Hello guys! Please be kind; this is my first post! ^^
I was wondering for those who use Nexusmod Zero, how in the world do you take a screenshot of your screen? I know usually it's power+home, and for ICS, its volume+home, but no combinations work for the ROM. Can someone please help me?
Thank you very much in advance!
Did u try pressing and holding for a few seconds? Did u remove any system apps?
Volume down and power at the same time, hold for a few seconds.

Press Volume down and power button and hold for 3-5 seconds. Make sure to push both buttons at the same time - seems to be sensistive and it took me a few times to get it LOL!
Wow, I learn something new about my phone everyday.

Thank you everyone! I feel like such a noob for not trying that combo. I have one other question guys; I don't want to make another thread. I know that in GB, if you press once where you were typing, the clipboard, copy, and paste options would come up. How do you access the clipboard now in ICS? I hope my question was clear enough!!!

I have tried swiping up from nav bar, swiping to right from default launcher, opening the "Google" app, and it all just direct me to a normal Google search.

Where do you access this screen? When I open the "Google" app it redirects me straight to the Google search bar on the homescreen.
long tap on your home screen then hit settings

That brings me to the Google Settings app, which is something totally different.
I'm inclined to believe that I've hit a Kitkat bug where not signing in with my Google account at first boot throws off Google Now activation. I've never seen something like this since Google introduced Google Now.

:good:
Not sure if bug or just the way they set it now, but it's too complicated to get to. Should be just an on/off option.

Signing in again worked. I can't imagine this is how we are supposed to set it up
This is a simple way to make a galaxy S5 look more premium and stylish.
First rule of making something look stylish, nice and premium is "keep it simple, keep it genuine"
Then, keep the stock wallpapers, UI sounds.
Activate, extended features, and use your phone in high brightness.
If you want, you can add a premium metal frame for your device (like these ones: http://i1122.photobucket.com/albums/...89122/1132.jpg
http://i1122.photobucket.com/albums/...89122/1132.jpg)
Keep showing the brand!
If you like, use official accessories, and show your device on others.
Post opinions, and pics of your own devices!
Maybe you could attach the images to your post or share a better link because this one doesn't work...
Is this a joke? How do we make this thread premium?

Don't forget to rate the thread! #thumbdown
EDIT: Looks as though they have moved it back!
So I was browsing the xda forums today like normal and I noticed that the "post count" has been moved from the spot it always has been right below the thanks meter into the "More" section. No argument from me--if that's what the higher-ups at XDA want, that's fine by me, however I don't like it in that position. So I moved it.
You might be asking, "I want the post count back!! How did you do this magic??!"
Quite simple, really. I wrote up a script that will moved it back for Chrome users. Simply follow the instructions below:
Code:
1. Download the script [URL="http://devolutionapps.com/moveposts.user.js"]here[/URL] (562 bytes).
2. Go to [URL="chrome://extensions/"]chrome://extensions/[/URL] in your browser.
3. Click and drag the downloaded script into the extensions window and it will install automatically.
4. Navigate to XDA forums(or hit refresh) and voila! The post count moves back magically.
Hope this helps. :good:
UPDATE: Added second script for showing all available info from a user here.

In the Themes section of S8 +,
(similar thread as yours)
Some members that had same issue,
cleared Bixby "cache" (Settings /Apps /Bixby... cache) Afterwards they managed to do update.
Good luck
Same problem here. Shows update available, click update, and says I have the latest version.
I updated but no voice options at all I think it was just the ui change

I was earlier checking for a app shortcut
with QuickShortcutMaker app and saw
Bixby voice etc all listed and installed
but not enabled. Obviously
missing some other.. software ?
See screenshots
i do believe we might still wait a few months for voice input.
Bixby, i mostly use, for easy access to my to email accounts.
Just press button and i can read my new emails.!
I am still on old Bixby version
Not sure if anyone else has noticed but if you are using the samsung keyboard and hit the voice button it appears to use bixby for dictation. Interesting....

Sorry to disappoint you, but it's not my device's theme!
Theme, icons, fonts (in screenshots) from 3rd party app QuickShortcutMaker (free Play store)
Maybe download, install
and the search for something similar.? (Reason is, you can always compare themes )
Good luck
Maybe this is update?

i would really appreciate your help.
Thanks in advance
why the second post? anyway, there's a setting to skip the lockscreen and ask for a code straight away, it's off by default, so you might have turned it on by accident

In my phone this option is enabled by default and it's grayed out, so I can't uncheck it.
I've tried clearing credentials but it has not worked so far.. any other ideas?
There's no work around when it's grayed out. At least i havent found one.
Just factory reset it and you will be able to toggle the switch from the developer options. You won't be able to use fingerprint like that but at least you can install some proper lockscreen.
I love to see all my notifications without unlocking and Microsoft's Next Lockscreen is perfect for that.

you should be able to use the fingerprint sensor and still see all your notifications.
