I can't for the life of me find a way to turn off the feedback for the capacitive buttons. Any one now how to do this I am sure I am missing something.
Go to Settings.
Go to Sound.
Scroll to the very bottom and uncheck Vibrate feedback.
Thank me
JK...enjoy!

does anyone know how to stop the htc pro vibrating under all circumstances? The vibrate function really annoys me and it probably wastes battery Which on the pro isn't the best anyway. I want to be able to set it so that it only vibrates when I don't want it to make a noise.
if you mean when it rings then yes tap on START-> Settings -> then tap on the "phone" button then the top option "ring styles" should be changed from "ring and vibrate" to just "ring"
No, I mean stop all vibration

It vibrates for all sorts of other reasons too. Very draining on battery, really stupid in a poor battery life device.
The haptic feedback on my x7510 has turned itself off somehow. I can't find any control panel or other means to turn this on. Can anybody suggest how to do this.
Thanks!

There are actually a couple different ways to accomplish this.
1. On the keyboard, lower left, green FN key, then lower right, right arrow key, toggles on/off.
2. If you use HTCHome click on the 5th icon and you will see Sound and Vibration. Vibration is the keyboard setting, on/off.
Great! Thanks! I figured it was something simple.
Appreciate your response.
Just want to share this. Works on gnote.

does this one also shrink the control buttons on the screen?
You can resize the controls by double tapping on them in the options > control settings of the game.
The controls are in the correct place but not as big as with the standard gta3.set... It's harder to hit them properly now.
Didn't quite get your how-to, how to bring the old size back.

Then go to adjust driving controls, then you can change the layout of the buttons and the size of them by doubletap on them.
Hope i can help
I installed this last night and there was also an update available for GTA3 which I installed shortly after. It has now become really laggy and the cut scenes are messed up. Anyone else having issues on the Note?
Thanks. This mod makes a huge difference.
Not sure when this occurred perhaps when I upgraded to jelly bean, but before when I brought my phone to my ear the screen would turn off as I brought it back in front the screen would pop back on again. Now it stays on and I can even press the buttons with my cheek. Any idea where this option is located? I have all my motion options turned on and I have smart stay turned on under display (I tried turning it off as well didn't make difference) thanks
go into your dialer press menu, call settings and make sure auto screen off during calls is checked.

I was able to find it, just go to your "log" screen and click on call settings then scroll till the "turn on screen during calls". I actually love this feature.
title.
In the settings you can enable one hand mode by tapping the home button twice, but when using gestures, well... there is no home button. Is there a workaround?
Maybe not exactly what you're asking, but you can activate it by pulling down the notification bar/quick settings.
A bit easier than to go into the settings.

I didn't even think of searching for this mode in the quick settings. Thanks!
