Prada 3.0 P940 - hidden menu, service mode - Android General

I found service mode in LG Prada 3.0 P940, hidden menu can be activated by entering: 3845#*940# in dial pad. After typing last char hidden menu will popup.

Blaze Dialer Codes

Hey all, I never knew about these particular codes before the blaze. They seem pretty powerful. Thought it would be worthwhile to document them. If you don't want this in the dev section, feel free to move it.
I used the phoneutil code to upgrade from stock, unrooted GB to stock, unrooted ICS when it came out. I originally thought the problem was my usb driver. I tried reinstalling that, and was still seeing errors when looking under Device Manager. Then theshowman posted the code and instruction on changing the modem/CDC properties, and BAM my phone could upgrade via keys.
To use these codes, open up your dialer and type whats under the "code" column.
Some of them open up into this black sceen with grey text which doesn't allow for touchscreen navigation.
If you use the back button with these, it will bring you to your HOME screen. To navigate back, hit the leftmost hardware button, and then "Back".
To select another screen, hit the leftmost hardware button and then "Select," and then type in the particular number, (i.e. "1" for Debug screen).

Thanks to kvswim over on the Verizon Droid Charge forums for a lot of these. I went through his list entering codes manually, adding the ones that worked onto this list.
I've googled lists of these codes, but lots of the ones I entered did not work. Feel free to post one if you find it.

N8020 service code, hidden menu, debugging menu

Hi all:
I've been looking for a while for a secret code / menu which you type a number into dialer,
I've tried several of available ones of galaxy note I, but they don't seem to work, only few..
Can anyone please tell me how to get into the debugging mode ???? (I'm not talking about option- usb debugging)
Many thanks
if your device has been ROOTED, you can launch all secret codes. Install Shortcut Master app, go to menu 'Secret Code Explorer' and tap to launch it.

cant enable hidden menu

trying to flash my verizon s3 but i cant get the hidden menu enabled for diag mode. when i type *#22745927 into the dialer nothing pops up. am i missing something?
i have same problem
i think in android 4.3 don't work it
Use Nova and add a activity shortcut to factory mode. It should work from there.
Go to about device .... tap on build number and it will open up developer options.

Service Menu?

Hello,
After getting my Gear S2 back from Samsung service (I tried to wash it via the faucet water stream, it entered an infinite reboot cycle and then died - IP68 compatible huh?) I turned it on and it appeared to enter some sort of Service Menu. I haven't left this menu (nor do I know how, except maybe a factory reset?), but I would like to know how I could reenter it if I wished to, in the future. Googling for this yielded no results, and that is shocking. I wanted to post an image showing this menu, but I'm not allowed to since I've got less than 10 posts.
Thanks.
Should be able to just upload it to a photo service, like imgur and just pasting the link as text, if you wish to share it. Interested in what it looks like.
Hi. Looking for this menu in the web, i found the method for the Gear 2, and *i think* is the same. I tried succesfully in my Gear S2.
Just go to the dialer and press: *#0*#
and you can enter to a menu titled TESTMODE
You can exit from this menu pressing twice in the upper button.
Greetings.
Pressing the upper button twice does nothing. In fact, I'm unable to exit this mode even with a restart or a factory reset (via Gear Info -> Reset). Here's the link, delete the spaces.

I brought it back to the service and apparently they forgot to flash it. That was a default service Tizen that ships from the factory. It contains tests and it's supposed to be overwritten once the mobo is replaced.

Thanks for the info about the Test Mode. The Sensor screen was fun.

Good!. I tried to find this menu but i only guessed that is for developer options or something like that (because a lot of tizen icons).
Also i tried some codes for Samsung devices and found some of them work in my Gear S2 (use at your own risk):
*#06# Serial Number
*#0*# LCD Test Menu
*#1234# Version Info
*#12580*369# Main Version
*#0228# Battery Status
*#0*# General Test Mode
*#2663# Touch Firmware Version
*#0283# Audio Loopback Control
*#9900# Log Dump
*#34971539# Camera Firmware Update
*#7353# Self Test
Greetings
Did anyone noticed...
I find an easy way to input these codes; plus others that in the dialer doesn't work.
Go to Settings>> Gear info>> Device>> Software version (push 5 times the button) A system ui with a different dialer let you input codes- it's like when we try to get the developer options on android phone.
Hope it helped!

Question Access Engineer Mode on S22 Ultra

Anyone know how to enable the Engineer Mode on the S22 Ultra?
The standard Android shortcut key *#*#3646633#*#* doesn't work, and the other suggestion of going to the Service Menu and typing "Q0" in key entry doesn't work either.
Thanks.
This seems to be a solution posted on XDA but I cannot get it to work? I assume that's the upper case letter Q and lower case letter o I'm supposed to type? I type it into the box but it just takes me back to the SERVICE MENU with BASIC INFORMATION, [1] SIM INFORMATION [2] SIM state is not ready.
"Open the dial pad and enter *#0011#A window will pop up saying you've entered 'Service Mode'Click on Key Input (on the right hand corner of the screen)Enter the 'Qo' key. "
looks more like Q0
in "words" QZero
I've tried every combination of the letter Q and number Zero, as well as the letter O and nothing works. Can you try to see on your phone?
See this post for how to access service menu (engineering mode).
Wow! Seems complicated but will give it a go. Thanks!
