To clarify, the vibrant uses a 1500 mAh battery while ours came with a 1650. I think they have the same physical dimensions.

Yes I have 5 vibrant batteries I use...I got them on Amazon for $6.00 each....and an external charger that came with a battery for around $30.
Wasn't sure if you were asking due to price of batteries,if not then disregaurd.
But yes the vibrant battery works well.

no thats the i9000. the galaxy s 2 has a box shape and the ffc is on the left of the ear piece speaker.

actually looking at it it is the samsung galaxy s internatonal verson not the sgs so i think fundementally our device not sure going to try it out lol found how to do it wil post back
looked up more of them i see htem running on the vibrant to so it deffentaly has to be our verson of the phone well the non us verson but same specs minux the vibrants mad internel memory
This is pretty much the exact same phone, just without the 4g and a lot more roms, but eventually we will catch up. I hope.
