Hi im new to the android world and im also new to this forum/website and im not too sure what to do or where to post so im sorry if im posting in the wrong section but i really badly need help!
I got the Huawei Ascend g300 off of my sister yesterday and she had sent it back to huawei via Vodafone (ireland) to get fixed because of numerous problems (Twice) .. she had just received it from vodafone (saying that there was a new motherboard and screen installed and that it was working perfectly.) she came home gave me the phone,
i turned it on and it worked fine for about 20 minutes.. then it froze and rebooted and again and again and hasnt stopped since.
Now its giving me a error screen saying signature image verification failed and also some error with my appboot/boot i really have no clue of what to do the phone is running android 4.0.. can someone please help me!?
Hello, I bought an Honor 8 online and it's an AL-A00 which is chinese, it's been 2 days that I've had it, and yesterday, my phone was spamming me to do this new update, which I decided to do. Now I'm stuck in this EMUI screen and everytime it's updating it tells me "getting package info failed". The only other options I have is "Reboot" and "Shutdown" both just turn off the phone and bring me back to the same sreen "Huawei eRecovery" no matter what. I've seen online that I can somehow manually update it or "patch" it with an SD card and all the "dload" stuff. Except I've done it 4 times already with different "update.app" files and each seemed to work at the beginning until it tells me "wrong version" or something like that. Can anyone please help me ? Please don't use technical words or complicated vocabulary since I'm not that good with all this phone stuff. Anyone know what do to or have any links/tutorials ? Please

tried flashing with research download and upgrade downgrade tool from spdflashtools.
got it to flash firmware v105. but after flashing, blank screen won't power on. also cannot go to recovery.
tried to flash it again with different version, did not go thru anymore and cannot go through any firmware versions.
stuck at FDL2 failing.
tried android usb drivers and spd /sci drivers still stuck at fdl2
please help.

I recently bought an Huawei P40 lite (CDY-NX9A) and unfortunately tried to install google apps. While trying to downgrade the phone, somehow the the file got corrupted and the phone got stuck on reboot. I received the error "Data partition corrupted. Format the partition to continue" and I made a factory reset to the phone.
Now the phone opens as an Honor phone, does not accept any update via Hisuite, and the android version seems as 7.0.
Can some one help me?
My base software version was : CDY-LGRP2-OVS 10.1.0.202
that sounds really weird, do you manage to post a photo or screenshot of the issue?
My phone looks like this when I try to upgrade it. Is there a way to change this into EMUI? Also when I restart the phone I see the opening screen as HONOR not HUAWEI.
I believe somehow I deleted the entire phone, but it got restored to factory version but with the software in the attachments.
I tried to format and use the dload method with a flashdisk but it says it's not compatible with my phone. (JNY-L21 version).
The situation is very similar to the below thread I guess, but mine was vice versa. My Huawei phone is an Honor phone now.

Did you try getting an actual Huawei firmware for it ? Looks to me you flashed a Honor rom on it.
install the ROM with an otg cable, and check this post is very complete.

i got also Data partition corrupted.
but lukyly found way out: Vol+ and Power -> boot menu eRecovery -> Update mode -> eRecovery mode -> Update and recover system !!! here it asked wifi password and installed factory software back
in another video there was used from same "Data partition corrupted" screen option Low-level format and next screen is Factory reset and it proceeded install.
Hey guys, I have a Huawei Honor Holly/hol-u19 that was running the Huawei OS of Android 4.4.2. I then decided to root it so i could install a stock ROM of Android 5 and flashed TWRP with no problems. When i flashed the ROM, it showed a bunch of errors. I then shut down my phone and when I restarted it after a couple of days, I saw that the device was loading only into TWRP and not into any OS. I restarted it and saw that even TWRP had dissappeared and i was staring at the HONOR logo. I left it on charging for 4 hours but to no avail. Can you guys PLEASE tell me of a fix that can repair my phone, cause i'm broke asf and cant afford to buy a new phone.
