I had the case mate tough. It was really durable, and your phone really felt protected, but much too big for my pockets lol

I have an Otterbox Commuter case for my i9000m. Protects it and doesn't add too much bulk to it.
My wife has the Case Mate case for her i9000m and I find it too bulky, but it is a good case.

Make sure to use a case that has an extension of material above the screen, so if the phone falls on the screen side, it will make contact with the floor using the protector and not the screen itself.
Looking at such protector that you stated here I'm not quite sure - is it the Galaxy that you want to protect, or the protector?

The case that i have on my phone is enough protection for the phone i have dropped it in the floor like 10 times and my screen have no scrates at all.
It make the phone a bit bigger but for me its ok.

Case mate tough provides awesome protection. Literally dropped it so many times and its always been fine. Does make it bigger though. But only a 10er off play . Com

It should fit. Our phone are pretty much identical, since we can use an i9000 battery cover.

I just visited my local ghost armor kiosk and had them wrap my phone. I got the matte finish on this puppy. Say hello to the perfect fit, and goodbye to those darn glossy/slippery edges.

This wrap cost me 40$, but they have carbon fiber wraps and such that cost 45$. It includes the screen. The dude told me that if i just wanted to do the back without the screen its only $20.
And its held on with adhesive. They use a special box to put it on. Its really cool. If you get it done, definitely watch them!

I might have this done on mine this weekend. They have one at a local mall about 15 miles from me. Not sure if I want the matte or glossy. One thing I do hate is finger prints. But I also do not like the way matte makes the screen very very dull.

looks very cool! How is the screen protector portion? Is it crystal clear and feals like glass? I hate the Zagg protectors because they ruin the feel of a touch screen. Vikuti and Steinheil are great, but a ***** to put on right. (For me at least...)

Ghost armor doesn't do matte screens only crystal clear.
The front protector itself is polyurethane like Zagg, however it is much thinner and way more natural. You need a microscope to see the orange peel. It fits better than the zagg best buy gave me too. Much more precise.

For some reason I prefer the ZAGG. Looks to me like the image is clearer.
I think zagg quality depends on the phone. The zagg on my iPhone 4 was good but on the skyrocket it looked horrendous. The ghost armor protector is the way to go IMO

I'm tempted to get this, the pictures you posted look great. I just hated when I had Zagg and it would gather lint on the edges of the protector, does this one go on better than that?
Went and got the carbon fiber back set and clear front for $43.. pretty happy with it. Much easier to hold on to now with the carbon fiber back, definitely the best part of it. I may or may not keep the front cover, since the gorrilla glass really doesnt need a cover. But I'd recommend the carbon fiber back to everyone with a skyrocket.

Had the carbon fiber on my iPhone 4 for a year, but I honestly think the normal ghost armor is better for grip than the carbon fiber. I personally got the Matte installed yesterday and like the looks and the grip to it. Compared to zagg, the orange peel look is much less noticeable, huge fan of the Ghost Armor.

I went back to them yesterday and swapped to the carbon fiber back. Didn't cost me a dime
I do however recommend the screen stay on though, for I did exactly what you are thinking of. Took it off because GG doesn't need it. Boy was I wrong. Put it in my glove box full of junk while getting pulled over, took the phone out and had a lovely slash down the middle. Gorilla glass my ass.
Luckily I saved the ghost armor protector and brought it back to them, the guy put on a new one for free. Amazing service from them, and I'm never taking this cover off haha

I have used Ghost Armor on every phone I have had since the iPhone 4. Used it on the SGSII and now the Skyrocket. I absolutely love this product. Just had my daughters Samsung Epic 4G wrapped in it as well. Worth every penny. Had the carbon fiber on the iPhone and the SGSII, but got the matte finish on the SR and I like it better than the carbon fiber finish and yes the screen protector is a must.

