Just want to share this. Works on gnote.

does this one also shrink the control buttons on the screen?
You can resize the controls by double tapping on them in the options > control settings of the game.
The controls are in the correct place but not as big as with the standard gta3.set... It's harder to hit them properly now.
Didn't quite get your how-to, how to bring the old size back.

Then go to adjust driving controls, then you can change the layout of the buttons and the size of them by doubletap on them.
Hope i can help
I installed this last night and there was also an update available for GTA3 which I installed shortly after. It has now become really laggy and the cut scenes are messed up. Anyone else having issues on the Note?
Thanks. This mod makes a huge difference.

I appologize if its already on here somewhere but I didn't find much on it. what I think would make the G1 much nicer to use would be a back gesture rather then having to reach down to the back button all the time. u know slide your thumb from right to the left when ur in an app and it would be the same as streching your thumb all the way down to the back button. If someone could either tell me how to set gestures or make something quick and simple to do it I think it would be much nicer to use and I would appriciate it much.
This forum is great and helped me tons on my universal so naturally I'm turning here for help first. I have a feeling by the end of the year Android will be killin the iphone! Turns out its not the phone, its the OS... lol..
The G1 does that to a certain extent but what you are talking about would require a lot of codding in the OS, I don`t think it would be a simple task. But if you are a coder and want to do this, I`m sure other people can offer you some assitance, JF would be one of them for sure. Cheers!

Possibly the only space the operating system reserves for its own input detection is the notification bar. I imagine it might be possible to add some kind of swipe detection to that. However considering how narrow that space is, I don't see how it would be any better than just clicking the back button.
As for the system detecting swipes on the whole lcd, that's probably a non-starter. It would break the touch user interface of many apps.
Currently there are two ways to bring up the programs tab - dragging the tab up and a short press on the tab itself. It *may* be possible to change the function of the short press to 'back' but I think that may cause a lot of inadvertent 'back' presses...

I think what svxdriver wants is for a leftward swipe to be universally recognized as a backstep, meaning not just on the Launcher screen but in all applications.
Not sure how well that would work. The o/s would need to distinguish between a swipe and just scrolling across the screen. Easier, I think, to just use the back button.

well it doesn't have a hard time distinguishing between moving up on a page and when you drag from the top of the screen to pull the notification bar down. in windows mobile I had a program that I could assign different gestures to do different things.. I thought it the same kind of thing would be handy.. but I wouldn't want it to go back cause I swiped, onlyl if I swipe from the edge of th screen to signify I want to go back..
I was wondering if anyone is aware of a way to decrease capacitive buttons delay on the opo? Having to wait so long to bring up recent app list or go to Google Now is simply not acceptable for me after coming from N5 where it was instant. I know I can use on screen buttons but I would like to stick using the capacitive ones but with decreased delay. I am running ART so xposed is not an option. I would also like to stay with stock luncher if possible. Please let me know guys, any help will be much appreciated! (BTW, I searched the forums and Google and found nothing, if it is somewhere out there I apologise in advance!)
What shortcut do you use to bring those things up? Long press? Have your tried double tap instead? I use double tap home for recent apps and it's delay isn't as much as long press home for recent apps

Ur welcome
In the button options, you can select what each hardware button actually does. I'd like to set google now (the thing where cards appear with info on things that might interest you, not the launcher) to start when I double tap the home button, but I can't seem to find it anywhere. Does anyone know how I could achieve this?
Hopefully I missed a setting somewhere and will feel really silly a few posts in, but thanks in advance!
Go to Settings -> Buttons -> Hardware button
Check Enable custom actions and then set double tap for menu as the Google app
Ah, there we go, thank you! I don't understand why they didn't call it google now or something though.
Ps. I was right and feel totally silly now.
These are not working for me. Are they working for you? What am I doing wrong?
"Swipe up to return to home screen"
"Swipe and hold to access recent apps"
"Swipe up from the left or right side to go back"
They work perfectly for me.
EDIT: It's important that you swipe up from the buttom.
Yes, loving the gestures, couldn't live without them now

Amen ??
these gestures totally rock
They work phenomenally. I cannot go back to soft keys.
Try work flawlessly but I went back to softkeys due to the lack of a gesture for quickly switching between the last used apps. If OP only added some additional (configurable) gestures it would be perfect.

I like them but wish there is more customisation, like the Oneplus gestures app where you can swipe up and hold on the left and right swipes.
Absolutely fantastic, love them
Agree with all posters: Had to learn to love it, but after a short time of using them, I really don't need any keys anymore. This is something, I never thought I'll ever get used to it. And today, I couldn't be any happier for this feature .
The trick is to swipe slowly from the bottom and pause to get all apps in memory. It took me a while to get that one down.
One of the best things about the OP6 is that big screen and you're not getting the best out of it if you're not using gestures. I'm not sure I can go back to buttons after using gestures.
1 of the best feature in OP6
I have been using a iphone x for work, which obviously has gestures, and this is just great for Android, and Oneplus. Works like a champ. Between that and the silk white, I have a new favorite phone.

You do have them on right? Are your buttons hidden or showing?
I'm totally addicted to the navigation gestures, I just hope One Plus will not give up completely this feature for the new one that will be included in the Android P
Never going back to buttons...
Gestures are really good and work as explained. The best part is due to the gestures you can get the max screen to be used.

I didnt have them on. They are on now. The only thing I dont like is I cant turn off the screen by double tapping the home button(I set it up that way) which arent there anymore. How do you guys turn off the screen with a short cut now?
I'm pretty sure that before OneUI 3, I could kick off split screen by simply long pressing the recents button.
Now I have to go through this crazy dance of recents -> long press on icon -> tap some finicky little menu entry.
I half remember that Good Luck used to 'fix' this problem but now I cannot see a way to revert to the much simpler behaviour. Does any one have any info on this, please?
Thanks!
