To solve the Gps problem with a think extend battery, you need to stick an aluminum on the upper right corner [a thread said]

thanks for the info, but i like the slim size of the diamond, so looking to keep the original size..
what battery do you guys recommend?
I was looking at something like this:

or

is it better to buy the original (middle link) or is the replica (last link) okay? would it damage the diamond?

im thinking i should go with the original battery?
unless there is a battery with more power, but same size??
hoping you guys can help!
Thanks

hi
i use this external accupack:
http://cgi.ebay.at/externer-Akku-f-...photoQQcmdZViewItemQQ_trksidZp1713.m153.l1262
i can fully charging my diamond two times

there is a battery that gives you a extra 100 mah but don't know where to find it anymore however.
I'm using the officiele batterypack from htc it self.
2600 mah. it's not so much as other ones but thisone gives you de double amp, the same as your phone adaptor. Most of them give only 500 like a usb port.

MugenPower 1000mAh for Touch Diamond: same size as the 900mAh, no need for special cover ... MugenPower are known for high quality batteries -- I for one have their 3000mAh version for the Diamond. I don't trust no-name batts, especially off ebay (and I do a lot of ebay shopping).

Where to buy a battery
Where do you suggest to buy a new battery
for Trinity:
1. HTC (35euro + 8euro UPS)
2 eBay (11euro with delivery - chinese product)
Thanks a lot for your replies.
Bye!
not suggesting/recommending as I just got the first/cheapest I could find as looking to upgrade this phone mid next year so just needed something to keep it going. I've had the new battery for about a month and it's working fine so far for my purpose/usage. Shipping is free but can be slow (took almost 2 weeks to Australia). There are also many at various prices on ebay available if you search.

2X2500mAh + charger with USB-out at ebay.de for 18.99€

Hey,
got them yesterday, using one today. Hard to compare something with flashing new ROMs etc., but they seem at least not worse then the original one

Have a look at item-no: 220816973218 at ebay.de
The price is amazing and they arrived during one week. They use 4.2V instead of 3.7, hope that is not damaging the Sensation but I saw this voltage at other batteries as well.
When phone is off, not hibernate, LED stays orange even when fully charged.
So after one day of using I would recommend this anyway.
Edit: brand is GaliliO
I think this is more like 1400mah than 2500...
Take it to some electronic shop and get it tested while it's fully charged. Youw ill see most of these will not come over 1200 yet alone 2000.

I know these specs are most likely not to be true. Anyway, the batteries are still not worse then the original one, I think even a bit better, and maybe they are getting even better with a few charging cycles. That still has to be determined.
Anyway, the price is still amazing for 2 batteries with charger, even with only 1400mAh which has been not proven, yet.
I would not believe that they are really 2500 mAh. If you are lucky they will not die soon. Usually if I buy a chinese battery they don't last long.
well, you can moan all you want about those chinese batteries... they still work great and last about twice as long as the stock one. Also the LED problem has resolved itself, but that was probably a problem with CWM, anyway.

Deji Batteries

I saw a thread on a different forum talking about how Deji batteries are better than stock. But they're the same mah so it makes no sense to me.

So I found this one
http://www.dinodirect.com/lg-p990-battery-rechargeable-li-ion-1500mah.html
For the P990 (Which we can use for the p999 right?)
Anyone know anything else about these batteries?
Bought one for a Droid pro and w550i. The w550 mah must be a lie seeing as the weight don't make sense... says it has double the capacity but thats impossible
But the bp6x is at least as good as stock. Not sure yet if better, hard to say. Possibly some strange reporting of % but that could be my phone...
That said both are li-ion and mugen is polymer... what do you think? They look quality but I need to test more....
Sent from my GT-I9000 using XDA
Yes, the P990 will work with the G2X P999.
I bought a battery a week ago... maybe you should have posted this earlier lol ;p.

