Hi, I'm running VIrtuous 4.0.2 ROM, and have recently installed CM9 music app. To be honest I didn't uninstall the previous one so for some time I had two music players. But yesterday I decided that I want to check awesomeness of Beats Audio and installed the add-on with it (for sense 3.6). It worked fine, but then the CM9 player didn't want to open.
Moreover, the "normal" equalizer is not showing, and it looks like it has been erased.
Is there any way to revert back to CM9?
And the last issue - I have noticed that while playing music on CM9 player, after some period of time (like 30 minutes) the app starts to lag very much. Music is still playing bu UI is not responding...

Has anyone tried or managed to get working, the Honeycomb music player on Gingerbread? This is seriously the best music player (imo), and it worked perfectly on Serendipity with the last Glitterball kernel. But I can't find the original apk I had used on froyo, and the ones I've tried on Gingerbread w/ xcal's kernelf force crash every time I try to play music. I mean, the app loads, and shows my music and I can scroll through everything, but when I go to play, it FCs.
Hello, I'm having issues with playing music and using Google navigation. While listening to music, be it tiny shark, Pandora or music off my sdcard and using Google navigation the music gets real choppy. Cuts out every second or so. When I shut down navigation it plays fine. I'm using the latest rcmix3d. I just came from the latest virtuous rom where the problem was there as well. Any help would be much appreciated.
Thanks.

Did you check the md5 prior to flashing?
If you had it on both roms it could be a hardware issue.
If the apps themselves get choppy try overclocking.
Hey guys i just updated to ics samsung official ics 4.0 from midnote 4.0, my music player (the one dat comes pre installed )was working absolutely fine but after i flashed the firmware it hasent even worked once, the moment i touch music player i get a black screen for like a minute or two and then its says unfortunatley, music player has stopped.
i dont wana use any other music player. I have tried clearing the cache/data.
Sent from my GT-N7000 using xda premium
That is cause Mindnote does not have Touchwiz??
Try alternative players like Google Play Music or Ubermusic or something...
For some reason music playback stops and resumes after 1 second with Cyanogen mod 10.1. Is there a way to fix this issue? I have tried with every single music player with the same results. I moved back to stock 4.1.1 and music is perfect with every player.
Please help.

I had problems like that while that apollo player was playing in the background, i removed it (with titanium backup) & installed my own musicplayer (neutron) & now music plays well for me.
* I apologize ahead of time if I have posted this in the wrong section.
I am using a Note 3 (SM900T). Every time I flash a new ROM the music audio plays too fast. This happens with CM12, Echoe, Blisspop (which I am using now), SlimLp, and Temasik's build. It does NOT occur whenever I flash back to the stock ROM. The music plays fast in Youtube (both app and online), Poweramp and N7 player. Pretty music any player I have. Reboot does not help. Does anyone know if there is a tweak to slow it down or what I can do to get the music to play at the correct BPM? I have not flashed any other kernels, just the ones that are built in with the ROM when flashing.
Thanks all,
Chris
