[q] please help me.. Emergancy

this is my First post in xda.. i really need your help!
i want download ThiaiZO3D or KING3D rom for my O3D
but Unfortunately i can't access the Multiupload site.. because it's server is forbidden & unavailabe for me
can anyone upload it to anouther site? such as mediafire.. 4shared..

i found camera mod v1.1 c
but i can't use it.. when i want replace files with root explorer, an eror occurs which says:
this file is read only ..
i can't delete or move the original files..
pls help me..
(i can't ask in cm3d topic.. becaus i'm new user & have not 10 posts)

You need root access for the file explorer you are using

my device is rooted.. and when i'm starting root explorer, choose allow...
what's wrong? what file explorer do you suggest?

In rootexplorer you have a l line on top that reads "mounted as r/o" click mount as "r/w" in the folder your trying to replace or change files in. When done click again to set folder to "r/o"

Thiaiz's comes with Es file explorer. you can use that.

You need root just unzip it and copy to system folder on your phone using root explorer (paid app) or super manager (free app) both are on market...

You'll need to be rooted. You can edit the build.prop file in /system with a good text editor like the one in root browser or es file explorer.
Why though?

Please Help Can't Replace App After Rooting

Hello , I can't replace system apps ! Please Help !!
I rooted my Sony Xperia J (11.0.a.7.5) with UnlockRootPro And It did it successfully , An App was Installed "superuser" ! Then Using Root Explorer I Transferred an app called "Xperia Z Album" To System/app/ , I Set permissions , Then Mounted It R/W to R/O! When I Install It There , It still says "An Existing Pack Of Same Name With Conflicting Signature Is Already Installed." I Tried Setting Two different types of permissions too , yet I couldn't Replace / Install that App !! Are My Steps Right ?! Please Help Me , I'll Leave My Screenshots Here For Referrals ! Thanks In Advance!

Bro.. You don't need to install the app.. Just fix permissions.. Paste it to system/app mount permissions rw-r--r-- and then dont install it just reboot your phone..and then it will be done successfully.,
Dont forget to hit thanks if it worked.. It takes nothing to hit thanks...

It Still Didn't work .. Btw .. Should I Have to Replace the name of that "Xperia Z Album" to the original album name and then move it to system/app ?? The original album name is "SemcAlbum"

Try Doing That Once..Name It SemcAlbum And fix the permissions rw-r--r--

[Q][SOLVED] Need help in editing the build.prop

I wanted to run Backstab HD on my Explorer running on CM10. However,it gives me the 'not compatible' issue. I looked up the issue on the internet and found out that this issue can be bypassed by editing the certain values in the build.prop so that the game thinks that it is running on HTC Desire C. So I want to know that values of the build.prop should be changed.

I'm a bit of a newbie but I tried changing the ro.product.model to Desire_HD. It didn't work. I'm posting my build.prop along with this. Can you tell me what values of it to modify?

ro.product.name=pico
ro.product.device=pico
ro.product.board=pico
ro.build.product=pico
in these values replace pico with the codename of device you want to enter like golf_u for desire c etc

Once in build.prop you can edit the
following things:
-change Android Version by locating
ro.build.version.release= and changing
the current Build Version.
- Edit your Model # by locating
ro.product.model= and changing your
model #
- change your product brand by locating
ro.product.brand=
Please Note that if you change the
product brand, the name MUST be in ALL
LOWERCASE LETTERS!. and plz check for correct codename
then Save.. and reboot your phone.
Once your device reboots, go to Settings>
About Phone/Device and see the
changes! ;D