I wouldn't worry. Of the ones I've tried the batteries are at least as good as stock...
it's just that you can't get more mah into a battery without increasing it's weight (and usually size( so some mah will be false. That's why a Mugen increased capacity usually pushes out the back cover a bit on some phones and so my case no longer fits on my i9000.
Also I notice the status on my DroidPro isn't reporting accurately.
In short, they're still a typical chinese lie but they're at least as good as stock.
Took me a while to figure out the BS but in short there is generally no way to get increased capacity without more size unless talking about much older phones.
edit: Need more testing but as far as I can see these are the best you can get (allowing for price)

What other spare battery chargers are out there? (besides the $50 one)

I refuse to spend $50 on a simple spare battery + charger. Absolute ludicrous price gouging there by Samsung
What other options are available?
Edit: I found this one which features 2 batteries + charger for $20 by Onite, but I've never heard of them before. Anyone have any experience with Onite batteries?

What do you guys think of this one. Its a bit more pricey than I'd like but comes with a lot of stuff. http://www.amazon.com/EZOPower-Desktop-Standard-GT-I9500-T-Mobile/dp/B00CGVEMPA/ref=wl_it_dp_o_pC_nS_nC?ie=UTF8&colid=104T09TVBE5XW&coliid=I1T55ADDZJSQ31

Thanks JCreazy :good:
I had already seen the Anker battery by itself (a brand I'm much more familiar with) and didn't know they had a universal charger as well. Done and purchased :victory:
How about this?
http://www.uboc411.com/
+1 on the Anker. I have a charger + 2 battery combo for my old Atrix and have had not issues with it. However, there a couple of things to note on the charger. It'll take forever to charge your battery on both the USB and battery charger. Both are rated at 600mA output as opposed to our 2A chargers that came with the phone. Not a big deal for me since I charge the dead spare over night and have the phone plugged into the cable. I attached a photo of the Anker charger's back/side. One USB, One Micro USB and the power ratings.

Soyes XS - 1.580mAh battery?

Hi,
got this phone for about 10 days and I highly doubt the claim it has a 1.580mAh battery.
in fact AccuBattery app shows and always showed capacity a little below 1.000.
anybody here has this phone, too?
it's 860 i found someone opened battery cartridge on twitter

do you have a link on that?
it is kind of impossible being that low due to the claculations on AccuBattery. 1000 would sound right
soyes XS battery size and extended Battery
It's definitly a 860mah battery:

The size of the soyes xs battery is 60X37X3mm
The battery capacity is the real problem on this smartphone i'm thinking to mod it with an extended battery but 2mm thicker .
I'm thinking of putting of the back and using the case as the new back to gain this 2 mm.
Do you think using a li-po battery would be a problem, my google search on the subject seems to say there is no problem.
Battery would be this 1200 mah one:
https://www.ebay.fr/itm/3-7V-1200mA...ion-1-0Connector-053759-for-GPS-/262039783842
or this 1500 mah one:
http://www.batteriesetpiles.com/bat...59-3-7v-1500mah-batterie-lithium-ion-polymere
size:
Length: 59 mm
Width: 37mm
Thickness: 5 mm (2mm thicker)
There is many different batteries of this size with different capacity the model to search for this size on google is "053759 battery" or "503759 battery"
What do you think of it?
Hi!
My XS is just on the way, but Im already planning to upgrade the battery to this one you linked. But I will try to make a plastic shim around the frame so I can re attach the back cover like it was original.
There’s one a little better again on aliexpress... Polymer Lithium Battery 403760 1400mAH. Just need instructions how to pull it apart first! Anyone?

I kno I'm hella late, but I had to teardown my xs b/c I was/am having a connectivity issue. I also wanted to connect an external HP jack. The reason being I'm currently in prison. I figured I'd attach charging wires directly to the board so I can use AA batts. I wedged the back glass off with a razor and pried gently. Any idea what carriers will support this?
So Battery for Soyes S10?
