[Q] Gionee GN109 - root vs rom (for example miui or ics)

Hello guys,
Here I come with my problem.
I've got a Gionee GN109 phone (Chinese, and all android appl too ), with Android 2.3.4, build no. SV1.2 Kernel version 2.6.35.7 Baseband version MAUI.11AMD.W11.37.SP.V2.P4, 2012/03/02
Well, any of the existing the existing tools for having root privileges on my Android phone worked for me.
Any suggestions?

Help with rooting Arow Tab AT-70

Hi , I need to root my tablet .i havent found any root available for the tablet pc . so please help me out. I have tried Rootburner . But it dint work.

please help...I´m running on SGS i9000 with ICS 4.0.3. from ICSSGS (now Team Nyx):
Baseband: XXJVU
Kernel: 3.0.8-NEO-3.0-TEAMISCSGS-257174-g197c9a1-dirty
Build: GT-I9000-user 4.0.4 IML74K eng. onecosmic.20120204.223407 test-key
Following problems occure:
ROM very laggy, touchscreen sensibility very bad (have to press several times on display).
Which kernel is now installed? can I install alternative kernel? semaphore, Devil?
Please help & advice.

i just wanna know if there is an "OFFICIAL" ROM for Android 4.2 Jelly Bean (API level 17) for this Tablet (GT-P6800) and if there, can i get it ?
if there isn't what's the last "OFFICIAL" ROM is available to download ?
also wanna know how to save the build-in one which already installed in my tablet ?
by the way i'm from Egypt and the last official release is available is the one i already have since i bought the tablet ( v 3.2 ) !

No, JB is not officially available on this device, only Ice Cream Sandwich.
If you go the Android Development section, you will find d the official
ICS stock ROM available for download. You will find It a vast improvement over Honeycomb
