I have it to, but I thought it wasn't going to be available to rooted devices?
I can't access the movie section on my rooted Inspire.

I am getting an error trying to install the app you uploaded....

Is there a way "NOT" to get the new Market? It seems stupid to show me movies when I can't use it on a rooted device.
I also don't care for books from Google and see no need to be pushed that every single time I open up the Market.

It's a system app, you have to manually move it to system/app.
Just give it a few days you'll get the update sooner or latr

can i get some pointers on this?
i mounted /system/app to r/w and moved it there (also backed up the previous one). clicked on it to install, and nothing. it shows a parsing error.

Freeze market updater using titanium backup and it won't update to new one.

Once you move it to /system/app folder you don't need to install it. It should work.

Correct, just move it there and check permission. Shouldn't have to change it but soups be rw,r,r.
Reboot after that for good measure.

I read in another thread (too lazy to search right now) that some people might have found a workaround by renaming SU to something else. Apparently this is how Google checks for root access... Maybe I feel like adding the link later!

i did exactly that, and i don't see the difference between the markets. [ i'm assuming i'm supposed to be seeing a movies tab right next to app and books? ]
mind posting it's md5? i'm curious why i can't click on it as if i were installing it. i can do so with my current Vending.apk.

A quick request

Hi all. Ok Bayer pharmaceuticals released an app called the eczema app recently and its at version 1.0. I am in the uk and google play says its not available in my country. So ive tried the usual methods such as googling - app name apk - and tried appbrain which links you to the damn play store! Even tried the fast web installer plug in for appbrain and had issues with that.
Could someone link me to one please please. I obviously want this app for personal reasons and it would really help me. This isnt a request for warez as its a free app.

i have attached the apk. I am not sure if it will work without other files but i hope it works. i haven't modified the file so i take no responsibility for your devices.
For moderators: i have no intention for warez. This App is freely avaliable for US users. i have pulled it from my phone after downloading from Play Store and after pulling i only changed the name of the file. if this is a violation of XDA rules, i am sorry. I have seen people sharing preparatory but free apps in the forums so i decided to help fellow users.

I tried to listout the changes.

My phone has updated to 4.1.6 but I don't have the synch option for data.
Is this issue specific for the Galaxy S4?

My phone automatically updated to 4.1.6 and now I cannot see featured apps and content. Why is that so?

I don't know about Galaxy S4. I'm Using Nexus 7 it does have sync option for data. I'll let you know if I find out.

I'm not sure Google did that but I've 3 device running on android I couldn't find Featured apps on any of them and that matched with you.

Playstore automatically update itself with full internet connection,no need to download this.
Am already using this version 4.1.6.

That's kinda true for some devices and country. Not happened in my and many others case.

Boat Browser

Tried searching everywhere to no avail.
I have made several book mark backups with boat Browser and can't find where they are stored so I can delete some.
It says it stored in Drive but can't see them?
Can anyone help.

No, but it tells you where the "Save Path" is - surely you can go and manually delete any unwanted backups yourself?

Like I said in the 1st post
I chose to backup to Google drive but when I open Google drive they can't be seen.
But can be restored from there.
Doesn't make sense I know but you need to try it for yourself to understand.

You didn't make it at all clear that you were backing up to Google Drive.
No idea - I'd try running a full search on your Google Drive to see if you can find them as it should be fairly simple to work out where they are I'd have thought.

I can't locate them that's why I'm asking for help.

Wow you're right...I just backed up to google drive and was able to restore from it, but when i go to drive I do not see the backup...odd.

Ok this is the response I got from them, should now help anyone else who uses boat browser.

Well I'm sorry u feel offended I just offered it for people instead of having to search or what ever it just be in a easy to DL place.... U can always inspect the apk before installing it... I've posted apps and addon's many times before in other phone sections.. So its not like I'm a newbie and gonna give bs apks just for the hell of it .. That ruins my name and reputation.. If a guys word isn't good then what good is he ?

There's an update for this keyboard in the Play Store. The dev has add-on dictionaries working now, and a couple of new themes.

Don't know. Myself I got it from play store an made a tita buckup so I can simply restore that with no issues. I can say the link in the op works great as I got it for my wife's phone cause she missed the play store download
