[Q] Setting different languages for LatinIME on boot - Android Software/Hacking General [Developers Only]

Hi,
I'm looking for a way to set different default languages for the Latin IME.
The default language is "system language".
I would like to set different languages than the system language, and more than one of them.
From the code, i see that these languages must be specified implicitly.
Any idea on how this can be done?

bump...
anyone?

Other languages on MM

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone knows of any edits (rooted) I can make that would allow the stock MM (6.0.1) to give me all available languages rather than just the stock? I'm looking to add Japanese to my list of languages -- system wide that is, not just input -- but no matter what I do, it only gives me the stock languages. I've tried More Locale which doesn't release the languages to me and Language Enabler. I would love the native Japanese system language and well, the option to use any language I want.
EDIT: Deleting and changing the language.xml in System/csc doesn't work for me either.
Thanks

Display Language change

I have a canadian version of the S8+ and I want to change the display language
I go to General Management-Language and Input-Language.
There I have some suggested languages and I have the option to add other languages
so I select to add a new language.
For example I select Greek and then I put it at the top.
After that I see that the phone is half translated.
Some of the icons i.e contacts, phone, calendar are translated in Greek but the most important
the Settings is not translated apart 2-3 options.
Just to be sure I delete English and I leave Greek as the only display language and again nothing.
The phone is not fully translated and espeically the settings.
I change the language to German.
I have the same result. Some options in Settings are translated in German but the rest remains in english.
Then I select french.
It seems French is ok. All settings are translated and all basic icons.
Is there a fix for that?
Why do I have half translated display languages?
Do I need to add a special code where the phone will start clean in that particular language?

add language?

hi. model n986u How can I add all languages.
What do you mean ?
All languages are already installed. To set multiple languages, it's under settings>system>languages&input if I'm correct
The settings menu is not complete with the language I choose. some in English and some in Turkish. full translation of programs and settings menu is not happening.
