hello friends of XDA forum I wonder if you could put the wallpaper in psp ics live, I've come here several forums and have installed some apk looking up some permissions required to run, but I could not get started if it can be installed but not run it on the screen stays black, I sbaer if anyone has put it, I have 4.2.6 installed on my MIUI nexus s ....

I've done some searching on XDA and a broader google search for the set of stock nexus live wallpapers. I'm really just looking for the grass one, but the whole set wouldn't be bad. I just recently flashed over to darchs newest and the only LWP it had was the google maps one.
I've found .apk and .zip sets but I can't get any of them to load. I've tried loading the .apk through the app manager as well as trying to push the zip through recovery with no luck (I think the reason for failure is that it's unsigned). Can anyone give me some advice on how to get this loaded on my Hero?

4) Updating from v1 to v2? Uninstall v1 and then install v2

HTC HD2 running MDJ 2.2 revolution HD (ANDROID 2.2.1 app crashes every time it it connects to the liveview and the live view screen seams to be stuck in some odd replay mode :-/ same story with Gingerbread 2.3.1
Hmm... i had no issues on my G1 (2.2.1 mt3g-Port) and no issues on my dads Defy(Stock).
Have you uninstalled the app before? Have you tried adb install? Is your live view still stuck or does it reboot just fine? Have you updated your live view via sony ericsson update suite (idk what that update fixed but it is not the january update)
Since the hd2 isnt a native android-are there known bluetooth issues with it?
Have you checked the adb logcat?

like your black/white theme, but unfortunately it doesn´t work correctly for me. It seems that the liveview hangs up when turning in standby-mode. When i press the right button, the clock shows up and if i press it another time i see the little clock in the left corner untill i stop pressing the button. I also can´t get access to plugins at liveview.
Thanks for your feedback. I'll update the Theme to the latest market release from Sony Ericsson as soon as I am back home. I hope it will fix some of the mentioned problems.

and what it takes to customize LV icons?
i`d like to have plugins on the "Homescreen" too but i have no clue on how to do that.
all you need is a tool for reengeneering apk`s
it`s as easy as that. just replace the graphics in the drawable folder

Hi guys. i just got my htc inspire 4g on monday. since i got it i have been looking around and experimenting with different apps. i figured out how to sideload and have been doing that without any problems. until i got to beautiful widgets. i have sideloaded beautiful widgets on to my phone, and everything works, until i try to download other skins for weather or clock. the app just crashes whenever i try to download a new skin. i have tried tons of different versions of the app from many different websites with no avail. anyone else experiencing these problems? can anyone here maybe post me their working beautiful widgets apk so i can just use that? thanks!

I removed them from my phone. Weather/clock app is buggy on some ROMS. ie; half the clock would vanish, freezing when updating weather.
Currently use WF & Clock widget. (free version) No issues. (although not quite as good looking)
it freeze too for me i think everyone have this problem
it doesnt freezes for me but skins download list wont show up, when i try downloading skins from web it gives me error that skin is corrupted.
If you're pirating it, it should freeze. Just spend the $2-3 bucks on it if you want it. I've never had any issues with mine, but I paid for it. Older, pirate-able versions don't work with the skin downloaded properly, since changes have been made in more recent versions.

downloading skins
I was truckin along just fine downloading all the skins, I got all the battery and super clocks downloaded but when I got to the clock skins my CPU goes to 100%, phone says downloading but it just stays there, no longer getting the little "skin downloaded" pop up and the cpu stays at 100%
Any ideas????
Here is a solution many people are desperately in need of for the Kindle Fire. This is a side loaded .APK that DOES NOT require Rooting! The ever changing lock screen/wallpaper is obviously annoying to the vest majority of us. I have found two apps that can take care of this. They appear to be very similar but one is in (a) Google Play[Market] and the (b) other is freely available on the web with no login necessary and explains to the novice how to install in simple terms and pictures.
a) Wallpaper Change Kindle Fire by DPAPPS - (Google Play / Android Market)
and
b) My Kindle Wallpaper - to find it, Google --> "kindlecooltricks wordpress" and it was the 3rd in the list as of this posting. You should be able to easily find it.
Now to get everyone started, here are 20 desktop picture. What can you make and share ?

Used the method you suggested and it worked. I kinda have a question, for a split second when I wake my KF, the default wallpapers that are built into the device show up before the ones I've saved for the DPAPP application. Is there a way that I can completely shut off the default ones?

Great app! Someone earlier had tried to change my wallpaper to some crazy pic using settings, except this app automatically switched it back to my selection--I never even noticed the change; this is nice, people can't prank my paper! Unless they used this app/kinda obscure anywho

dpapps didnt work for me at first as the pictures were all too big even at 1024x600 resolution.
i solved the issue by removing go launcher ex and then it worked
i then reinstalled go launcher and it still works great
apparently go launcher ex changed the default wallpaper settings on both sides of my kindle, the carousel and go launcher. hopefully this helps anyone experiencing the same issue

Amazon's update 6.3.1 for non rooted KFs fixes the problem many have had with selecting a specific wallpaper....

Just kidding! Have you tried downloading CROMI and extracting the apk and then give installing that a try? I'm not with my backups now, but I might have the files needed in there (I know I have the static wallpapers in there, not sure about the live wallpapers).
Asus seem to put some checks in some of their apps. Sometimes they check that the device is on the correct DPI, others check the keys in the build.prop. So it's worth trying but don't be surprised if it fails and the app needs modding to get it working
