http://palmone.r3h.net/downloads.palm.com/PalmTreo750vUpdaterEN.zip which modified also the TREO750 part at least for me. But I don't think it will help you much.

Apparentlt, the BlackBerry 4.0 does look at the ROM version of the treo and every other Smartphone. At the moment I am trying to get it working on some earlier model WM5 BB connect compliant smartphones. I will let you know the results.
Hi all, I just joined the forums, I have a friend that handed me three phones (All Treo's, a pair of 600's and one 750). He asked if I could manage to unlock them (for a different service provider) and if I would manage to reset everything back to boot (like empty phone book, no files, etc...).
Anyways, I've been reading up since yesterday, feeding as much info into my head as possible (on just the 750 for now), rying to figure out how to go about it, and it's really just giving me a headache.
I tried a couple of the "unlock" threads, but they keep pointing me in the direction of a Cheetah unlocker (the phone by default as 1.0 NetFrame), and I installed 2.0 (I figure I did, I tried 2.0, 2.0 SP1, 2.0 SP2, currently it's supposed to be 2.0 SP2) on it (the phone is WM5.0). When I try running the Cheetah unlocker however, it states that I have the wrong .Netframe installed.
Can anybody run some info by me? Help me out quicker? Please
you need 2.0 .netframe for your computer not your phone....
Yea, I realized that a while after posting this lol (I feel smart now!).

There is a tutorial onyoutube for installing but I have difficulty following the guys instructions.
Would be awesome if some one could cook out the latest froyo release for the gen8s into something that works on the 5it. I would happily loose the (sometimes sh1te) mkv supporting archos media player for rockplayer or other of the new breed of android media player that runs all file types.
If anyone can-knows how to complie an aos that is installable without ubuntu Im prepared to give it a go.

It's a bit limited but runs fine. Just need to know how to get market working.
Is there a way to compile a new rom by using the current img I have and adding on options? Such as remove phone function add in google apps.
A detailed hide to rom building would be great.

I also installed Froyo some days ago, but I restored the firmware because the Archos Media Center in my 1.6 Android ceased to work.
Is yours still working correctly?
Reverting back to Android 1.6
Once I hack Archos IT 5 to Froyo, can I go back to the original Archos 1.6 setup with all the original apps?
You can remove the whole developer firmware back to stock 1.6 by holding down vol - and powering up the archos and reset firmware from there.
I had triple boot set up with mine. 1.6 froyo and angstrum all selectable on first boot.

I have installed froyo on my archos 5it.
I still have access to archos os(android 1.6(v2.0.38)).It's working fine.But when go to froyo, i use some of the apps, the browser didn't work i installed dolphin browser. I tried to use an app that required root access, it didn't work.i went on the android market(that works great!!) and installed root check.It just confirmed that i don't root access.So i'll be very happy if somebody could give me some help on how to have that root access.

Is this project completely dead in the water? I'm still holding onto my Archos 5IT (500gb) in hope that someday it will get Froyo but it's getting mighty heavy next to my Evo and Viewsonic G-tab.

hi i installed yesterday the gb 3.0 and 2.5 radio for my tb. since then it keeps trying to update or download tango from the market and i dont even have tango on my phone i've pulled the battery a few times and it keeps doing the same thing. also on my fb i have friends that write to me in greek and now it doesnt recognise the greek fonts, the older version i had from bamf had no problems like this. did i do something wrong or is it the gb i installed? any ideas? thanks

I've been awy from XDA dev since my touch pro-2!
But I got an A20 chip Chinese tablet formy daughter, it works great other than the latest Netlix install from the play store which does sound and no vdeo.
I read some stuff about needing an older apk, I found one abd tried it but that didn't work at all.
Anyone tell me which version works and wher I can download the APK?

went through 1.8.1, 2.0.2, 2.2 something and 2.4 something last night, it's not untill I got to 2.4 that I could get past the log in screen, but it then had the same 'no picture' issue as the latest version.
Any ideas?
