Post Your HTC One X LTE Speed Tests - AT&T, Rogers HTC One X, Telstra One XL

I didn't really care that much about LTE until I actually tested it out! I'm getting some crazy speeds in my area. Rogers just activated the LTE Data to my phone this afternoon. Here are my speed results...

DAMnnnnnn.. I only get 400kbs on evo.. boooo
Gona have to go check it out at the sprint store

Even during peak hours, i've been getting 25-30mbps. It's like i'm the only person on LTE in my area. My area is a hardcore Blackberry device neighborhood, so more LTE for me!

another that just switched from regular 6gb data to LTE 6 GB data

Nice speeds guy. Can't wait until I'm in an area with LTE here in the US. I get about 10-15Mbps consistently on my iPad 3 in HSPA+.

Beat this

These were done in semi-regional Australia so the closest server is quite far away (don't know if that makes a difference in speed).

Those look like lte speeds lte should be a lot faster than hspa+

Still no LTE in my home but I get it when I go to my local mall I get solid HSPA+, around 3 mbps down. I'm really impressed.

LTE signal at home is so weak I won't even waste time uploading pic. I am only getting about 5-6mb down and 2mb up.

Also in the burbs. Usually around 8-10 down. Have a feeling the numbers will start to get ugly once iphone gets lte and the sheep start bogging down the network.

Pardon my bluntness, but a number is just a number with no real meaning without a reference. I was taught in tech school to ask “What is the reference?” To answer your question, I live outside Phoenix, AZ and I am getting EDGE speed of around 12KB/Sec. I am out in the desert 20 miles from the closest small town. What is odd is I get better download speed here than I get in the two closest towns. In Maricopa and Casa Grande I get 5KB/Sec down and 2KB/Sec up.
Richmond, Virginia ive seen it hit 12mbps. Then again we have all the secksy here connection wise.

Not to be a downer but some of these results arent very impressive. I just got:
4.43mbps down
1.30mbps up which translates to
566 Kilabytes/sec down
165 Kilabyes/sec up
in Orlando, Florida while driving on the highway at 70mph on my captivate with HSDPA 3g. Now those with 9mbps is pretty impressive I've gotta say.

Mines not doing so well .. averaging about 2.8mb down and 2.1mb up. I've seen 5 to 6mb a couple of times but for the most part its 2.8 or so. On wifi I get between 5 and 6 consistently. I say throw out the g stuff and lets do it all on wifi.. =/
This is in the Metro Phx Az area..

12mb up.. .6mb...
Down kicks a$$.. Up is a bit slow.. Latency/ping is what counts to me.. And 60~80 kills any other carrier... my sprint evo was 3 to 4mb down... But with 200 to 300 latency everything seemed to be the opposite of snappy....

South of boston I get 5 up as a MAX, most of the time it is only 2-3, and 1 down MAX.
It might be a little more useful if people gave their location AND their current radio/ril/DISH combination. I'm using the official TmoUS package with the included radio/ril/and new version of Dish2.
I get 3 to 5 in Virginia. I still remember the days of EDGE though, so I'm grateful even if I have 1mbit.

Those numbers in Atlanta are ridiculous! I'm so jealous right now. My WiFi is oftentimes lower than my darn data connection. It's such a joke. In Ocean City, Md. this weekend I got 0.06Mbps down, 0.01Mbps up, and 2904 ping (I can provide pictures if you don't believe me). That's literally with the 4G symbol and full bars. My girlfriend's iPhone 4S was hitting 2Mbps down (and that's 3G), and a friend's Bionic managed like 10Mbps down. T-Mobile was killing me; I essentially couldn't use my data all weekend and there was no WiFi.
ok, i'm in southern California and averaging around 3MBPS down. what radio should i flash? TMOUS, ICS, ARHD.
thanks!
and thats all we ever need folks. For me anyway, lol. I don't need 18mbps or more or whatever LTE is. 5mbps is fast enough for a mobile device. even 1.5mbps... that's just me talking though. haha
oh and the highest I've ever got was 9mbps
I used to get 7-9 down, but that's dropped off to 5-6 recently with the latest T-Mobile firmware. I may go back to the international.

Just got LTE...HOLY SH!T!!

That's crazy! I was in Nashville last night at Zanies and I was getting 15 to 16 down with 10 up and I thought that was blazing!
What good is speed when one could only use 3gb a month? I've been on the sideline thinking of switching to At&t but I'm fearful 3gb just isn't enough. I like to stream radio during the day, watch about 5 Netflix movies a week and watch one game a night of MLB baseball using the AT-bat app. Could someone tell me just how much use you get out of 3gb? Will I go over it with my usage?
I remember when I got LTE, I had one of those "**** just got real" moments

Unless you must absolutely do those things on LTE; you would be fine. On LTE, you'll blow off 3 gb on just 4-5 netflix movies alone.

Union City area. i wouldn't get too caught up with the top speed as you saw the latency was very bad. i was just curious to see how high it can go. on average i'm closer to around 8-10Mb down.

Those are great speeds. I envy you guys in 4mb areas. I think it is pathetic that TMO keeps advertising their great 4g network when many cities of a million people and less still don't have it. And, how I can get 6mb dl's in my driveway and then step in my house and have only edge downstairs with a little improvement upstairs. Definitely need to look for another carrier in February. All IMHO--

I too had to dump tmo due to poor coverage. I am in a 42 mbps area and got awesome speeds. But several times per week I'd be somewhere getting no service whatsoever, while my wife sitting beside me was getting full bars of 3g on AT&T. I decided the awesome speeds were not worth the poor coverage.
On the bright side, if you SIM unlock the one S it works just fine on AT&T 3g.
