i want to ask if i bought usb hoster for my sl 9003
will i be able to read flash memory and external hard disk or not
i saw the cable and want to know it it work or not
No u wont be able to do it..although our chip supports that feature, but some work has to be done for that to work.

Have some of you got this controller working on the r ?
I have tried almost every app for this purpose but the only thing I've got is to make it recognize the wiimote but the app crashes after a second.
They speak about problems with TW...
Is it possible to use any other controller? Ps3, Xbox...?

if u have otg cable than give it a try by connecting slr camera etc. try to discover its working or not.

It does support.... I've tested pendrives, wireless mouse, card readers... all of them worked
But it didn't recognized my P&S camera...

No offense but i think u should give links for the downloads or atleast give credit to the original devs.

He has not yet given up. In the latest post he said with some changes in the modules we can get it working... :good::laugh:
he frndz here is usb otg that helps u to mount or unmount usb device without typing any busybox command, and it just need working molules 4 witch our devs are working......bt 4 me a simple micro sd card reader(pendrive type) is working....

wait a miniute...!! For you card reader is working...??? How u set up all usb connections...? Tell me in detail buddy. It will help me so much.

place modules in
/system/modules
and
/system/lib/modules
for modules cradit goes to "vivekkalady"
then i use xperia s usb otg cable and this otg helper...
then sucessfully mounted usb card reader...

have u tried a pen drive?? And most important do u use any external power source.
Edit :- which firmware & kernel version u are using???

i think nobody intrested in beats audio, everyone wants usb otg. i have already tell my steps to vishal sir, bt i will definatly update this thread with steps and screenshots.......in night. now i have to go to enjoy frndship day with my frnz....

I tried with memory card reader. No luck. I am on ddlf2 rom. Now I am sure that its somewhat related to modules which need to be corrected for ddlf2 rom.

hey buddy...sory,i think this driver its only for the mass storage and phone storage only..i never use the usb tether anyway..i think u should try use kies..

Wont work.. external hard disk needs more power.. tab wont be able to supply enough power to make the external hard disk to run..

A:you can do it with a y cable and a power supply.
By the way U will get more R to a Q if you bother to actually put some I in the T and do some R before you A and put the P in the correct F.

is there anyway to root it since usb port wont work?
i ve seen smthing about poot-debug but i have no idea what to do.

The only method i know is by flashing the superuser zip file. But u need a custom recovery for that.

just buy an another cable or use any other (micro USB only ):silly:

...I think his USB port is broken. Can't buy that in stores....
