We still have some dev's that produce stuff although nothing bleeding edge. Lot's of stuff to tinker with though if you have Boot Manager.
Welcome to the Bolt!
We have great developers on the bolt, you should be able to find roms you like in all of the flavors available for the thunderbolt. there's a great selection of roms available in sense (2.1,3.0, and 3.5) and desensed roms, and decent selection of aosp roms, but thundershed is the best aosp we have. the few roms we lack are an official cyanogenmod, a fully-functional miui, and the ICS update we're still waiting on for fully-working ICS roms.

Had this theme on my iphone, and it would be nice if someone could port it to the Evo. Hell, I might even switch from Sense UI to CM if this theme got ported. Here is a screen

Bump, anyone?
Swyped from my Evo
BUMP
Nice.
That sure would be quite the undertaking... especially it porting to Sense.
Well, I would even switch from sense for this theme. I'm using MIUI now anyway

Do you have all the images from the other theme?
I've attached the file, it contains all the images. All I could find was the yellow version, but if at all possible, I'd like it to be orange
this needs to be on CM6 !!!
I'd love this to be ported over to MIUI, but I know it's not hugely popular like some of the others
Looking at the files this would actually be easier in miui
I would love this theme, it looked great on my iphone, but I can imagine it would look beast on my Evo
Swyped from the greatest phone ever
There's tons of stuff to work out, I should have the entire theme done tomorrow.
End of the day, it should look like my other theme: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=850372
Here are some teasers (only about 20% compete):

In theory, and if I put the changes in a Metamorph package, it should be usable by most ROM's and across carriers.
That said, I'm working from a Sprint version and will only be able to test on it.
My goal is to make all items in the taskbar white (possibly Gingerbread green as well). I will be themeing basically everything, so you will need a deodexed ROM. I'm uploading one for Sprint now. This will allow us to change Apps as well as the general user interface.
Anyone seen GridOS? Looks pretty sick. What are the chances of getting it ported to the Inspire? How would you guys feel about putting up a bounty to get it done once a dump can be found?

Looks very interesting. I'd probably give it a shot if there was ever a GridOS ROM for the inspire. I couldn't find anything about it's source though. If it's closed source that might make things harder.
Looks pretty sick, check out this video: http://www.engadget.com/2011/08/16/hands-on-with-fusion-garages-grid-10-tablet-and-grid-4-smartpho/
So this is kind of like EdenOS from Notion Ink. Read up on Fusion Garage. Seems sheisty. But hey software is software. It uses an android kernel so drivers wouldn't be an issue. Should be easy for a dev. Not that I am saying it is.

I would donate 10 bucks to see this rom ported smoothly and functioning correctly to my inspire.

The Motoblur UI has taken a lot of flak for being slow, cumbersome and “downright useless” as a friend of mine succinctly put to me some time ago. It seems that things have changed for the better, at least with the Android 4.0 version of the overlay from Moto, and if you want proof of that claim, you can try now to know for yourself.
Pulled from a Droid RAZR, the launcher is now ready to be installed on any non-Motorola device, with a caveat that you should be running ICS. It has already been said to work on the HTC Sensation and other devices and there is also a choice of two launchers with different homescreen styles, so take your pick.
Head to the http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1577123 thread to grab the APKs and to get some specific instructions on how to get the UI on to your Android device.
I am looking to find out more information about this ROM.
It's been quite awhile since I've been part of any android development because once I got my hands on an iPhone I never looked back at my HTC Hero! Lol!
Anyways,
I am wanting to just ask about the basics before I jump into anything else as of the moment.
How would I go about getting new widgets for this?
-Clock
-Weather
etc...
I am also curious about boot screens that will work specifically with this ROM?
That's all I can think of right now. This ROM works really very smoothly and a lot better then this phone has ever worked before!

Since it's been sooooooo long for me, any kind of useful information to get me all up to date on anything would be great so I can dive back into my development stages with android again.
Thanks for any kind of advice and take care!
