Stock Live Wallpapers - Hero CDMA Themes and Apps

I've done some searching on XDA and a broader google search for the set of stock nexus live wallpapers. I'm really just looking for the grass one, but the whole set wouldn't be bad. I just recently flashed over to darchs newest and the only LWP it had was the google maps one.
I've found .apk and .zip sets but I can't get any of them to load. I've tried loading the .apk through the app manager as well as trying to push the zip through recovery with no luck (I think the reason for failure is that it's unsigned). Can anyone give me some advice on how to get this loaded on my Hero?

Where are the non-live wallpapers located on stock Nexus S?

I've put CyanogenMod 7.2 Alpha on my Nexus S, and i was wondering how i could integrate the default Nexus S static wallpapers on CyanogenMod. I have the images as jpgs, but all the other wallpapers seem to be in an APK, is there anyone who could rip the static wallpapers APK off of a stock Nexus S and post it here, or either tell me how to integrate the jpgs I have.
Moved to Q&A
I only ask as Car Home can't find any wallpapers (I presume because its looking for the wallpapers in a location/package thats included with the Stock android, yet Cyanogen Mod doesn't include this. I also would like to have the default wallpapers back on the System as well.

I just noticed this as well, finally fixed Car Home in CM7 ALPHA 2-January 6th release. and Car Home when you select Gallery, u just get black screen
Car home wasn't actually fixed for me in that release, the app was there, but I needed to install the launcher. Anyway yeah, it would be nice to have the stock non-live wallpaper gallery included as well, mainly as i'm sure some other applications might need it.
I actually just have my static wall papers on mass memory. Use astro, find your image, long press, set as wall paper and done.
If you want to put all your images into the actual proper place you will need to rebuild the apk I think. Or maybe you can use root explorer and pull push to the apk, but I'm not too sure about that one.
I just manually set from my folder in astro.

I have a feeling they're in an APK like the live wallpapers. We just need someone who has a stock build of android 2.3.1 (rooted) to pull the apk off of his device and post it here. I'd do it myself but i don't want to put my device back to stock just to get 1 apk.

Yes, they are in the Launcher2 apk itself, inside the drawable-hdpi folder.
You say you already have the images? What else are you after? I think if you want to include them in the list of wallpapers that you select from on Cyanogen that you would take your Launcher2.apk (or whatever Cyanogen calls it), then you would unpack it, add these jpgs (the small and the large, you need both) to the /drawable-hdpi folder, then repack, and resign the apk. Then push it back to your phone.
Here's the whole launcher apk as requested, as well as the images pulled separately.
OK I've come up with a solution (Sort of), On my Nexus S at least, if (in this case Car Home) it can't find the stock wallpapers, it instead searches for any photos in the DCIM Directory. Put some pictures in there, wait for them to show up in the gallery and then you can choose a seperate background for Car Home. I got a blank screen initially with Car Home, because there were no pictures in DCIM.

[Q] Install an app next to itself as a different app

Not sure if this should be in the Nexus forums per say; but, I'm working ON a Nexus so I guess it does, lol.
I edited the stock clock apk to make themes for it. They all work flashing them through clockwork. However, I wanted to make it as an app for non rooted phones to use. I could take a free clock from the market and theme it; but, I'd much rather use the stock apk.
I edited the name in the manifest; which, stopped the system from seeing it being installed already. However, when it tried to install it still ended up failing.
How would I go about changing whatever I need in the apk to in turn, almost, turn it into a different app. As far as the system thinks anyways.
Thanks

Glitchy apps and live wallpapers?

I don't know If I'm in the wrong place. But I would love an answer to some of my questions. If anyone could assist me I would be very appreciative.
I have restored my Nook Color to an earlier version 1.0.1, it came with firmware 1.2, I then used the latest Auto Nooter for firmware 1.0.1;
After doing so, I installed some basic apps, dolphin HD, file manager, live wallpapers, ect.
Some of these apps appear to be very glitchy. Force closing, and LauncherPro will not orientate screen position correctly when a Live Wallpaper is installed.
I am now wondering If I have gone about this root in the best way, and used the best mod.
What is the best root for the Nook Color at this point in time? there are so many confusing instruction guides, and several are different, so I do not know which one to do as they seem to change daily. I continue to get sent to different guides that make no sense to me.
I am sending this device to a friend for Christmas, they live in another state, she is not nearly as tech savy as me, haha, and she cannot mess with any of this once it gets to her. So I want to get all this done with before I send it. I want to use a very user friendly mod, and so far the one I have done seems to be really easy, but a bit glitchy.
I have a couple of questions if someone could clarify I'd be super grateful.
1.) What's the difference between the Auto-Nooter method? and the CM7 mod's?
2.) Can I install custom kernals or rom's from my AutoNooted, Nook?
3.) How come I do not have, and cannot access Rom Manager? ( I search it in the app market and only find the Premium version. It is not installed on my Nook already)
4.) Is there any way to find out why the Live Wallpaper is messing up? - Answered: LauncherPro seems to be the culprit.
5.) How can I access my launcher settings? I have downloaded 2, LauncherPro and ADW, yet I cannot seem to access settings for either of them.

Who has been able to install PSP live wallpaper in nexus

hello friends of XDA forum I wonder if you could put the wallpaper in psp ics live, I've come here several forums and have installed some apk looking up some permissions required to run, but I could not get started if it can be installed but not run it on the screen stays black, I sbaer if anyone has put it, I have 4.2.6 installed on my MIUI nexus s ....

i messed up ?

So basically you know the wallpapers that are usually stock with the device when you select the "Magazine Unlock"? It changes the wallpaper everytime you open the device. I really like that feature don't get me wrong so I naturally tried my best to get the latest and best wallpapers from Huawei themselves.
However today, it seems that they've all disappeared and I have to possible ways this has happened. Either the stock wallpapers which were updated have been deleted within 3 months of getting them (I doubt this because they were relatively new) or I've manually deleted them from the gallery which I never did.
So UHHHHH if anyone has the stock wallpapers that usually update to the phone I'd really like to download that because it seems I have nothing to update.
If i understood well, you're looking for stock MagazineUnlock wallpapers, right? Find 'em all here https://forum.xda-developers.com/honor-6x/themes/magazine-unlock-wallpapers-t3546947
