I saw a thread on a different forum talking about how Deji batteries are better than stock. But they're the same mah so it makes no sense to me.

So I found this one
http://www.dinodirect.com/lg-p990-battery-rechargeable-li-ion-1500mah.html
For the P990 (Which we can use for the p999 right?)
Anyone know anything else about these batteries?
Bought one for a Droid pro and w550i. The w550 mah must be a lie seeing as the weight don't make sense... says it has double the capacity but thats impossible
But the bp6x is at least as good as stock. Not sure yet if better, hard to say. Possibly some strange reporting of % but that could be my phone...
That said both are li-ion and mugen is polymer... what do you think? They look quality but I need to test more....
Sent from my GT-I9000 using XDA
Yes, the P990 will work with the G2X P999.
I bought a battery a week ago... maybe you should have posted this earlier lol ;p.

I wouldn't worry. Of the ones I've tried the batteries are at least as good as stock...
it's just that you can't get more mah into a battery without increasing it's weight (and usually size( so some mah will be false. That's why a Mugen increased capacity usually pushes out the back cover a bit on some phones and so my case no longer fits on my i9000.
Also I notice the status on my DroidPro isn't reporting accurately.
In short, they're still a typical chinese lie but they're at least as good as stock.
Took me a while to figure out the BS but in short there is generally no way to get increased capacity without more size unless talking about much older phones.
edit: Need more testing but as far as I can see these are the best you can get (allowing for price)

Where to buy a battery
Where do you suggest to buy a new battery
for Trinity:
1. HTC (35euro + 8euro UPS)
2 eBay (11euro with delivery - chinese product)
Thanks a lot for your replies.
Bye!
not suggesting/recommending as I just got the first/cheapest I could find as looking to upgrade this phone mid next year so just needed something to keep it going. I've had the new battery for about a month and it's working fine so far for my purpose/usage. Shipping is free but can be slow (took almost 2 weeks to Australia). There are also many at various prices on ebay available if you search.

hi
i use this external accupack:
http://cgi.ebay.at/externer-Akku-f-...photoQQcmdZViewItemQQ_trksidZp1713.m153.l1262
i can fully charging my diamond two times
there is a battery that gives you a extra 100 mah but don't know where to find it anymore however.
I'm using the officiele batterypack from htc it self.
2600 mah. it's not so much as other ones but thisone gives you de double amp, the same as your phone adaptor. Most of them give only 500 like a usb port.

i ended up buying an original HTC battery as a back up, from ebay for £7
Hey,
got them yesterday, using one today. Hard to compare something with flashing new ROMs etc., but they seem at least not worse then the original one

Have a look at item-no: 220816973218 at ebay.de
The price is amazing and they arrived during one week. They use 4.2V instead of 3.7, hope that is not damaging the Sensation but I saw this voltage at other batteries as well.
When phone is off, not hibernate, LED stays orange even when fully charged.
So after one day of using I would recommend this anyway.
Edit: brand is GaliliO
I think this is more like 1400mah than 2500...
Take it to some electronic shop and get it tested while it's fully charged. Youw ill see most of these will not come over 1200 yet alone 2000.

I know these specs are most likely not to be true. Anyway, the batteries are still not worse then the original one, I think even a bit better, and maybe they are getting even better with a few charging cycles. That still has to be determined.
Anyway, the price is still amazing for 2 batteries with charger, even with only 1400mAh which has been not proven, yet.
I would not believe that they are really 2500 mAh. If you are lucky they will not die soon. Usually if I buy a chinese battery they don't last long.
well, you can moan all you want about those chinese batteries... they still work great and last about twice as long as the stock one. Also the LED problem has resolved itself, but that was probably a problem with CWM, anyway.
My wife is very likely to switch her S3 for a new S5 next month. We are dead impressed with their 8500mah battery on my Note 3 so far, so she would also like to give it a shot on her S5. Anyone here knows whether/when will they push out extended batteries for SV? Thank you.

Ok, I asked them directly yesterday and they said it is going to pop up within one or two weeks of release of S5.
MPJ going to have 4300 mAh/8600 mAh extended battery. The 4300 mAh without NFC will ship on 15 April, with NFC on 20 April and 8600 mAh probably on 25 April.

With NFC normally costs around $3 more than non-NFC
How does that battery fit in with the normal cover? It says so on the order page... I'm guessing its fake?

Thanks for the information. We already pre-ordered 4300mAh as replacement. Got the SM-G900V and the battery life is quite good on it so far, but still we will have to plug it in before bedtime, and that was playing games, surfing the web, downloading apps, texting, etc.
Any review out there yet?

Regrettably that it really isn't. I never had a problem with batteries marked OEM. But I guess the good news the seller refunded me the money and said to keep it our toss it out. There are still a few who believe in truth in advertising. I have reported the seller to eBay. But I doubt anything comes from that. If they don't say OEM, I know I am taking a chance to save a few bucks.

I have buying them for years, never a problem. I normally notice the little details, like the waves missing in the battery. (The NFC antenna) but failed this time. But at least I got my money back. If I wanted cheap Chinese batteries, I would have bought the ones for five bucks.

eBay is full of knock offs for things like batteries. Just gotta find a legit seller and stick to it.

There is a few legit sellers, my mistake was not looking at my saved sellers list. A mistake I am not about to repeat twice, even though this time really didn't cost me anything...
