Are there major differences aside from Ultimiuics being aosp based and official miui being sense based?

Looking for yet another ROM. I need a good daily ROM and I can't seem to find one thats stable with no persistent issues, yet fast (asking for a lot, I know)
So, I want to know, what are the differences between Andromadus CM10, CM10.1 and AOSP4.2 ? Are there any general bugs (Like the camera bug which is a problem for so many ROMS). Which is the most stable ?
I couldn't find this info on the ROM threads but if its there, please send me a link.
Thanks.

Andromadus CM 10 = Cyanogenmod 10 (based on Android 4.1) + Andromadus kernel
Andromadus CM 10.1 = Cyanogenmod 10.1 (based on Android 4.2) + Andromadus kernel
AOSP 4.2 = vanilla Android 4.2
I'd wager that the CM 10, being based on the oldest Android version of the three, is the most stable.
Out of pure curiosity, what're the differences between the MIUI v5 ROM by stickman89 here and the "unofficial" ROM linked on the en.miui.com forum? (direct link to that rom on baidu)
It looks like they're both based on 4.1.2, but that's all I really know about them. Could anyone care to explain any differences in usability, bugs, etc?
what is the difference between cyanogenmod based roms and stock based roms? on the bases of applications(if it is based on the apps only)
or is there any other difference i should know...??
Hello, i'd like to know the difference between RROS, AOSPA, LineageOS and AICP roms.
What's the difference ? Is it software, UI ?
Hello
The difference of RROS, it's a better version of LineageOS based CyanogenMod with more features. For AOSPA, it's a rom based AOSP, a pure version of Android (Snapchat and Pokemon GO work in this rom )
What are these added features RROS have ? I've been looking around but I couldn't find.
The main difference in RROS is customizing buttons (if hardware ones), and modifications of every element in the UI (time, clock, recents...etc) unlike AOSPA which is close to pure android (what google have on pixel) with less features added on top.

RROS and Lineage have their own bases. RR is LineageOS based. Both of them have more features than AOSP(Android Open Source Project) AOSPA(Paranoid Android) is based off AOSP. AOSP based ROMs are smoother, have better battery in general but have less features.
While there are lot of miui 10 base modded roms like masik, There is no miui 9 base modded roms.
Since we got afflicted with ARB, all miui modded roms are based on miui 10.
I think that more than the half of the device owners still using miui 10 and they are satisfied with it more than head into miui 10 beta.
I know that miui 10 is the future of the device but the recent stable is miui 9, and it needs some interest too.
