android 2.3.4
i want to upgrade to the new upgrade coredroid firmware ect
were do i need to start thanks in advance

You need to flash the 3.32 firmware before you can upgrade to the latest Coredroid version. You can follow the instructions in this guide here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1459767
But before that, check your CID and see if the firmware supports your CID. IF not, you have to superCID.

Hi,
Take a little time and read THIS THREAD carefully.
supercid
This also happened to me, you cannot flash ICS roms on your sensation without doing SuperCID.
Follow step number 4 to SuperCID but you would be better to go from the start and make sure you have either done already, or follow the steps closely before doing supercid.
Once you have supercid you will be ready to flash anything.

If you flashed the latest firmware to be able to flash an ics rom, and now want to flash a non ics from you won't be able to. You will need to downgrade your firmware to flasha non ics rom afterwards. See link in my sign for firmware link

Which method did you use? I think you have put the PG58IMG.zip on the root of your sd card. Just delete the file . You will be fine.
One more thing, the firmware update did not happen as the CID is not listed that particular firmware. Check your CID using fasboot command .( after deleting the PG58IMG.zip ) then download a compatible firmware package which includes your CID and flash it.
Hope you know how to use fastboot command. If not no problem . Just do a search in the forum....
EDIT:
Yes. No need to do superCID . Download the compatible firmware. Add your CID in the android-info.text in firmware zip file and save it.

I'm using ICS firmware and my stock RUU is using gingerbread firmware. I wonder I can install my stock RUU over my current ICS Firmware
No you will have to flash back to 1.17 for GB.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=21711154#post21711154
Scroll down to 2nd post for 1.17 link. Flash the 1.17 then stock RUU. Then follow the rest from step 5 on previous post link.

Man.. there are a lot of 1.17 versions. I just confused which one do i need to flash
Mine is HTC Asia WWE
Did you go SuperCID? CID Getter from the market (play) may point to the original CID for your phone if you are SuperCID. Then you would know which FW to download and flash. I am SuperCID and CID getter still shows my original CID T-MOB010. It may work for you too.
I did SuperCID.
CIDgetter doesn't show my original CID. It's only shows CID 11111111
After doing some research your CID likely originally was HTC__044.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1195475
That is for HTC ASIA WWE. If you see a CID that stands out to you form that list as being more applicable to your phone then go with that
Which means the 1.17 FW you should flash is HTC Part 1 (second 1.17 link down).
I also noticed that FW covers every other HTC ASIA CID (HTC__622, HTC__001, HTC__037) so that one should be safe. Do note that there are 2 underscores and CIDs are 8 characters in length. Hope that helps!

I don't know which firmware to install...

So I installed Android Revolution HD 6.6.3, however, I am stuck at the beats screen. I am told I need to install the new firmware from this thread:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1412618
However, there is 4 of them I don't know which one is mine.
Firmware from 3.12.401.2/102 RUU
Firmware from 3.24.401.1 & 3.25.401.101 RUU
Firmware from 3.30.401.1 & 3.30.401.101 RUU
Firmware from 3.32.401.x & 3.32.401.10x RUU
I don't know what it means from 3.12 or from 3.24 I don't know which one I have so I have no idea which one to pick.
Right now all I have access for is 4EXT recovery.
I appreciate all the help I can get.

As long as you are S-ON you cant downgrade HBOOT any way...not even by running a RUU
as you are 1.27 HBOOT....you can try JB SOFF noob proof guide here
then once you obtain SOFF you can run any RUU
Also for running RUU ...your cid should match the RUU's otherwise RUU will fail
if you are superCID and SON then any ICS RUU runs
or
if you are superCID and SOFF then ANY RUU will run for you
use JB soff and then you can downgrade you hboot by flashing 1.18 firmware
