Hi,
I have s-off and install cwm phone.
I found new ruu version for middle east (need arabic support), installed it, it doesn't boot, only till white htc screen. The phone was bought in Singapore (asia). So I made some battery pull outs since I was confused whats going on. Then I install back ruu for asia, it works again.
After trying some custom roms, I found out there are some issues with the the android, eg. Cannot sync gmail account for market to work, once after I entered my username & password, the phone restarted itself. Now, suddenly I cannot boot to android anymore, my cwm will say cannot read logs from e:/cache or something like that. I still can format and install roms, but It won't finish boot, either it stuck on white htc logo, or sometimes when I install zip again, it will get pass that but got stuck on after htc logo, eg. Coredroid startup screen.
Is my emmc fried? How much does it cost to fix it? Can I s-on before sending for warranty?

Hi everybody,
I did something stupid. I had a Cyanogen 6 running on my G1 for about 2 weeks. Today it suddenly started to reboot itself without my ingerence. It went into a boot loop. I wanted to go to recovery and flash a different rom but it didnt go to recovery just hanging up on the g1 logo boot screen.
Now the stupid part:
I read somewhere that I can go into bootloader and flash a different DREAIMG.NBH to run the recovery again - I did that. I flashed RC7 and now my SPL went to original and the recovery is gone.
I boot up the phone and it seems to be some 1.5 I think. The problem is that it wants to connect to T-Mobile while its not available in my country and it doesnt let me get pass through the google account setup. I cant sign in or create a new one since T-Mobile is not available in Poland.
I can't use the phone.
What can I do now? How to fix it? Help.
Thanks,
Chris

PLEASE HELP!!!!
ok i can now get into bootloader with HTC in the centre and 4 tringles around the edges but every time i run a RUU it says File open Error (Error 110) i have a gold card in the phone so im pretty much stuck! any help please!!!!
ring android or htc
just realised about unlocking it, you should root and flash ur phone with a new custom ROM, hold the down button and power button down when phone is off, mess around with the settings.
Hi all. I have a htc wildfire, rooted with a custom rom. On the bus today I turned my phone off and then back on but it is constantly reboots after the initial screen (telstra logo because I am from Australia).
I can get into HBOOT but not recovery anymore (I used to be able too), it just repeats the same loop process. I've tried with/without the SD card present, and clearing storage through HBOOT.
Is there another way to flash or fix this? I'm fairly new at posting so sorry if this is in the wrong section, it's a tad urgent.
Thanks
Hi Guys,
my HTC Desire GSM is stuck in Fastboot and won't boot into the ROM. The background to this issue is that I installed S-Off and then ClockworkMod and flashed Cyogenmod 7 to see if it would fix a reboot issue on the phone. The damn thing just reboots itself when the CPU is used heavily...
Anywho, after realising that Cyogen wouldn't resolve the issue I flashed the standard Virgin UK rom back over it and upgraded to 2.22.351.2 via the system update feature. The problem was that ClockwordMod was still installed and I had to get rid of it to sent the phone off for repair to Virgin!
So I did further research and found that I could flash HBoot via the AlphaRev.nl downgrader tool. I downloaded it and popped it into the root of my SD card and it flashed the bootloader back to Hboot 0.80.0000. That should have been it, but all of the sudden the phone no longer boots into the Rom. All it does is to power on and then go into Fastboot. That's it! When I try putting the standard Virgin Rom back onto the SD it tries to load it and then says "Main Version is older!" "Update Fail!".
How do I get around this now? The phone doesn't boot, so I can't re-flash S-Off and start again, not am I able to run the stock Virgin Rom within Windows because it complains about the versions.
Is there any ways around this situation? I just want to get the phone back to stock so I can send it to Virgin and get it repaired.
P.S. I *have* used the search function and spent the last 4 hours testing various things but I'm now stuck.
Cheers Guys!
Mich
I tried to upgrade my phone to 4.4.2 TwistedKat, but after a while i decided i didnt like it and deleted the zip file from the phone completely and attempted to reboot my phone. I tried to relock it but when i did the phone never turned back on. When i unlocked it again it would go back to TwistedKat and i really just want my old JellyBean back. Now when i turn the phone on it stays on the logo screen with the red writing saying this build is for development purposes. I could not really find any RUU to use and im still searching but having no luck. Please help
EDIT: Its a T-Mobile HTC One S. I can also still go to the hboot screen and
clockworkMod Recovery
Ok i ended up being able to bring back the TwistedKat 4.4.2 version, but i would still like help in returning my phone back to the OS it was. Can anyone help?
if you are s-on, did you flash boot.img ?
