I thought you were kidding asking such a question. Why would someone call an RUU, ARABIC? Because it was designed by an Arab? Because it can be installed only by someone who speaks Arabic? Because that ROM's passport reads "born in UAE' ... OR .... BECAUSE THAT ROM COMES WITH ARABIC ENHANCEMENTS LIKE ARABIC KEYBOARD?

RUU's are Odexed , meaning the APK's consist of two Parts " not like APK's in Custom Roms which are de-odexed "
in the de-odexed APK , the dex file is included within the APK itself
so in order to extract the keyboard APK , you have to de-odex the RUU to extract a suitable APK that can be used with custom Roms
Also in system\ lib " not very sure " you need to add / replace both libjni_parfieldbigime.so and libt9.so from the ARA RUU , and maybe other lib as well
you can ask ehabFG " an Egyptian Developer " for that in htc Incredible S section , he might help you
try multiling keyboard from the market and download the dictionary , it can predict Arabic / Persian words

it is called that way and he named it that way , because htc named it that way , and he is located in Egypt not in UAE

It works for me perfect , even after upgareding , try use old version ... or maybe cache doesnt allow to work properly...

yeah , it is awesome application, specially when scrolling down pages )

The only issue is I can't really anyone in facebook cos it dissent have send option, I can like or dislike the status and can also update my own status bits just can't reply to anyone in facebook via flip board. I can't see any send option

Well , it is possible to reply via Flipboard , how ? just when u see status or pic , under it there status , click on it u will see 3 options ( there is view comment and reply ), click on it ... u can type whatever u want and and send it ...

It is apk file... put on sd card and install via astro file manager or other ways ( example : use flashtool )
and one more thing install it to internal storage ... not sd card

This is apk file , not zip file ... so install it via ways i mentioned above

No. I dont have nandroid backup it was deleted while I was partitioning my card using com recovery , if i had nandroid backup , i wouldn't have posted my prob here . Btw , if Ur on stock Rom then pls post Ur vending.odex file here. I guess if Ur on Any gingerbread Rom , it would work , so pls if u have then post it here or pm me.

Well most people here are for get new or better roms for his devices, so most people like me don't have stock rom to get the file you need.
But maybe you have luck :fingers-crossed:, if you can wait.

Can a ruu be opened as a zip?
I thought it's not possible...
And jaggy Rom will not help..coz it's deodexed to begin with..

Tell you what..
Step 0. Make a nandroid backup
Your market is probably updated..
Your updated market (may have a different name.. )will be in /data/app
While your original market (vending.apk will be in /system/app)
Make a copy of data /app market in /sdcard.
Now delete both vending.ask in system and in data/app.
1 Fix permissions, wipe cache and dalvik cache
Reboot
2.Now put the updated market (of which you have a backup in sdcard) in /data/app using fx file manager
Give it permissions rw r r
3.Using fx file manager create symlink of that updatedvending.apk in /system /app
If you have enough space in /system (skip step 2 and 3), you can just copy that updated apk to system/app itself..
Repeat step 1
Please do google and test every bit and no silly questions without research.

no way i guess.. i'm not sure..

Get any root explorer / root browser.. which has text editor inside ( most of them have it )...
allow root access and go to system..
there will be a text file " build.prop " among other files like app ., fonts etc...
open build prop with text editor..
change " GOLFU " to " PICO " where you find it..

Open the META-INF folder in both port and base roms. There will be the folder update script .open that in both roms .copy the set perm codings from port and paste them into base roms update script via notepad.still problem appears i don't know after.

I think the problem is solved. I changed the Clockwork recovery to TWRP and install JellyBam worked.
