3g/4g toggle in ICS?! - AT&T Samsung Galaxy S II Skyrocket SGH-I727

Is it still possible to do the toggle in ICS or is it disabled in these roms also?

From what I read, Embryo 2.2 ROM have this feature.

Transferring Lockscreen

Is there a way to pull a lockscreen off of one ROM and move it to another?
I will love the blue lockscreen from trigger 3.2 final.
I believe you can if its the same base. meaning if KD1 lockscreen to KD1 ROM is ok. but KD1 lockscreen to KF2 ROM is a no.
So where are the lock screens stored?

[Q] cwm zip for 14 toggles quickpanel?

Is there a CWM zip mod available for the 14 toggle quickpanel from lidroid for LB3? I know it is offered in a number of ROM's, but I'm running the stock LB3 (rooted, etc.) from dman but I'm missing the extra options.
Each custom ROM I have tried (Vagabond, Zeus 6, AEON) I've had BT issues.
Thanks in advance.

[Q] LTE toggle not working on Spacerocket rom

I have flashed the Rogers Jellybean radio on my ATT Galaxy s2 skyrocket i727 and it has successfully toggled LTE and 3g on several custom roms. But for some reason it has not worked on SpaceRocket Rom I727 Full S5 Experience. The radio works fine for the LTE band but I am unable to toggle between LTE and 3g. Flashing back to Beanstalk rom or LiquidSmooth rom and I am able to toggle again. My baseband version is i727RUXUMA7. I am using the ATT network, and under mobile settings.../APNs I have only one listing, which is ATT Phone. When using the other custom roms there were several listings: ATT Lte, Straighttalk,..etc. Under Available networks, there is only a selection for "Default setup", which is grayed out. What am i missing? I have read thru the stickies several times trying to catch my own mistakes and I assume that I missed something. Any help would be great.
Sounds like an issue with the ROM.

That is what i was afraid of. I was hoping it was something easy to fix on my end because I really like this rom. Could it be that this rom is Sansung based and not CM.xx based, or does that even matter? Does the LTE toggle by method of flashing Rogers radio work on stock rooted roms?

Which ROM includes WiFi calling?

I know AOSP does not support WiFi calling, but derivatives should, if they were not completely unbloated...
What derivative ROMs include WiFi Calling?
Is there a "stock rooted" that I just can't seem to find here?
I must have deleted my OG backup of stock rooted is why I ask.
I'm fairly certain that wifi calling is only available on the stock roms. I think this is the debloated stock jb with wifi calling: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=51884646 I don't know if its rooted but thats not any harder than flashing the rom.

So that would mean you wouldn't be able to run 4.4.2 and have WiFi calling? Rats!
Stock based ICS and jb ROMs should have it as well as custom ROMs that are ICS so like a cm9 should work too. But T-Mobile embedded it into framework jb and newer so no go on recent custom ROMs

So, if it could be pulled from the Stock SK4g APK it wouldn't work for the Relay 4g?
