Cool, not just me then =P
I have it to, but I thought it wasn't going to be available to rooted devices?
I can't access the movie section on my rooted Inspire.
I am getting an error trying to install the app you uploaded....
Just wanted to let you know...

Is there a way "NOT" to get the new Market? It seems stupid to show me movies when I can't use it on a rooted device.
I also don't care for books from Google and see no need to be pushed that every single time I open up the Market.

It's a system app, you have to manually move it to system/app.
Just give it a few days you'll get the update sooner or latr

I just noticed it too. Right when I was wondering when it was gonna show up.

can i get some pointers on this?
i mounted /system/app to r/w and moved it there (also backed up the previous one). clicked on it to install, and nothing. it shows a parsing error.

Freeze market updater using titanium backup and it won't update to new one.

Once you move it to /system/app folder you don't need to install it. It should work.

Correct, just move it there and check permission. Shouldn't have to change it but soups be rw,r,r.
Reboot after that for good measure.
I read in another thread (too lazy to search right now) that some people might have found a workaround by renaming SU to something else. Apparently this is how Google checks for root access... Maybe I feel like adding the link later!
EDIT: Here's the link: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1178296

i did exactly that, and i don't see the difference between the markets. [ i'm assuming i'm supposed to be seeing a movies tab right next to app and books? ]
mind posting it's md5? i'm curious why i can't click on it as if i were installing it. i can do so with my current Vending.apk.

Can you rate and comment app with the new market ? because it's kind of annoying to have to do that from a browser...

Does it actually work though?
nice looking keyboard.
I got it to install through extracting the zip and pushing the files through adb to my phone, haven't encountered any errors yet while using it except for that ever annoying fact of first day early adopters remorse of not having a dictionary/auto correct working yet
RESOLVED
An error in the AdFree app was causing the error in Mango.
After a factory reset, and a restore without the AdFree app, Mango worked perfectly (Also removed an force closing loop in com.android.phone, which rendered the device un-usable.
Hello all, when using trying to connect to the Online Mode in Mango Manga Reader (To download manga of course) I get the following error.
Code:
error: bad querystring(s) [/validate.aspx?pin=:1000017113&ver=android_1.3.119&os=2.3.5&model=R800x&bankai=false]
I am using FXP025 on my R800x.
Is anyone else experiencing this error? If you are, do you know a possible solution?

Did a search for mango and com.leetsoft.mango and deleted all results.
Reinstalled, and still got the same error.
This app works fine on stock rom, just not Cyanogen.

Okay... I hate to necro the thread, but the fact that the URL string has "bankai=false" in it made me giggle waaaaaaay too much. I guess further proof I'm a weeabo.
Have you reported the error to the developer? Usually they might respond with an email saying how to fix it or might release an update fixing such issues. Especially if you can provide them logcats and error codes, along with what you were doing and on what device.

Don't think so... I tried the Zombie Killer - and after I downloaded from the market - it requested access to download additional content (30mb) from another source - so still think the cap is in place still.
now introducing a google play theme Black and Cyan.
MAKE SURE YOU MAKE A NANDROID BACKUP BEFORE YOU FLASH OTHERWISE YOU MAY NOT BE ABLE TO REVERT
Step 1. download (links at bottom of post)
Step 2. Move to SD Card.
Step 3. Flash via CWM
Step 4. Reboot. This will change the icon and the name to black market.

Hopefully someone comes up with a way to move apps.

Tried using that app just now it didn't work. I selected the game I wanted from the list and hit move, and it moved it, but then when I went to start the game from my app draw it started downloading the data all over again. There was no other way to start the app even from within GL2SD. Maybe I did something wrong?
Any other ways anyone can think of? or do I have to wait till we get something better created?
