It is one of the apps that you have installed!! Last time it happened to me when I installed Gun Bros!!
you gotta find yours!! Try the app which you installed the day when you started having this issue....then if you have an option for stopping them through the app then do that or you can uninstall the app....
Peace!

Alrighty I think I found the app thanks for the help

A day ago I install a app to download mp3 music and give me the same ads.

Its called Leadbolt notification ads that's what causes the ads to pop up in your notification tray they run in the background I believe.

Airblock on the market is a free app that will identify which app is causing the ads. Try it out if you ever have weird notifications or ads in your notification bar.

Try AirPush detector, helps detect those apps with annoying ads.

Ads like airpush - use airpush remover

Many apps used airpush ads that simulates system notification to push ads more agresively.
You can install airpush remover app (free) from Google Play - it scans and detects the apps with airpush ads and gives to you option to uninstall the app in one tap.
And the goog news: Starting 1 Aug 2012 Google changed the policy of Developer agreement and prohibited the use of this kind of ads.
So, after 1 month all apps with airpush ads will be removed from the Google Play.

Thanks.
That helped me out.

Next time, Read the app description before you download anything.
Anyways, Google said in the next few months, They are gonna ban any app that does notification ads, Pretty good news 'round the corner, eh?

wow... it is true thanks for the heads up.
Most of these seem to be some of the free ones that are on the Amazon App Store.
Still free though is you missed any...
im a sucker for free apps... downloading soem cool ones right now. Download the getjar app too you dont have to use the code and all.
Helluva nice find and thanks for sharing! Just downloaded BW and they have some slick skins.

nice but tapatalk is a older download
I have two Tapatalks now, the newer one doesn't have any of my info or bookmarks saved. Is their a way to transfer everything from one Tapatalk to the other?
GetJAR = Spyware regardless of their Free apps, The App will constanstly run in the background, there's no way of shutting it off. Good Luck!

Hmmmm mines not running in the background at all Ill keep an eye on it though
Backing up my theory on this.

No Matter how many times you force close the GetJar app it will always come back. If you look It runs as a service and most services can't be completely stopped, If you even look at the times you will notice this app boots up when your phone boots up.
Just because an app is running in the background doesn't necessarily mean it is spyware there are plenty of apps that run in the background I've just been installing getjar to get the apps I want and then uninstall the app if it were malicious it would not let you uninstall and at the very least you would no longer have the apps that you downloaded from them just my opinion but yes it does run in the background

Totally Agree with you on installing needed apps and then unistalling GetJar. I find it completely useless as a lot of the apps are outdated, since it runs constantly 24/7 ram and much needed battery become wasted. I really can't think of any other Markets that run in the background and can't be force closed. These are 1 of those apps that have no extra value running in the background constantly.

Please delete (sry)

EDIT: I really don't understand what you want, so I won't comment till you explain it better.
so should i close the project? in not profiting off of someone's work, or taking credit. just reuploading free apps ???
He is saying that he is creating an alternative market to get free apps on. But he needs people to help him do a mass download of all free available apps and re upload them to his own market.

OP and others interested in this. I have...heard of... an app that may or may not be called Blackmart that does exactly what you are describing. Since I would never use it I can't provide you with the apk, but I'm sure resourceful people would be able to find it somewhere.
Strong smell of breaking some rules. Besides, how are you going to update apps? You are not talking about dozens of apps but market is thousands of apps!

Ok, after some research : it IS illegal! No one can redistribute any free software without permission of the author. OP close your thread or moderators will do so.

"Daily App" App on my phone...what is it? I can't remove

There is this app on my phone that I did not install. It's called "Daily App" and when I open it it wants me to download an "app of the day." How do I remove this? I can't find it in applications and I did not install it...

Did you try going to "All" instead of just "Installed" in your "Manage Apps" screen? If it's carrier bloatware, that's where you'd be able to find it and *hopefully* disable it.
Try to remove it in settings, apps. If it's bloat you may not be able to. If you're rooted get titanium backup and use it to freeze or remove the app.

Hopefully, if anyone is looking around the web for "Daily App - A free app every day" this thread will help.
I figured out what it was by seeing a new folder in my Gallery called "freedaily". Inside that folder is the screenshot of today's free app along with some other Zynga related images.
My frustration with this is that it wasn't registered in any of the suggested places as a "real" app. So I couldn't uninstall or disable it (like I have my other VZW bloatware.)
I don't understand how Zynga was allowed to put this on my phone. I know, I know, I approve the access rights of my apps, but seriously...an app begin allowed to install another pho-app. That's shady at best.
Thanks for the input everyone, hopefully this helps others out!

Thank you for posting this, it was nice to be able to know what it was as my phone has it too. Quick question, were you able to get rid of it and if so how? I deleted the folder in gallery but It's still there. I was going to uninstall all zynga games and see if that worked. Any extra advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Only way to get rid of a virus on android is to factory reset it, if you are unable to reset it normally you can go into recovery mode and from there you can Reset.
The "You Need Antivirus" dialogue itself is just an advertisement. You probably installed an application recently that keeps making Ad shortcuts on your homescreen. And all these ads are just slowing your phone down. What app did you install before this started to happen? Try deleting the most recent installed apps and see if it fixes the problem!
Please press the thanks button if i helped!

hmm well you need to rememeber what app you installed around the time you began seeing the ads. If you can't remember then try using "Ad-Network Scanner & Detector" from the Play Store. It will probably help you identify the application causing these Ads

Facebook app virus alert/google detected a virus popup

(SOLVED) SHE WIPED HER PHONE.
My girlfriend and I where discussing an old app I went to go find it, found an apk because the app is no longer available on the market, installed it, it refreshed her memory of it, so then she was scrolling through the facebook app for android when a popup (thread topic) came up from her feed like an app starting up she said something to me, I checked it out, while doing so I checked the running windows it showed up with facebook in the background, but the popup had no app name it was blank, so I closed it out, uninstalled the app I had recently put on there, downloaded a few anti-virus apps, and anti-malware apps and ran them nothing came up on anything, so figured was all good until she was scrolling facebook again, and the same thing happened.
Am I missing a step far as removing this problem, I read somewhere that a lot of old apks are interwoven with malware, and also open a back door to steal info.
During the last scan the phone died as I got to the charger, now waiting on it to charge up.
Has anyone dealt with an issue like this yet?