My whole phone took the guy about 15 minutes. He was juggling like 3 phones at once though. The kid worked pretty quick, especially compared to all the other lazy NJ kids in retail.
How easy is it to put on, without screwing anything up, if there isn't a location near me and I have to apply it myself? I'm in Houston and the closest location is is Austin or Dallas. I also have little to no personal experience putting these things on phones, but I've seen some installation videos for similar products and it doesn't seem too difficult.
The galaxy note has an official/genuine samsung flip case, which basically replaces the back cover, and has a leather cover for the front face. It's super thin, and very sleek. Does something similar exist for the Skyrocket? I've seen some flip covers, but they don't replace the back cover, so it adds to the bulkiness.

ive been dieing for the same case. even considered buying the note case and cutting it to fit my skyrocket. i cant find anything even close. everything i find flips down not horizontaly. i dont want gel skins or any cases. just this flip case or ghost armor.
I wanted to ask the I727 community what they think are the best ways to decorate it. I don't like having cases on because they make the phone much thicker, so I was thinking of just taking apart the phone and painting the sides and back with a colour. But then I read about this guy on XDA who covered his backplate with a fake 3m carbon fiber sheet from ebay. I liked it, but I can't get my hands on what I want to do. I'd like my phone to be white but at the same time i like the carbon fiber look...

You can also get the 3M Di-NOC in white carbon as well and DIY it, probably cheaper than the Body Armor. I think it you go on the 3M site you can get a 'free' sample for $10 shipping that would be more than enough to do a phone.

Hey Guys, i just wanna share this case,because many people has talked about the case but i dont know if anyone got one.i Have one of this, and one Neo Hybrid.
Definitly this one gives more protection but makes the phone a little bigger as well.
on everyday use, i use the Neo Hybrid,but when i know im going to a place like a club or something i know i have the possibility that my S4 drops on the floor i put the SlimArmor.
Oh wow, that indent is so deep on the camera lens and flash, it seems like trouble on the long run with dust trapped inside.

Did you just push yours into your case with the TPU and the shell already mated?
My phone doesn't stay in well and there is more of the Silver bezel showing than what I see in your pictures.
Even with just the TPU case by itself the bezel is showing

no i didnt receive it in this package, i put it there so i could show you that even the original ones fits on that package as well,because so many people get theres on that kind of package.so it makes no diference fake or original, mine broght the serial number to confirm its autentic, and a label inside the case itself to proof that was the real thing :laugh: but how can you tell if its fake or not without the numbers?i like to know those kind of things.

yes i saw in a review on youtube its better to put the phone in to the case when they already mated its easy and i can confirm that,the other way around i take more time to put it through.
im going to put some more pictures today just you to see more detail of the cover. but i guess was you didnt put the phone on the cover that is already mated that can be youre problem.mine i think is doing the job is suposed to do.very protective and still not so big,but a little bigger than the neo hybrid that is the case im loving right now.

I got this case on black last night for my black S4. Coming from Otterbox this case will not protect against decent drops as its far too thin. Its nice for low maybe 3 foot drops. My only grip is that the gloss hard Cover shows finger prints heavily. Extremely heavily. And, it's hard to wipe off even with a cloth or shirt, etc. Nice designed case though. More for looks than protection.

i think it can protect fare enough because its made of tpu material and on top of that plastic. i had on my S3 only a skin case that doesnt protect at all,it only spare me at the riscs on the camera when i put it on top of a table.so for me this one protects really well because im not planed to get my s4 fall of my hand at a great distance.its only an extra protection if im unlucky at some point. because as i told before i only use this case when i go to a club at night or to a place that is full of people. on every day use i use the Neo Hybrid that i prefered. i really like more neo Hybrid and that one protects even less but my only concern is when i put on top of a table or something to not make scratches on the back camera lens

but they send me the number, and i bought from spigen uk on amazon either way protects so its better then my slim cover that i used on S3 that cost me only 3£ so if its fake its fake,thanks anyway for let me know.
