You need a root level file explorer. Go to system/app and delete superuser apk.
Mods, Q & A maybe?

Maybe he is developing his knowledge... huh?
What app are you trying to use that is detecting root? What is your firmware? You are not giving us much info. Did you remove the binary files? did you FULLY unroot, or just delete the apk? SU apk only provides a GUI to grant or deny SU permissions, you need to fully unroot, or you can get OTA Rootkeeper and hide your root. I mean, what exactly is going on that you needed to post a Question outside of the Question and Answer section?
All discussed in the QnA forum/thread.

That is DDMS
You don't have to root your device.
1.) Install SDK (To your computer) and setup ADB (Find some guides..)
2.) Go to settings>Applications>>Development>>Select USB debugging
3.) Open CMD on your computer & type "ddms" w/o quotes
4.) Give it a second and a new window will open
5.) Select your device
6.) Then in there select device at the top, then screen capture.

I believe he meant that he is unrooted and tried the screencapture apps that require root.
@Sax1981 Those apps are using a method of taking a screen capture that requires root, there would have to be a new app, designed for the new kernel that could take stock screencaps.

An app like this has been required for a while. Is anyone working on this/watching this thread?
If anyone is working on this... some of theAPI information is located here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=963010
Ok I have had this problem in the past but no one has been able to post a good solution to this, so I'm hoping this thread will fix it.
On my Xperia play stock os but rooted (if relevant) I am trying to change the permissions of an Apk file and then I plan to move this file to system/app.
Root explorer is in R/W, and I have tried this with many different root browsers, I've tried it with Superuser and Super SU. And I've tried different versions of busybox.
I had this problem before on my phone but was able to fix it with a fresh install of busybox (had to reset the software because I was dumb). However I have tried many Different versions of busybox to no avail.
I'm out of ideas at this point. Does anyone have any ideas?
Is it not allowing you tp go from r/w to r/o?

having the same problem on galaxy SIII
I'm also experiencing the same problem, but if I try to just move the apk to system/app root explorer tells me I can't because it's a read file only (in permissions it's actually all ticked on apart from others w )
I'm trying to move googleframework to system/application and one other apk so that I can use googleplay store.
At this moment I have on my rooted SIII superSU, rom manager, root explorer, titanium backup and rar extractor. Am I missing something else? All I really want is to be able to use googleplay store in China.
Please help.

good question...
I've just successfully installed Frama (From stock Rogers 2.3.3) and now got Flashify for when I find a suitable zip/img.
(For some reason the infuse doesn't seem to have an official CWM or TWRP - BUT I can confess that I've only just started researching.)
Still it seems completely be do-able, to answer your question prematurely.
AND will post my results.

So your bank block access if phone is rooted ? Here in Canada my bank dont do this all work perfectly
Anyway there is an Xposed module that can hide your Root status from any app you want, so that can be a solution. You can test it if it don't work you can just of to Odin back your Original Stock ROM and you wont be rooted any more.

I've been compiling bits from various themes on here... I have the same issue/choice... I use both my banking app & Sky Go a lot, so don;t want to root.
You can add a custom recovery via odin, and flash stuff, just choose not to root if/when asked.
Not quite finished yet, as not happy with the settings menus... and been reluctant to share as I have stolen bits from several other themes,
can't even remember which ones, there's been so many components used to get it to this point... I've just replaced png's here & there, recolouring when I've needed to, etc...

Just did an OTA update to B0C4, it updated 303 apps...no other info out there on it.
Curious how battery life is on this 'new' build.
Here's Verizon's PDF http://www.verizonwireless.com/dam/support/pdf/system_update/benefits-galaxy-s5-3-27-15.pdf Looks the same as the OA8 one except a different build number. Hopefully someone makes a rooted version similar to OA8 that we can use to upgrade too!
Can someone capture and post the update file for this OTA.
Edit: I captured the update.zip and will post it shortly.

I simply let the update install as is. I thought that I would loose root but I figured I could get it back after a dev built a new kernel ODIN file for OC4. It turned out that root did not go away.
